• This suite is on the building’s lower level and can only be reached by stairs. Please keep this in mind when booking, particularly if anyone in your group has limited mobility.
• After you book, we may ask you to complete a quick ID check. It’s one of the ways we keep the property secure and welcoming for every guest.
• For safety and to keep the space in good condition, bikes can’t be brought into the apartment. Keeping them out also ensures the hallways stay open and easy to move through.
• Surveillance cameras cover the building’s exterior and common spaces, including the hallways on every floor, the entrance, the laundry room, the driveway, the parking lot and the fire escape. Smoking near the front of the building is not permitted.
• We’re unable to take responsibility for deliveries that go missing or don’t arrive. Shipping times can be unreliable, even when the estimated date falls during your stay, so we advise against having online orders sent to the apartment.

• What to Expect Noise-Wise
Since this is a residential building with several units, sounds like footsteps or movement from neighbours can sometimes carry. This is common in multi-unit homes, and we’d like you to arrive with the right expectations.
