My family and I really appreciated staying in Declan's place, which was perfectly located and had everything we needed for our vacation.

The host was very accommodating. My friend accidentally misplaced his wallet, and when we contacted the host, they helped us retrieve it even after checkout. Very honest people.

This is a hidden gem! A fantastic place with a great set up. I loved the layout. Stayed with my husband and 2 adult kids. Excellent hosts, very clean, quiet stay for a good rest, comfy beds, fast internet, lots of room. Appreciated the follow up text after check in to ensure we had everything we needed. A quick walk to great restaurants. Easy to find and a parking spot. Thank you for taking good care of us Declan. This Airbnb gets high marks from us!!!

Perfect air bnb located right in Leslieville close to shops, coffee shops and lots of parks. We had a great stay. The apartment was spacious, clean & perfect for a short stay with a toddler. Bonus: parking was included which is hard to find in the neighbourhood. Declan was great at communicating with us. We had no issues. Would recommend.

Fantastic place!

We stayed for a few days and the space worked well for us. We were visiting with friends who live down the street, so that’s what made the location good for us. There are a number of little shops and restaurants if that’s something you’re looking for. Getting to the public transportation is relatively quick too, you can pick it up on the other end of the street depending on when you’re going. Parking for this place is behind, go around the left side of the building as you face it and park there, that’s the only thing we hesitated about when we arrived. There are a few places where maintenance is needed to finish things up, but overall the space worked well for us.

This is our second stay with Declan. We love the location and the fact that there is off street parking. Very well taken care of. Always responsive.

Spacious and safe! Easy to find and get in. Really lovely to have a spot to park in such a great location downtown. Owners were so lovely and responsive. Beds were comfy and it was great to get some AC during the summer as well.

Pretty interesting building with plenty of space. parking on site was very useful. Location is great. Walking distance from really good restaurants and cafes. shopping was great as well. Potable AC were acceptable, but noisy. Kitchen was very clean, but we did not really use it. Bathroom was functional despite some missing levers on shower handle and one of the door unable to close properly. Overall a good value because of location and space.

Had a nice stay for two nights. The location was convenient especially since parking was included. The home was spacious and clean. We appreciated the a/c units and extra fans. Communication with the host was very responsive and friendly.

The space was open as described! The location was great, it was close to several restaurants, coffee shops and public transportation which we used. It was a bonus to have a parking space behind the apartment. We enjoyed our stay!

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place was spacious and clean and the location was great for us. We could easily catch the streetcar on Queen and enjoyed the many coffee shops in walking distance. Was just there for a short stay but we appreciated that parking was included and that the wifi was good for a few work calls. Declan was super quick to respond to any communications and I would not hesitate to stay again.

Glad to find this accommodation within walking distance to my workspace. Clear instructions but you have to go through another platform to get the codes to enter and this confused me. Big, open, free of clutter space. Bonus to have a washing machine and dryer *might enhance the offer by providing detergent/pods*. Easily and promptly communicated when asking for clarity on amenities. There was a deck which wasn't finished and I suspect it would be an even better accommodation with a finished and accessible deck. Thanks for a good stay!

Declan was an amazing host. Always a chat away and ready to answer any questions. The place was spacious and clean. I would recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for an affordable place to stay in Toronto, a bit away from all the noise but still close enough.

It was clean home, that I would recommend. They were quick to respond considering we booked the same day as we arrived.

This Airbnb was great! The place was very spacious and tidy. It being on the upper floor provided great privacy but also a very nice view. The parking spot with the unit also made it stress free and was spacious enough for my modified truck to be parked easily with no issues. In addition, it is close to great restaurants that were all walkable. Communication with the host was also great. Overall, nothing but positive things to say about our stay!

Great space! Declan and the co-hosts were extremely accommodating with our last minute, late night check-in. They were communicative and made sure that we had everything we needed. The self check-in app was awesome, too. We would absolutely stay again!

I loved this place. It was beautiful and in a perfect location for what we needed.

Positive: Nice, roomy, apartment especially the common areas. Location close to the apartment was fine. Good contact with responsible person. Negative: Noisy street in front. Bedroom at the back of the apartment is good in terms of noise, but matrass is of less good quality. Bed in the front room missed small side tables with small lights and place to put things like your glasses or a book.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The hosts were incredibly friendly and very responsive, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. We truly appreciated the thoughtful touches and how easy they made everything for us. I would definitely stay here again!

The bed was great, the shower was so relaxing, it was super clean and had all the amenities you could ever want. It’s really close to Queen St. E. This was perhaps the nicest Air bnb that we have ever stayed at. From the outside, it doesn’t look like much but wow! It’s a gorgeous space. Immaculately clean. Very nicely decorated. Our host reached out several times to ensure everything was going well. It had parking (!) and was well situated. Felt very safe. Ear plugs were provided in case the street noise was too loud but we did not find it noisy at all. We loved it! We can’t wait to return!

It was a good stay. Close to the public transport You had towels and Kitchen stuff.

Great location perfect for a weekend exploring Toronto

The place was very clean and organized. It was also in a beautiful neighborhood, if you walk down the block you’ll find Queen Street East and there’s all different types of shops and restaurants on that street.

We had a great stay at Declan's! The location was great - just a block from restaurants/shops and mass transit. It was so easy to leave our car behind the apt and travel around Toronto on the streetcar and bus. The space was very clean and had everything we needed for our four-day stay. Declan and Ryan were very responsive to every inquiry and even solved a small issue that I didn't think could be addressed while we were there.

In Toronto to visit daughter who lives nearby. Declan was always on top of things and a great communicator. Terrific stay

The place was spotless and impeccably clean. The host was incredibly responsive and always ready to assist. The added bonus of free parking on the back was a great perk! The living room was spacious, the bathroom was large, and the two bedrooms featured a comfortable king bed and a queen bed. The neighborhood was lovely, with numerous restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. It was also very walkable and well-connected to the downtown area. Overall, it was a fantastic deal and highly recommended.😄

This suite is very well placed near beautiful Queen St E. There’s many bars, restaurants and stores within walking distance, and downtown is very accessible by tram. Overall, the place is very clean and has a nice layout! Declan is very helpful, and the instructions are detailed. I would stay here again on my next visit to Toronto.
