All in all an excellent place for my family and I to stay while in town for some theatre. Ryan was . Positive: Goo Negative: Parking was hit and miss depending on whether there was a space on the street out front. Basement location is fine but large windows only bring in moderate light due to adjacent building. There could be a few more comfortable chairs.
Our family stayed for a quick overnight trip and everything was great. Nova and Juno were proactive, reaching out to make sure everything was okay and to see if we needed any assistance. We were able to check in early which was incredibly helpful and appreciated. Highly recommend and would stay here again.
Easy, clean and comfortable. Positive: The location was very clean. I loved having 2 separate bedrooms and bathrooms for our family to stay comfortably. Our host was extremely responsive to my messages and made our stay very easy. Negative: I wish I was better at parallel parking, but I was able to find a parking spot right in front of the property.

Being from out of the country, I wasn’t fully aware of Canada’s parking rules. Parked a few spots down from the apartment one night and received a parking ticket
My friend and I were in the city for a course for a couple of days and we needed a spot close by where the course was held. We had just about given up until we found this place and it was very affordable, clean and comfortable! The hosts were so great, excellent communication and very helpful! The beds were very comfy as well and more than enough toiletries which is always lacking elsewhere so that was a plus!
Had a girls’ trip in Toronto for a few days and this place was perfect! The airbnb was clean and comfortable, and the hosts were super friendly and respectful! Definitely a great place to stay!
My girl friends and I stayed here for 1 night and it was AMAZING! Hosts were so kind, communicative, and considerate. The space felt private, very spacious, and the cleanliness was incredible. We felt so cozy and at home here. If I could give ten stars, I would! Highly recommend staying here if you are visiting for a couple days or a quick trip!
We were looking for a 2 bedroom!/2 bath condo near our son’s home in Riverdale Toronto and this was perfect. We had an easy 10 minute walk down Queen St to get to their home. The location is also perfect for someone looking for easy access to downtown via trolley or bus and Queens St East has a diverse collection of great restaurants, bars and little stores. There were two extremely comfortable king size beds in the two bedrooms and my husband fell in love with the mattress. His brother and wife loved their bed too. We always worry about the quality of the mattresses and this condo’s beds exceeded our expectations.
My friends and I stayed at this Airbnb over night (5 people) . The check in was easy and clear. The apartment was beautifully cleaned and very cozy to stay in. The photos are exact to what you’re looking at.
The place has plenty of space. The beds and bedding is very soft and comfy. Everything was tidy and ready to use. The neighbour hood is excellent and easy walk to bus stations and close to the distillery district.
Great hosts - left amazing instructions on how to get in and out of the place, couldn't have been easier. The place is very nice and surprisingly quiet, and the shades keep it dark. Very good heating and cooling - hot TO summer and it was very comfortable. Bell had an internet outage while we were there and our hosts were on top of it and had an alternate for us within a few minutes. They were very responsive and helpful.
Visit to Toronto Positive: Location is very convenient. Contact with Host very good, check in very easy, parking nearby the Appartment for very good price. Negative: Apartment is in the basement, what is mentioned in the description and this is the only little point why I did not give 10.
Great place! The location was really nice, there was no parking included but there is paid parking within the block so it wasn’t too much for a worry! The two king beds were very comfortable!
Wir hatten einen rundum tollen Aufenthalt. Die Lage ist hervorragend und perfekt, um Toronto zu erkunden. Die Unterkunft war genauso wie beschrieben, sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die schnelle und freundliche Kommunikation. Auf unsere Nachrichten wurde immer sehr zügig reagiert und wir haben uns jederzeit gut betreut gefühlt. Dass wir bereits vor der offiziellen Check-in-Zeit einchecken durften, war für uns nach der Anreise eine große Erleichterung und wirklich sehr entgegenkommend. Insgesamt hat alles reibungslos funktioniert und der Aufenthalt war genau so, wie man es sich wünscht. Wir würden diese Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen und werden sie auf jeden Fall erneut wählen, wenn wir wieder nach Toronto kommen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft! :)
Great place to stay especially with downtown being 10-15 minutes away . Lots to do as well around the area within walking distance / biking . Would stay again 5+ stars from me .
They were amazing hosts! Amazing amenities, (loved the makeup wipes lol) the beds were super comfortable and the area was clean. Loved the kitchen area and the fact that there was a brita. 10/10😁
All in all a bit disappointing,not good value for the price Positive: Very good aircon. Clean. The staff were nice and let us go in a little before check in time. Communicating was easy. There was some nice art of the walls. Not far from city centre so the location is quite good. The beds were quite comfy (but the bedding was poor quality) Negative: Chic is not the word I would use to describe this apartment. It is in a nice building but it is very oddly laid out so that the space is not easy to use. One of the shower rooms has such a small shower that it is hard to use. There is nowhere to put your shampoo etc and if you put it on the floor it is hard to bend down to pick it up because it is so small. Strangely the fan in one shower room controls the fan in the other. There seemed to be an electrical issue as lights flickered and in the larger shower room the light flickered very badly. The sofa bed in the living space isn't comfortable to sit on so there was nowhere good to sit as the dining area is a bit odd, kind of located in a hallway. The beds were too big for the rooms - no room between wall and bed on one side so no room to put my luggage and had to crawl across the bed to get in and out. I was given a small refund (about 7 percent) when i reported this but this still made the apartment expensive for what it was. Perhaps the company will have fixed some of the issue since I reported this to them.

Perfect Stay Positive: Super clean, fresh smell everything is perfect ! Special mention to the Co-Host (I think his name is Ryan) his attentiveness is incredible. He made sure our stay was the best throughout the whole trip and is really caring.

Positive: Vraiment un logement exceptionnel, on a été agréablement surprise, par la propreté du logement, lorsque l’on est rentré dans le logement on sentait l’odeur du propre, le logement était tres bien situé ce qui nous a permis de rentabiliser notre séjour à Toronto. Nous sommes parti en voiture et c’était tres simple de se garer il y avait toujours une place de disponible à proximité. le logement était grand et spacieux (2 salles de bain et 2 toilettes!). Je n’ai pas l’habitude de laisser des commentaires mais cette fois ci je me devais de laisser un commentaire. Je recommande beaucoup. Negative: Honnetement rien.

We had a great experience, the place is as described. Super clean and new. the host was excellent at communication the two king beds two bathrooms and kitchen were fantastic. The only reason I give this four stars is because there were no comforters on any of the beds just thin sheets but The beds and pillows were comfy and the temperature of the apartment was warm. I suggest to bring your own comforters.
Great hosts and location. Amazing communication throughout. Basement unit with two bedrooms and two bathrooms (not ensuite). Comfortable beds. Otherwise fairly basic furniture/decor and not the most homey feel. Perfect for a place to sleep in a well located area of Toronto.

We enjoyed our short get away at this air bnb. So many things within walking distance. Markets, restaurants, shopping , bars. Parking recommendation was super close and very inexpensive. Hosts were very accommodating and communication was great! Would stay here again for a weekend in the city!

Ryan was a fantastic host — his communication couldn’t have been better! He provided clear, detailed information about the apartment, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth and easy to follow. The apartment itself was spotless, and the beds were incredibly comfortable — I had the best night’s sleep I’ve had in weeks! We also had the pleasure of meeting Ryan in person; he’s such a kind and genuine guy. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend his place to anyone considering it.

Spent a quick overnight at this quiet and comfortable place. The neighborhood was just as advertised, and the stay was relaxing and highly enjoyable. Beds are excellent, entire place was well equipped. Nova and Juno are quickly and easily accessible.

Positive: The support from Ryan & all the staff, especially when Booking.Com told me on the morning of my arrival that my accommodation was cancelled. Direct contact with staff assured me all was well & allayed any worries. They have a great system of checking in ( post videos of how to access)& even contacted us that evening to make sure our arrival was seamless & all was OK. I cannot praise the staff enough for their diligence & support. Location was also good. Place was immaculate & as described. Extremely comfortable & met all our needs.
