Great spot for a big group! Both downstairs and upstairs were great. We spent a lot of time I’m the backyard as well!

Great stay. They accommodated 8 folks and a dog with super short notice. We were pleased with the location, the amenities, the little things (like dishes, towels, razors). This is a great spot no matter the size of your party.

We were a group of 14 with two extra people staying on the second night. We all fit comfortably. Place was clean and we had a great time! The hosts were quick with responding! Thank you so much!

Great AirBnB for a group. Place was more than spacious for our group of 8 people. Some issues with the hottest but otherwise it was a fantastic place close enough to main attractions for a quick Uber or Lime scooter ride. Would definitely recommend as a great location for bachelor/bachelorette or other similar group events. Thanks

Great place to stay with a large group! Very clean and place was as pictured. We had some trouble with the lock and the code not working while checking in intially. I called and this was fixed quickly and we got in. Of note, the police did stop by and deliver a citation because to the air bnb apparently does not have the correct permits. Overall very good place to stay and very clean!

This Airbnb was gorgeous with each room looking exactly as the pictures. It had so many rooms to fit our big group while also not having us on top of one another. The location was also good as nothing was too far of a drive to get to. Such an aesthetic atmosphere as well

We loved our stay here! Very close to downtown but quiet and private. The decor is fun and the outdoor space is great for hanging out. A few small improvements would really help make this place an A++ stay - throw blankets on the couch and in the bedrooms, and some board games and cards. They have a Nespresso coffee maker and for 10 adults and a 4 night stay they only provided 16 coffee pods. These are coffee pods that you cannot purchase in stores, and when I asked for more they said no… a little disappointing after paying $500/night.

Great house for large groups We had a great stay at this property. Very responsive to our requests and immediate corrections to issues we brought to the property Manager's attention. I would stay at the house again.

We enjoyed our stay in this location. The hosts are very communicative and instructions were very clear. the space was comfortable for a large group. The location is great for East Austin activities.

I had a great stay with my friends here! The home comfortably fit all 13 of us and had on-site parking! The home was clean and exactly as described. Our host was super friendly, provided a lot of great information, and was very responsive with any questions we had while we were there. If you’re looking for a space in East Austin, look no further!

This was a great place to relax and unwind with a larger group. A short Uber to lots of great restaurants, bars and attractions. Clean and well stocked with what you would expect in the kitchen and bathrooms. The host was very responsive to any of our questions and needs. Would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing weekend at this Airbnb! I stayed here with a group of friends to celebrate my birthday, and it couldn’t have been a better choice. The house was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. The location was perfect - close to great spots in downtown and East Austin but still quiet enough for us to relax. The hosts were super responsive, friendly and made sure everything went smoothly. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for a great place to stay in Austin with a big group!

Great place for a big group! The ability to drop off luggage prior to check in was a huge plus and the clean up before checkout was super easy.

Stayed here for a few days while visiting Austin with friends. The hosts were extremely responsive and were quick to assist us with anything we need. Location is good and only a short Uber ride away from downtown! Definitely worth staying here again.

We greatly enjoyed our stay for our 9 person bachelorette party. Hosts made check in easy, and were always responsive. The house is located about 15 min from the airport and 10-15 minutes from the downtown/bar scene. It was easy for Lyfts, door dash, and deliveries. Would recommend!

We had a successful bachelor party, can’t say anything really negative. Would recommend the beds need to be updated for better comfort. The room behind the kitchen, needs deeper cleaning and finishing. We had no hot water the first hour, but was able to find a switch that was turned off. Again we had a great trip and I did enjoy the space it has inside. For 8 guests, we were comfortable and the bathrooms were nice.

This place was very clean! The host was extremely communicative. The check-in went super smooth and the host checked in to ensure I didn't need anything additional. I highly recommend this location if you have business or a gathering in Austin. It is very close to the airport and not far from activities. This will for sure be my go-to location anytime I come back to Austin. The location is a serious gem with lots of space and the host simply amazing!

This place was extremely clean with beautiful decor and very comfortable throughout our stay. Everything was well maintained and thoughtfully set up. The host was great—very responsive and helpful whenever we had a question. We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely stay here again!

Had a great trip to Austin with UrbanStay. The place was just how they described it, and their proactive messaging made it quite an easy process checking in an out of the home. The beds were great, and I would definitely consider staying here again for a return trip to Austin

The house was very nice, clean, well equipped. We enjoy the house very much and the host responded right away. We had an air conditioning issue with the air flow nothing major and the crew showed in no time and got it fix. We will stay here again. Very happy with everything. Thanks you guys.

This place was so beautiful! Love the activities outdoors especially the jacuzzi. The host were fast to answer any questions that I had & great communication.

The cops came by to notify us this is an illegal Airbnb, which put a damper on the whole experience. Also the hot tub was much harder to operate than advertised.
