Overall this place was solid and the host was responsive but we faced several issues that resulted in 3 stars. Pros: 1. Very clear and easy directions; incredibly responsive host 2. Location is great in a sense of walking to the beach 3. Overall, house was clean and nice Our issues: 1. House had a faint smoke smell. Neighbor smoked heavily so not sure if it was that seeping in or something else. 2. Toaster didn’t work. Sounds small but as you are trying to make waffles for your kid it impacted us 3. Baby bathtub was super dirty. We planned on using it until we saw it. Once again, not a big deal but then as we were giving the baby a bath in the sink due to it, the sink was touchy and it went from normal as he was sitting in there to hot all of the sudden. You can imagine the crying. 4. On Saturday when we returned from dinner, our door code stopped working (checkout was Sunday). Will say we were quickly able to get a hold of someone and they troubleshooted in 5min or so.
We had such a wonderful stay! The Airbnb was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway. The space was welcoming and had everything we needed to feel right at home. The host was friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience easy from start to finish. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place to others. We’d happily stay here again! ❤️

Well designed modern and comfortable space. Plenty of room. Great location for pets as well. Easy walk to the beach access (less than 10 min). Easy walk to coffee or live music/beach bar. Would definitely stay there again.

We had the perfect stay! The condo was clean, comfortable, and had an absolutely perfect location. Everything we needed for a relaxing beach getaway was right there. Beach towels, wagon, and beach toys are provided! We would definitely stay here again! We are already planning our next HH trip 🫶
Very nice and clean. Looks just like the pictures listed. It was our first time going to Hilton Head Island. It was a little more crowded than we like, but over all it was nice. The host was awesome. Very friendly and responsive. Lots of extra beach and pool towels if needed. Everything was updated and nicely decorated.

We had a wonderful stay! Kylie was very responsive. Great location - short walk to a very nice beach, many restaurants & shops within 10-15 min drive. Condo was spacious enough for our family of five & a small dog. Thank you to our hosts for making us comfortable!
This was absolutely perfect for us! A beautiful property with pool access, walkable to the beach, and thoughtful touches like bowls for our dog, a pack and play for our baby, and beach towels for all. The host was so kind and communicative. Highly recommend!

This was an amazing place for our family of four (traveling with pets) for a week vacation. We were able to walk to the beach every day, check out the pool, and other amenities were a short drive. I would stay here again!

Kylie’s place was clean, recently renovated and a good fit for our family. The condo was very dog friendly, which made our stay more enjoyable. The kitchen was clean and organized with all the utensils and small appliances that you need. The teflon pans didn’t even have a scratch in them! (I’ve never seen that in a rental place before). We enjoyed the pool, the condo community was dog friendly, and it was an easy and enjoyable walk to the beach. If you are looking for bike rentals, there is a place right across the road (The stand at beach & tennis) I have no hesitation recommending Kylie’s place. Dave
The pool gets a lot of leaves and debris so it’s not super inviting. I wanted to let you know that the smoke alarms both signaled low battery. I’m not sure if they need new batteries but the voice warning went off on both of them. They need to be replaced and reactivated. Thanks.
We stayed for 2 months and the place was very nice, clean, and appeared recently updated. Everything was as advertised. We've stayed in this complex each winter for the last 3 year because of its perfect location. It is less than a 10 minute walk to the beach, and very conveniently located for restaurants and shopping without the hassle of the south-end of the island which is always busy. Would have given the place a 5, but we had several small issues, a leak under the kitchen sink, smoke detector batteries that started to beep because they needed replacing, and the AC unit ran low on freon so stopped cooling. We reported each incident and the management responded quickly. While these were minor inconveniences, we wonder if they could have been avoided with more detailed inspections between occupancies.

We stayed over Thanksgiving while visiting family on HHI. The villa is in an ideal location close to the beach and in our preferred side of the island. There are a number of stores and restaurants around the area. We travel with our dog and the dog bowls and stand, and the dog bed were much appreciated. The washer and dryer were upstairs with the bedroom which is convenient. The laundry basket is a nice touch. The beds were very comfortable and the linens were soft and clean. Will definitely be back next time we're on the island.
The listing is just as described. It was very peaceful and a short two block walk to the beach. The location is great for exploring HHI and a short drive to get off the island. I highly recommend this property.
Our stay was so comfortable. It felt like home from the get go. We really appreciated all the amenities that were available to us from the wagon, sand toys, and lawn chairs. Our children are out of the baby stage but if we still had littles the fact there was a high chair, baby bath, and pack n play with a mattress on site was awesome! Those extra things make traveling with young children so much easier. We loved that the beach was in walking distance and the neighborhood felt very safe and quiet. We would definitely recommend staying here. Thank you for such a memorable trip.
Felt very at home here! Anything we needed was available within the home itself. Washer and dryer were a MUST when going to the beach daily. Short walk to the beach. The location is beautiful. Only complaint was that the pool was closed prior to our arrival due to heavy storms the previous weeks. I only wish we were given a heads up as soon as that was realized by the owners, as it is one of the reasons we booked the place. We discovered on our own, to our dismay. Other than that, I would think about staying here again for sure!
This is a well located condo, tastefully and attractively decorated with a well equipped kitchen. Very important to us were the comfortable beds and choice of pillows. The living space was comfortable, also. It was wonderful to have a designated parking spot just steps from the condo. The lock was easy to use and worked every time. Our host was responsive to questions and problems, although they were never able to explain how the thermostat worked. It would be helpful to include in the house manual things such as how to adjust the thermostat, fans and lights. We had a lovely stay!
We enjoyed our stay at Elliott and Kylie’s Beach Vibes. We have stayed at many units in Stone’s Throw. But, their place is hands down the best. It has a homey feel, is clean and is decorated very cute and beachy. My daughter and I appreciated all of the mirrors next to outlets especially since there was only a bath and a half for our family of four. We like that the area is very walkable. You can walk to the beach, mini-golf/arcade and restaurants. If you want to eat in, the kitchen is well stocked with anything you may need. Communication with Elliott and Kylie was very easy. They were very responsive to any questions we had and provided suggestions for local places to eat/things to do. We will definitely be back.

The place was perfect! I really liked how they had special accommodations for my fur baby, he felt included the whole time. I would definitely recommend this place. They were super responsive with any questions that I had and made the trip stress free.
The process was very simple and easy for check in/out... The condo was very nice and clean as described! Pictures didn't do the place justice. We had a pleasant stay and would return here in later years!

Elliot & Kylie were fantastic hosts! The space was clean and well stocked with everything you could want! The rooms were immaculate and the mattress in the master was comfortable- better than some of the hotels we've stayed in. The pool was easy to reach and very clean and well maintained. The walk to the beach was very easy to manage and lots of room for families to spread out and have space. I would absolutely stay in this unit again!

Positive: the only plus is the location Negative: The listing stated that the property had two bathrooms; however, there was only one. This was highly inconvenient, especially for our group of eight people. Additionally, the photos do not clearly show the type of accommodation. It was described as a standalone house, but in reality, it is a two-story apartment with a very steep staircase. Moreover, many of the neighbors smoked, which negatively affected our stay. Parking was limited, and it was difficult to find space for a second car in the evening. There were also numerous dogs in the area, and the shared pool was located off to the side, rather than being easily accessible
We had a wonderful stay at this condo! It was everything we expected; clean, comfortable, and just a short walk to the beach. We felt right at home and would definitely come back again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit is convenient to the beach and many hot spots like Shelter Cove. The beach is a short walk to the end of the street (less than 5 minutes) with clean restrooms located at the end of the boardwalk. The unit is nicely updated with modern appliances and furnishings. We had the our small dog, and he made himself at home. It is really hard to find nice, pet-friendly locations. This is a great property. Will come back for sure.
This place is lovely! Absolutely recommendable *****. The place was very clean and lovingly arranged. The description and the pictures are very accurate. It also had everything you need even if you want to cook full meals. Very comfortable beds and quiet at night, perfect to have good rest after busy days. Elliott and Kylie are quick to respond, very friendly and super helpful. The location is great, very close to the beach, we could even walk there with elderly grandparents without a problem. The beach is great, not crowded and with amenities (bathroom, showers, water station, etc) Like other guests say: you'll definitely feel right at home there. We will be coming back!
Elliott and Kylie’s space was perfect. It was so cozy and we felt right at home. It had everything we needed which was so nice and convenient for our walks to the beach! We look forward to visiting Hilton Head again in the future and staying here again!
Love this place! This is a very cute and super clean condo in a beautiful condominium complex. The condo had all the necessities you could want. My favorite was the master bedroom. The bed is very comfortable and has nice and comfortable linens. The condo is not huge but feels spacious how it’s decorated. There are a lot of places, closets and shelves to store your belongings. The beach is very close by and a super easy walk. The property owner was very communicative and friendly. We had a tiny issue (not her fault) and she addressed it immediately.
We had a great stay! The place was beautiful, exactly like pictured. Location was just the perfect distance to walk to the beach and a short drive to mini golf and restaurants. We can’t wait to return!
A great place for some R&R Positive: We loved the location and layout of the property. The property was really well appointed - too often, when we rent places like this, we end up having to go buy supplies. Everything we needed was already there. The place was clean, the beds were super comfortable and it was just easy to relax there.
The home was just as the pictures show. It was just what we needed after a long day of activities. Very peaceful area. The communication from Elliott and Kylie was outstanding. The short walk to the beach was perfect. The book of recommendations and other important info was great. The neighbors were friendly and helpful. My family and I will definitely be back.
We had a great stay, very clean, and ideal location. Host was prompt to respond, will definitely stay again when visiting HH.
I can’t say it was overall good or bad. The actual unit is nice, and it was just what we needed for our vacation. We had to leave shortly after arrival because we found 2 ticks on beds. Pet hair was out of control. Hair ball in the master bedroom. Once I reached out to Kelly and told her my discovery she did NOT offer any type of incentive for finding ticks. Ticks carry infection and diseases and it felt brushed off with “please let me know if you need anything else”. We have two young kids and a 3 yr old golden doodle and she expected us to sleep with ticks and tick larva on PILLOWS? We left and checked into a resort and we’ve been happy here! I spoke with Airbnb and they offered me a refund for having to deal with that. If someone reaches out from finding ticks then something needs to be done. I’m disappointed to have to pack my family up in the middle of the night after traveling all day but I chose safety and comfort over ticks, hair, and being at risk. Never again.

The place was exactly as described in the listing. Clean, nice and walkable to the beach. Kitchen supplies are well stocked. You will need to purchase soaps, as the stocked amount in the house are smaller than travel size. We were surprised that we wouldn’t receive check in information unless we filled out a form, and paid a fee to a third party. ($50) This is in the fine print of the listing, and is something we haven’t experienced with an AirBnb before. We had an issue with the kitchen sink and dishwasher while we stayed that weren’t able to get resolved in a timely manner. This did impact our overall stay.
Very nice home. Super clean, easily accessible to the beach, and very quiet area. This place has everything you would need. The pictures accurately depict this rental. Kelly is very responsive and we plan to rent again in the future.

This place is great especially for large groups and families. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and the community was great and quiet. The beach kart is full of chairs and toys and equipment and the walk towards the beach was less than 10 minutes. Perfect furniture and an amazing experience!
