The house is beautiful and very secluded with amazing views of the mountains this is a great place for anybody that would want a little privacy we would definitely visit again

The house is fantastic… three full bedrooms plus loft plus sofa bed, so our kids spread out and we’re happy. Deck and views are amazing, kitchen is great, and very secluded with no other houses close by. It’s exactly as depicted in the listing and not too far away from town and markets when you need to drive in. Outstanding place, great host, you’ll love it!

Wow! I was thoroughly impressed with this place. Beat rental our family has ever stayed in. Not one complaint. Our 4 kids and golden all had a blast adventuring the property. Just incredible views. I was hesitant with it being summer without water nearby but this was a perfect spot. The weather was amazing. We found some hidden gems to eat at. The place exceeded our expectations. Thank you so much for thinking of every little thing we would need. The stay was just perfect. Thank you! We will be back!

We have been coming to western North Carolina for nearly 20 years, and have been renting homes much of that time. This is by far our favorite rental. The views are incredible-long and short range views that constantly change throughout the day. If you enjoy privacy- this is your place. No looking over another cabins rooftop to see the mountains. Views (unobstructed) all around and places to walk with dogs on property. Wrap around porch with two living room areas for guests to spread out. Hot tub. Wood burning fireplace inside, fire pit on flat yard for dogs, plus gas fireplace by seating area near hot tub. Kitchen well stocked, even dog treats for your pup. Super responsive host. Beds exceptional. One adjustable. Huge TVs. Ping pong, darts, games. We stayed the month and worked-WIFI exceptional, which has been an issue in past rentals. I cannot say enough. Well located- near the national park and blue ridge parkway. Lake Junaluska and Waynesville close.

This was an exceptional home to stay in with outstanding views and a variety of ways to enjoy them. We particularly enjoyed the outside dining table and fire pit. Everything was exactly as shown and described, access was easy, and the little details were on point — dry firewood for the fire pit, a bevy of fresh linens, towels for the hot tub, and a box of fresh ping ping balls for the table in the garage. One note was that the fourth king/queen bed in the loft was a bit of the short straw given its location overlooking the living room and requiring a ladder, but it’s shown fairly in the listing. We left wondering whether we should ever vacation anywhere else!

We just wrapped-up a 6-night stay and Kelly’s place checked all of our boxes. Private, quiet, dog-friendly, hot-tub, great views/sunrise, space, and proximity to Smokies/Asheville. Thanks again, great week!

Amazing views! Beautiful home.

My husband and I had a great time! The house was just a beautiful as the photos. It was such a peaceful, secluded location. We woke up one morning to snow falling! Everything in the house was clean, easy to access, and exactly what we needed to unwind! The town of Waynesville was a perfect place for restaurants, coffee, and chocolate. We walked downtown a few times while we were here. We also enjoyed the coffee at Blue Ghost.

This property was exactly as advertised, and Kelly was responsive and helpful. She even reached out to ensure we were safe and offered a discount to shelter through a forecasted winter storm. I will happily book this again next chance I get.

We visited for New Year’s and to celebrate two family birthdays. The house was absolutely perfect. The views were stunning, and everything was very comfortable and relaxing. We spent a lot of time in Waynesville, as well as hiking many of the abundant trails in the area. We definitely recommend!

This house was absolutely beautiful and so so peaceful! Kelly was extremely helpful and very quickly responded every time! The house was very clean and had everything we needed, very thankful for the high chair and pack and play for our baby! 10/10 would definitely stay again!

Perfect! Positive: Everything!!!! Beautiful and comfy! Negative: Nothing at all. The guests that were in the loft said it could use a few more creature comforts up there but otherwise exceptional!

Wow!! What an amazing place. It’s even more beautiful and comfortable than the pictures show. Our stay here was so perfect and peaceful. We were looking for a short getaway after a particularly hard and stressful year. What a serene experience we had! The house is truly secluded and quiet. I watched the sunrise from the deck every morning, relaxed in the hot tub a couple of times each day, read a book on the comfy lower patio furniture, and sat under the stars around the fire pit each night. We always prefer to cook at home instead of eating out and this kitchen was one of the best equipped of any place we’ve stayed, chef approved! This house has everything you can possibly need! We’re already planning our next visit here.

Beautiful home with great views. The home was clean and was full of little extra’s. Plenty of room for the dogs to explore. Would definitely stay again.
