This was a great location and the apartment was clean, modern, and in a great location. Our host, Adam, was friendly and communicated the instructions clearly and proactively. My family and I enjoyed Adam’s apartment and hospitality and would stay here again and again. Five stars!
Perfect place to stay while in Toronto!♥️ not that far from downtown. Nice vibe..good bakery and pizza in the neignborhood. StreetCar/train is quite noisy at midnight. But overall it’s GOOD STAY♥️👍 Thank you dear Adam✅

Adam and Ryan were great hosts. They were very responsive and provided us with a nice stay during our night in Toronto. Lots to do in the area and the Air BnB was just as pictured/described.

Great find in Toronto. We enjoyed the location with nearby restaurants and markets. It was also great to have a washer/dryer in the unit and parking in the back. House was clean and matches the pictures. Not much noise was noticed from the restaurant below (the food looked really good if you are looking for a spot to eat).

This was an unexpected, wonderful last minute stay for my daughter and her guests. She wanted to extend her stay another night in Toronto but the AirB&B she was in was booked and didn’t have an extra night open. So they checked into Adam’s house and were so very happy that they could hang out in Toronto another night. They loved everything about this AirB&B and would love to return again on their next visit.

Leslieville is a bit off the beaten path but totally lovely. Great restaurants, great neighborhood parks and farmers market. If you want to be away from tourists and pretend you just live in Toronto, this a great spot. The unit was second floor above a restaurant in a walkable neighborhood. Two bedrooms, nice little balcony, clean. All in all great place I'd stay again.
We really appreciate how open you are to receiving honest feedback to improve your space! Everything went smoothly, the location and living quarters are exceptional. We slept okay, but the main bed is quite hard. A more plush or pillow-top mattress would definitely elevate the comfort here. Adam, and his group, Thank you for being a great host!

Great for a longer stay Positive: The accommodation was very clean, with all the amenities (including tea, coffee and cleaning supplies) provided by the owner. It has functional kitchen, is well furnished, it’s roomy and is situated close to a bus line directly connected to the city center, approximately 45 minutes. Negative: The noise from the downstairs restaurant can be bothersome during the day, however it was fine after 10 pm.
We love everything about this apartment! The place is very clean, beautiful with modern decor, and has everything we need to make our stay comfortable (the beds are very comfortable!). The location is perfect. There are public transportations just right outside and great restaurants within walking distance. We are foodie family and we really enjoyed trying out the local restaurants. The best part about our stay was the communication with the hosts. Adam and Ryan were friendly, kind, understanding, and responsive. We were very impressed with the prompt responses we received. When we checked in, I was not able to reach my inbox and couldn’t remember instructions regarding our stay. Both hosts were very patient and helpful. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and will definitely stay here again if we return to Toronto. Thank you for everything, Adam and Ryan!!

The entire experience of renting from Adam and his team was perfect. He was thoughtful and checked in to ensure our comfort. The unit was stocked with thoughtful amenities and was perfect for our needs. We would absolutely stay with Adam and his team again.
Hands down my favourite Air BnB experience to date. I could not find a single reason to complain about this experience. It is exactly as described. There isn’t a single thing these Hosts didn’t think about when renting out this space. Hosts were fantastic and maintained good communication to ensure our stay was pleasant and worry free. I will definitely be booking this place whenever I come back to Toronto

Adam and Ryan are extremely friendly and organized, which made check-in seamless. Adam provided clear, detailed instructions ahead of time, including photos of the entrance, parking, and all access codes, which made everything easy to find and follow. It was very thoughtful and well put together, and we knew exactly what to do as soon as we arrived. The space was immaculately clean, truly one of the cleanest Airbnbs I’ve experienced, and I have very high standards. The surrounding area is lovely and made for a really enjoyable visit. Ryan was very attentive and proactive with communication, regularly checking in to make sure everything was going smoothly. There is some noise from the kitchen below, along with a slight floor vibration when it is in use, but this is clearly outlined in the listing and thoughtfully accounted for with earplugs provided for light sleepers. Overall, a great stay in a spotless, well managed space with thoughtful and attentive hosts.
Very well located apartment in a great part of Toronto. Walkable to everything from restaurants, parks, bars, etc. Apartment is well laid out with lots of room and having the parking spot is an added bonus.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is beautifully decorated, well laid out, and very comfortable, and it’s located in a nice neighborhood. Adam and Ryan were very responsive and helpful whenever we needed assistance or had questions about finding things. Overall, a great experience — we would definitely recommend a stay!
