Excellent communication with the host. House was perfect for our group. Very clean and a great location.

We had a red ant infestation at the master bedroom which made it unusable. We had 7 of us so we had to bunk up and keep our belongings far from that bedroom. Host said they would take care of it at night or first thing in the morning, but the infestation was not taken care of until noon wasting half a day. Also I do not believe the photos are accurate. The rooms are small except for the master bedroom. Realistically, sleeping 6 is comfortable. Definitely not 8. When reaching out to the host about compensation, they offered us an embarrassing amount for the inconvenience caused and I was told to contact airbnb directly. It was very defeating, especially not being able to find a middle ground with this host when photos and videos were sent. Hopefully this feedback will be taken seriously as their location is amazing and with a different level of professionalism and honesty on how the size of this home is not emphasized, they could really wow people.

This is a great location near E 6th St. in East Austin for a group. Plenty of beds to go around and a nice place to spend a long weekend.

I was super excited to find this place. It fit 5 of us super well. It’s less than a mile to 6th st so we ended up walking to a couple places and it was definitely an easy drive. The neighborhood was peaceful and the house felt very private. We enjoyed sitting outside in the private patio. Would definitely stay again when in town!

We really enjoyed our stay with UrbanStay. The location was perfect -- walking distance to some cool neighborhoods, restaurants and bars. The house looked just like the pictures and our group fit nicely in the space. UrbanStay responded very quickly when I messaged with questions. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect stay for a great weekend with friends:)

Great place for a small group weekend getaway. The listing is accurate and the hosts are great communicators. The east side of town can be hit or miss but this area is mostly turned around and safe, and quiet for sleeping. You can walk to plenty of bars and restaurants and WholeFoods and Target are an 11 minute walk. The only thing I would note is that if you have a lot of females trying to get ready at the same time there are only 3 mirrors in the house.

We had a terrific stay. The house is located near plenty of restaurants and bars plus shopping (food). I guess the only thing with the E6th precinct is you do need to be under 40 or maybe 30....We are over that but had a good time anyway. We were there for the F1 and the commute via Uber or cab was pretty good, traffic aside. All up had a great trip to Austin and apart from our boy Oscar not winning it was a good 3-4 days in a very good house.

100% recommend this stay to anyone visiting Austin. Great central location for food, nightlife, and daytime excursions.

BBQ crawl We were in town for. BBQ adventure. This spot is close to all the best spots. Franklin, La Barbecue, were all within a short distance from this house. The location gave easy access to bars and I35 so getting to places that were a bit further out was easy too. Up and coming neighborhood. Safe and clean. 10/10 would stay again. If you like BBQ definitely give this spot a shot. But don’t go to Coopers. Overpriced and all the flavor of an old baseball mitt. Thanks

This is a terrific spot to explore the city. It's quiet and comfortable and was great for our family of 4. Highly recommended.

Easter visiting family Great communication from the team all weekend. House was just right for family to get to various parts of town.

Cozy, quiet home, minutes away from the best night of your life! Seriously me and the guys had the best bachelor trip due to this place being in the heart of it all. You are within a mile of everything fun that sixth street has to offer. The availability of bikes and scooters making getting around that much quicker. The bike path on 4th street is the best way to get around. Even in the city the neighborhood is quiet and it’s perfect for winding down at the end of the night.(Quiet hours are EMPHASIZED so not the place to party outdoors at night.)There was ample street parking available nearby. Check out was super easy! We didn’t spend much time in the house but when the night was at its end we were thankful to have such a great place to stay! WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYONE🏆

We stayed at this Airbnb for my bachelorette trip, and while the space had plenty of room for all eight of us to sleep comfortably, it fell short in several key areas. First, upon arrival, it was clear that the place hadn't been cleaned before we got there—there were dead cockroaches on the floor and live ones in the bedrooms. We also noticed there weren’t enough towels for our group, and we had to request more. Additionally, the common area wasn't large enough for all of us to hang out together. Overall, this Airbnb had potential but the cleanliness and lack of basic amenities made our stay less enjoyable than we had hoped

We had a great stay at the Airbnb. Everyone’s reviews are pretty accurate. We had 6 people stay for my husbands birthday and solar eclipse. So many great restaurants and bars walkable from the house and really love East Austin! If you don’t want to walk, everything is a short Uber drive away. I don’t think there’s a need to rent a car unless you’re going far away.

Great stay for a friend reunion! The space was clean and had extra towels and linens. The location was great too- 5 minutes away from a pretty popular coffee shop, parks, and restaurants! We would definitely stay here again.

Great spot for a small girls trip. The living room/hanging out space was a bit small but no issue as we were mostly out and about. The hosts were super responsive, the check in and out process was very easy and we really enjoyed the location.

Very practical and convenient location. House is just as described and looks like photos. The outdoor area with gas fireplace is very cool. Had 3 issues: 1) Wi-Fi was totally unreliable and had no security/password. 2) Check-in is at 4pm, and they are not flexible. They request a $50 per hour fee for early arrivals. 3) They advertise as pet friendly, but then charge $50 per pet.

The home we stayed was a beautiful and up to date place. It was near party and hiking places. They are a short drive away from many places. Other than that, excellent place to stay at.

Wish there was an area for a couch downstairs and more towels.

Pullout couch does not pull out, so I’d suggest counting on the king, queen and two twins as bedding arrangements. Otherwise it was a nice place and good location

The house was centrally located. All the neighbors we met were very friendly. The neighborhood was safe and well lit. The house itself is exactly as described. Very nice. I would stay again.

This was my first time back in Austin and staying at an Airbnb in 5 years, and I chose to return to this place I had stayed in before. It was even better than I remembered! From experience, I can say this isn’t my first time here, and it’s clear they truly care about consistently improving their space and giving guests the best possible stay. The location is perfect, the house is amazing, and it has everything you could ask for (and more) during a trip to this wonderful city. Definitely stay here whether you’re traveling with friends, family, or for any other reason.

Great location! In the heart of east Austin there is so much to do at the footsteps of the home! Very spacious and had plenty of room to accommodate us! Was disappointed with the cleanness of the home upon arrival! Overall great stay!

The location of the house is excellent. However, the pictures make the home feel larger than it is - only a small sitting space with no common area to hang out besides the kitchen. There’s black mold on the shower fixtures and we experienced 2 cockroaches (1 in kitchen, 1 upstairs bathroom). We told UrbanStay who said they’d “look into it and have never heard the complaint”. There is an up-charge for towels. You’ll get 6 small bath towels for the whole house. One of the biggest appeals of the house is the outdoor fireplace. We were unable to use the fireplace as there were easily 5 signs telling us we would be fined for noise even inside the house. Overall, this house is a great location if you simply plan to sleep there. It seemed like there’s a lot of fine print not included in the listing that would have helped us to choose another place better suited to our needs/not charge for simple things like towels.

Not the worst place I've stayed, but also, not my favorite in Austin. Good: outdoor covered fire pit, fenced in yard Bad: 1. House layout: big screen TV in kitchen with no comfortable place to sit and watch. couch at the top of the stairs....to look at the stair railing 2. Bathrooms - upstairs bathroom has mold on the ceiling and shower curtain, curtain also has rusted rings /hooks. Rubber shower mat hasn't been cleaned for as long as the shower curtain has been there, based on the slime under it. Downstairs shower soap dispenser has bugs in it, there were also dead bugs/beetles on the floor, and some lives ones running around. Towels provided, but no wash cloths 3. Bedrooms: Upstairs bed had a 4" foam mattress that sunk straight to the box spring. Downstairs twin bed had a 6" foam mattress that was sufficient. Didn't try the other beds. 4. Kitchen: big open windows and doors on the main level, with nothing to cover them.

We are so excited to rebook with UrbanStay at any of their properties. They were very accommodating and responded quickly to all questions and requests. Everything being labeled helped out a lot !

We all enjoyed our stay here thoroughly. The decoration was super cute and the location was amazing. Would highly recommend!

Great location near 6th street! The outdoor firepit was a cozy spot to hangout and socialize. The unit lacks a common area to hang out and watch TV. The design and style of the place is fun.

great location, lots to do. I would suggest a sofa in the common area and less drastic overhead lighting. please supply a lighter for grill and firepit. but A+++ overall.

The place was not worth the price tag. The place lacked usable space, pillows and comfortable areas to sit. Only one room had lamps on the wobbly bedside tables. The furniture was not comfortable and the arrangement was awkward to actually hangout in the space. Door handles and locks were not installed properly which meant the pocket doors didn't actually close (bathroom and closet). Bathrooms needed hooks for towels/clothes, counterspace for toiletries and some type of mat to prevent slipping - the tubs were dangerously slippery. The spiked golden light fixture over the very small dinning table was hung too low and impaled people. Pillows were rock hard and there were not enough - decorative pillows don't count for sleeping. Outdoor area seemed like a good idea but again uncomfortable furniture and no endtables to place drinks/food while out there.
