nice little place perfect for one or 2 people. readable priced.

Definitely worth the money for a short stay. A spacious apartment in a calm area. The TV is very enjoyable and the Wifi good. The kitchen decently equipped for the basic needs, newer pots and pans wouldnt be bad. The housekeeper lady of the place is a little difficult to deal with, she does her job, but comes off as somewhat rude. The biggest downside for me is the central heating, its way too low for winters. Extra heaters are provided to help that out very well, but it makes the apartment not very suitable for a winter vacation.

Only complaint is the cleaning staff left windows open in the winter - arrived with the apartment at 14°C, and we had to wait for it to heat up. Note it is half-basement height - it’s very well-lit in the photos considering that and it is actually that well-lit during the day. Beyond that, very clean and as described - a nice little comfy place and a good deal! We had a great time!

We left earlier didn't stay on the fourth day 3/4 the bed was so uncomfortable. Theres a squicky noise in the toilet every minute. They even provide ear plugs for sleep at the toilet cabinet. Good thing It was cute and small...the price matches the description but the bed was not firm. We end up having our backs hurt instead our body keeps going in the middle of the bed and it was hot... i opened the window during our sleep but then my man got cold because its not summer so i went up again to close the window....to get up again just to open and close again during the nights there....There's nothing else to adjust the temperature inside there. Just got a message from the Host : that she has found a "stain" on the duvet cover...when i don't need to use it. We kept throwing it at the bottom of the bed (feet area) it was so hot.. like I said. so she said i was going to be charged for 30.00$. PS: first time of my life i give a bad review. Knowing it was a bad experience on top of it -30$

was very content with my stay, was impressed with the staff and instructions before arriving. clean and organized space Positive: very well organized, clean, generous offering extra amenities, cozy and comfortable. perfect for a couples night out of town. Negative: a tight street with lots of buildings but parking was great and accessible

Very bright, large windows, very spacious and clean, bed is super comfortable kitchen is modern, big Smart TV. David responds to emails in record time and follows up on issues. I rented for the month of December 2023 and was quite pleased. Yes I would stay with them again.

They clearly don't respect your time and do not bother providing check in at the allotted time. Left me stuck out in the heat and having to book another place to be able to keep my holiday plans. Do not book with them if you value your time

Great location easy walking distance to downtown, cafes, restaurants, and the train. The place had all the basics needed for a comfortable stay, and communication with the hosts was easy and responsive.

Derek and Debra’s place was perfect for our weekend getaway. They communicated very well, and the studio was super clean!

I enjoyed staying in the studio. I was in Hamilton for a workshop and the amenities were just what I needed for a short stay.

Horrible Positive: Nothing was an awful experience Negative: Nothing

Positive: I found the location to be fine and I mostly traverse on foot; if you're driving around then you should have no issues since everything is close by. The room size was good and everything seemed clean. The interactive options on the tv were appreciated. Honestly the overall score should be more like 7.5 than 7 but unfortunate that you can't give overall scores with decimals. Negative: I was allocated a basement room and even with two air con units working full time it was really stuffy and difficult to sleep.

Great place with few downsides! Positive: Nicely furnished with decent amenities and super close to downtown. Was great for just two people. Negative: There was an awful clanging sound on the ceiling that kept waking us up, which was unfortunate.

This is a good place for a short stay near downtown. The unit itself is renovated and has all the amenities.

Positive: Location is easily accessible by public transport. It is a nice and cozy neighbourhood. The place itself is small but very nice and cozy. I liked that hosts cared about various tools that you might need at the kitchen. Negative: Overall, I enjoyed my stay. I just wish a hanger or anything could be added for clothes storage as I had to keep my winter coat on the couch.

Positive: It’s nice its because its within the city you don’t have to travel far away just to get where u wanted to be, the unit itself is equipped with all you need from kitchen stuff to personal like, hair dryer, iron the basic needs. Negative: The down side is we are not comfortable of just staying of or just staying to watch tv or even go to sleep flies or bug flies or fruit flies whatever you called its every where. Even the time we eat it keeps buzzing around us.

Lovely little apartment. perfect for 1-2 people! a little hard to get reception on your phone with it being in a basement and not having wifi, but very manageable. lots of busses available in the area and easy to drive. Super responsive and helpful when reaching out! Would definitely recommend and stay again in the future!

2/10 Positive: The house was well furnished and clean. They responded aptly to requests. Negative: This host was accusatory, unprofessional, and failed to handle a situation with even the most basic level of respect or accuracy. I was repeatedly blamed for alleged actions by “my guests” based on vague and selectively referenced camera footage, none of which they could clearly explain or prove. She was gaslighting me and shouted at me. For example, they claimed someone at 1 am tried to access another unit and insisted it was my guest, yet provided no evidence or logical basis for linking that individual to me. I explained clearly: three people dropped us off, stayed less than 20 minutes, and were never back again. The host ignored this and continued to speak in vague terms, refusing to clarify who they actually saw. They also questioned a 7am interaction which was my brother dropping off luggage in under 2 minutes yet ignored other individuals accessing my unit without explanation. It feels like the host made assumptions based on convenience, not facts, and when asked to back them up, failed to respond. The entire experience was intrusive, poorly managed, and frankly, disrespectful I actually felt racial discriminated. I would never stay here again and would strongly caution others if you value fairness, privacy, or respectful communication, avoid this listing.

Poor internet service is the reason I booked another space for my next trip. Positive: Easy to check in. Nicely renovated, clean space. Even though the space was tiny, it was good enough - i didn't need a larger space. Felt safe. Public transportation nearby. Negative: WIFI was almost non-existent. There was a coffee maker, but no coffee, which I discovered in the morning. I assumed there would be at least one coffee pod for the guest in the morning.

Great appartment in hamilton, just be wary that that walls are a bit thin and not the best neighbourhood but I definitely enjoyed my stay there.

We had an amazing stay at David and Emma's place. Very clean and smooth check in - check out! highly recommend.

Great stay as always

-washroom door knob continuously spins, when trying to open from inside. You need someone from outside to open door or you’ll be locked in. -advertise sofa bed in listing, but cannot be constructed properly due to stability of it, the moment you lay or kneel down it collapses. Sofa bed is broken. -host gave me a number mentioning call for assistance. The number is unreachable… after telling me “this is the updated number”. Host responded to me after I involved Airbnb with no response from the host after 5 hours. It says there response time is “1 hour”… -there is no a/c in the unit. They give you a fan. The unit is hot and has a mold/moist air smell. -my whole stay for 2 nights with no internet reached out to the host no response like mentioned then involved airbnb. Host resolution: “an internet technician will be coming to the unit from 12-5pm”. On the day of my checkout! And check out is 10am. You as a host know when my checkout… -building is in sketchy area!

Terrible communication, went in two hours after checkout, after a very long drive. Unorganized hosts! Nice spot, good neighbourhood.

I do not recommend to host Jonathan. He tried to steal the AC from the apartment and left the unit very messy.
