Stunning Resort Villa w/ Pool, Hot Tub and Cinema — Guest Reviews

Just completed a great stay with 14 adults and 7 kids. The house was super clean, well stocked, and has great amenities. We’ve stayed at houses in Soltera and Windsor Island, but this house in Windsor Cay was our favorite so far. Heated hot tub and pool in the back were fantastic; comfortable outdoor furniture; game room in the garage for the kids; movie room upstairs; well equipped kitchen; short walk to central pool area. The communication from Upstay, the property manager, was amazing — always very responsive - I’d look to rent another house they manage again. Thanks!

Nuestra estadía en esta casa en Orlando fue excelente de principio a fin. La casa es realmente hermosa, casi a estrenar, muy cómoda, moderna y súper bien equipada. Todo estaba impecable y tal como se ve en las fotos. Queremos destacar especialmente a Luciana, la anfitriona, que fue atenta, amable y siempre disponible antes y durante toda la estadía. Estuvo pendiente de cada detalle y tuvo un gesto que nos emocionó muchísimo: nos recibió con una sorpresa por el cumpleaños de mi hija. Sin dudas, recomendamos esta casa y a Luciana como anfitriona. Volveríamos a elegir este lugar sin pensarlo. Fue una experiencia hermosa y muy cuidada en todos los sentidos.

We rented this place to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary with family. From start to finish this experience was beyond 5 star. Communication was done consistently to ensure our comfort. Response to questions almost instantaneous. Access to resort a big plus. Resort personnel so friendly, professional and helpful. From 7 months old to 64 years old this home was enjoyed by all. I can think of nothing that wasn’t available to us. Being close to the airport and other favourite Orlando sites was terrific. I look forward to renting this place in the future. Truly a great time our thanks for making it memorable.

Exceeded our expectations. Great option to staying on property at Disney with a large group. Also made time away from parks very enjoyable and relaxing for our extended family

The house was beautiful, the neighborhood was definitely busy but very nice and private. It was about 30 minutes from Disney (w/traffic). Even with some tiny hiccups, the host responded immediately with a resolution. We had the such a wonderful weekend and will definitely be back.

Everything was good no complaints! I would definitely book again. Positive: I was skeptical about this property at first because there were no reviews when I booked. It was clean, accommodating, and close to everything we needed. The host was very responsive and nice. I will definitely refer this property and book again when I visit the area.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our stay was absolutely amazing! The property was exactly as described—and honestly, even better in person. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it feel like a home away from home. We visited Orlando to celebrate my daughter’s 4th birthday, and she absolutely loved the themed rooms! Seeing how excited she was made our trip even more special. The house was perfect for our family and added so much magic to our vacation. Luciana was an exceptional host. She was friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Her attention to detail and hospitality truly made the experience memorable. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Orlando and would happily stay here again in the future. Thank you, Luciana, for helping make my daughter’s birthday trip so special!

The Upstay home made our family vacation! We spent most of our trip floating in the beautiful pool and grilling on the patio. The layout of the house gave the adults plenty of quiet space while the kids hung out in the game room & movie theatre. It was incredibly clean, spacious, and located in a very safe, quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend for any large family group!

The house was very spacious. Lots of room if you are in the area for a reunion, competition, or family fun. We had a group of kids, which can be loud, but the insulation was great. I didn’t hear the girls chatting and giggling at night even though I shared a wall. We even had a baby who cried once or twice and it could not be heard from the other side of the house. The club house was great. The gym is a little small, but it worked for getting some type of exercise in on the trip. The kids had a blast at the club pool and they even sell food and drinks. There is a Walmart and Publix just a few minutes away, plus lots of other food eateries. The host responded very quickly even though I was slower since we were busy with the competition or driving. I would recommend. The backyard looks out at a forrest and was very nice compared to looking into another house.

I really enjoyed my stay there and the location was awesome… Really enjoyed the space and amenities…
