Great stay for our family! The large kitchen had everything we needed for light meals. Tons of possibilities for deliveries, including under 30 minutes from the local WalMart. Pool was large, clean and beautiful. Driving to anywhere, especially the beach was easy though it is Florida so pay attention to time to locations, not distance. Beds, pillows and linens were comfortable. The porch area with extra seating and games was a wonderful and well used addition. We have family in the area and plan to come back and stay again in the future!

Best Vacation Rental Ever Our family has been staying in vacation rentals for 10-15 years and this was the very best one we’ve had! We had everything we needed to cook, everything was super clean, the house was arranged perfectly for us! The pool was one of our favorites - it is heated and the pool lights automatically come on at night and it’s just beautiful! Anytime we had a question, we just texted Scenic Stays and got a very prompt response! Most vacation rentals we’ve been in don’t let you use the garage, but this one did, it was great to be able to put our car in the garage out of the hot sun! The location was great - just a quick drive to anywhere we were going! I would definitely recommend this house!!! Thank you Scenic Stays for making our vacation perfect!!! The only bad part was that it had to come to an end!

Navarre, FL Home with beautiful pool We have a siblings family reunion every year since our mom passed in 2017. (Family of 7). The location great, quiet neighborhood and the pool was amazing. I am not sure, the owners are aware, there is not enough silverware, baking and casserole pans, storage containers, measuring cups, mixing bowl, no cutting boards. Pots and pans and knife set need to be replaced. Very difficult to cook with so few kitchen items. Front two burners of stove not working. House needs a good detail cleaning inside. Also, the rental company only provided four towels and two wash cloths for four people in Jack and Jill bath. Master had enough for two. We all used the towels sparingly before washing. Lack of wash cloths and dishtowels not good. This is advertised with a fully stocked kitchen for large families. I don't mean for this to be a bad review as we would like to stay again next year. The above would need to be taken care of. Most of our family came from Ohio. Did not plan to have to purchase items to be able to cook in the kitchen. Don't get me wrong it was a nice place and everyone had a very relaxing vacation.

Fall Break We had two families consisting of 5 adults and 3 kids. The house was beautiful and spacious. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very secure. The patio area was awesome for games and gathering. There was plenty of room for everyone. We look forward to visiting again!

Family Vacay Loved house location, pool was wonderful and house was clean. It is the small things the house is missing and some repairs are needed. Couch and chairs are not comfortable for family time sitting around. No pool lounge chairs but plenty of outside sitting chairs.

Very nice There was a few hiccups at first but nothing to serious. The pool needed to be cleaned but that was resolved before we left. The A/C would not maintain 70* as it should but it would catch up later in the evening. The grounds crew took three days to complete the yard maintenance but we were able to work around it. Very spacious floor plan, bedrooms had dressers and such to keep from digging in a suitcase. The covered patio was very nice and it is cooled also! The pool was a big hit especially after the sun went down and it cooled off a little. The location is minutes away from the beach and a grocery store, which is handy with three teenage boys. Even with the minor issues, we really enjoyed our stay and would do so again. Thank you for a very nice stay and we look forward to visiting again.

Beautiful beach house ! It was a wonderful family, friendly house… We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pool was the biggest hit of all. We will definitely be back there. Perfect family retreat and extremely close to the beach. absolutely wonderful location.!

Family Get Together The property was very nice and clean. We thoroughly enjoyed the porch area and the pool especially since it was a salt water pool. It was the highlight of our stay. I hope we didn't bother the neighbors too much and tried to make sure we respected the noise levels as much as possible. Thank you for a very pleasant and fun experience for the family and we will definitely keep you in mind for our next family get-together.

This house was perfect for our large group!

GREAT SALTWATER POOL I will start with the positives, which was definitely the saltwater pool! The entire week of our stay the ocean was either at a red flag or double red flag so having a saltwater pool completely made this trip worth it. However the downside was this property advertised two twin beds in one of the bedrooms, which one of them was a pull out and then also a sofa bed in the master bedroom, and for either one of the two beds there was no linens left so technically they could not be used. I reached out through the portal to ask if there were any linens left for those two beds and they asked if I checked the closets which I replied that we checked all of the closets and could not find anything, and after my reply I did not receive any more answers or offer to drop off any linen so we could use the two beds which we needed for our larger party. We ended up going to Walmart and buying bedding so we can use the extra two sleeping spots which we paid for.

We travelled from North Dakota to spend Christmas week with our adult children who live in FL. We booked this bnb because of the size and the bed configurations. For what we paid for this rental it was absolutely not worth the money. The two extra beds (the trundle & futon) had no linens on sight to make up into beds. The mattresses on ALL of the beds felt like flimsy summer camp spring mattresses. We all have sore backs from those awful beds. The queen bed that was stated in a prior review to be broken is STILL broken. Also, the household supplies were ridiculous. They literally put two mini trash bags in the kitchen cans with no extras, there were no coffee filters to fit the coffee maker, there was no hand soap at any of the sinks to wash hands. The amount of time we had to spend getting all of this remedied stole precious time away from our family reunion. The name of the bnb is “Stealing Happy Hours” sadly that’s exactly what it did this Christmas for our family. Stay elsewhere.

Family Vacation This house was perfect for our family vacation. Very spacious, comfortable beds, nice pool and climate controlled sunroom. Location was great with nearby stores and restaurants, close to the Narrave Beach. The only thing lacking was no extra trash bags (1 per trash can) or toilet paper (1 roll per bathroom). Property manager was very responsive to any questions. There were pool floats and beach toys available, along with a pack-n-play, stroller, and high chair for the littles. I would recommend this property and would definitely stay here again.

Working Vacation This was a working vacation. Too many disturbance.

The only problem with the property is that when we pulled up in the driveway trash was on the ground but I called them and the next day they took care of it, overall the property was just how the pictures look beautiful place to relax

Overall, we had a great time. The house is very spacious and enough room for our large group. We just had a few issues during our stay, but the host was very quick to respond and address our issues.

The grill is propane. There is a regular coffee pot and a kurig. Pack your own toilet paper. There is a half bath, a Jack-and-Jill bath, and the master bath, so if you are in the 4th bedroom, you have to go through another bedroom to shower/bathe, which limits any privacy.

Great stay. Quiet neighborhood. Clean space. Very attentive hosts. Would definitely stay with them again.

Our family had a great stay! Liked the location, games and loved the pool. The layout of the house is great for togetherness! We have extended family in the area. The house made it very easy to visit.

Home Very nice home enjoyed our stay

Bathroom We had 2 bathrooms that the light was no working. Called guess service and reported it but didn’t hear anything back. Other than that we had a great time.

We had a great stay. The property was just as advertised. The backyard and pool is fantastic and the neighborhood is nice and quiet.

Lovely house with a lot to offer. I am a walker. The neighborhood was great for my morning walk. The beach was within 10 miles. Three large supermarkets near by.The house had a nice pool and there was enough room to separate away from others if you wanted to. The house was well equipped with floats sand toys, games, puzzles, books, so if you were sick of the sun you could find something to do.The kitchen was a good size I did not see a measuring cup and the pots and pans were very well used.

Absolutely perfect! The house was the best VRBO property we’ve stayed at in the past 10-15 years! It was exactly as described! We had everything we needed! The neighborhood was very nice! We LOVED the pool, especially after the lights came on at night! We had a couple questions and got answers very promptly! Communication was excellent! There was nothing negative! I just can’t say enough positive about this house or the owners! The only problem was that the week went by way too fast! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Nice and relaxing We enjoyed our stay. House was great. A few little maintenance things that we told them about, but didn't need anyone to come to fix while we were there. It was a little cold, so we didn't get to enjoy the pool as much as we hoped, but loved sitting out back around it. The house is in a neighborhood, so nothing really in walking distance if you're looking for that. We didn't mind the drive to get to restaurants and other places. Navarre was nice, our first time in that area. Was a pleasant change from the hustle and bustle of Destin.

Maintenance House, location, pool all outstanding, just an issue trying to get the WiFi and living room TV to work. Was given multiple passwords, none worked. Was told maintenance would be out to check the modem, two days later. Never got living room TV to work, but did get WiFi going on third night.

Nice vacation The house was clean and exactly as the picture showed only problem was the dryer quit heating on Wednesday but other than that no issues

Minor issues Our state was very nice the house was nice and clean and spacious and there were a couple things none of these affected our stay but future people might be, garbage cabinet is broken and the dryer quit heating Wednesday. But the location was great the house was nice and spacious the pool was nice we had a very good time.
