Beautiful, clean place that was super walkable to downtown Nashville and surrounding neighborhoods! We loved our stay and Melissa was great with communicating!

Mixed experience—several structural and amenity issues I've never written a review, but wanted to share a few helpful notes for future guests' awareness, as there were a few significant issues that impacted our comfort. Neighborhood & Security: The surrounding area felt a bit unsettling, and we did notice a security gap where an unauthorized person was able to access the building and parking area. Noise: The building is located next to a train track with trains passing nearly every 10 min. The noise and shaking building made it quite difficult to sleep, despite the earplugs provided. Sound Insulation: The walls are quite thin, so we could unfortunately hear movement and conversations from surrounding units. Layout: One room is a den, as it lacks a window and closet. Electrical & Plumbing: There are wiring quirks; an overhead light fixture flickered on and off on its own, and two sink faucets unexpectedly turned on during the night. Bathrooms: One door didn't lock + low water pressure.

House was very clean and exactly as described and pictured. Bright and modern with blackout shades for privacy and sleeping. All the comforts of home and spacious enough for 6 adults. The pool, gym and overall facilities were clean and well staffed. I appreciate that earplugs were provided as the train runs directly behind the unit and is a very busy track running 24/7. Walking distance to Broadway but not many other stores or restaurants in the immediate area. Everything is about a 10 minute walk if you don’t have a car or you can opt to take Uber or door dash for deliveries. My family had a great time and would stay here again.

This apartment exceeded our expectations. Not only is it beautiful and spacious, it was very modern and all amenities were provided; we just needed our luggage. We were clearly told about the trains being close to the apartment before booking and earplugs are very kindly supplied by Melissa. It didn’t ruin our stay at all I would recommend getting a car service to Broadway as they are very reasonable ($6) and you avoid the heat! Will definitely return as this place was amazing. Excellent stay, perfect location and facilities. Positive: Beautiful property, great amenities, clean and spacious. Negative: Was located next to a train line which was very noisy and trains would come at all hours. The door app was also a bit of a hassle for room and pool access.

Great place to stay! Everything was very clean. The host was very responsive and gave clear instructions on check in and check out. Walkable distance to Broadway.

Parking description made it sound like we had a reserved spot when we didn’t. Wasn’t able to access links from my phone which was annoying.

The shower and tob, has mold around the parameter needs to be caulked. Trains were extremely loud. Using the door app was not compatible with my phone. Had to open and chose the lock, that had no identity, so you had to guess. Area was great.

We had a great stay! As all the other reviews say, the train is loud! Spent a lot of time down at the pool and we liked that it was a walkable distance to downtown.

The condo was very clean and nice. The decor is very modern and cute. The tub shower is very awkward and could be dangerous getting in and out. The train noise is quite loud, but you get used to it. In our opinion it wasn’t a large issue. The lights and fans in 3/3 of the bedrooms kept turning on in the middle of the night. I had to get up 3 times to turn them off. Something must be wrong with the electrical wiring. The pool area is very nice and serene. We did a lot of walking, there were a lot of homeless people hanging around right outside. The apartment complex does have a security guard wandering around which put us at ease a bit.

Perfect stay for girls trip!

We had a wonderful stay. Tastefully decorated, clean, and perfect for our family. We enjoyed the pool area to relax after a late night on Broadway. Quick Uber to the strip but also walkable.

Awesome place, would definitely stay again!

Lovely unit, serious location concerns. The condo is clean and exactly as pictured. The host discloses the nearby Christian rescue mission, and we want to be fair about that. However, our experience felt materially different from what we expected. We were immediately warned by our Uber driver not to walk outside after dark. We observed multiple police cars engaged with people in the surrounding area — both on arrival and again the following morning in broad daylight. Male guests in the elevator told us they felt uneasy and were surprised that women were staying there. We checked out the next morning and relocated to a hotel. If you are a woman traveling alone or with girlfriends, please weigh this carefully. We did not feel safe outside at any point. The unit is great — but you need to be comfortable with what surrounds it. The listing promotes proximity to Downtown and the Gulch, but this building sits in the few blocks between them that you should not be walking through.

great find! train was constantly moving through but a real non-issue for my group. walkable to lots of restaurants and downtown. highly recommend!

It’s a very modern apartment within a complex with a tonne of ammenities. It has large beds and rooms, and two bathrooms both are free standing which makes it accessible for everyone in the apartment. There was plenty of space for us to spread out and was convenient just downloading an app to simply get in/around the building rather than deal with a key/fob which was very handy. It’s an easy relatively flat 10-15min walk to the downtown area and there is multiple bars/eateries nearby. Mela was super helpful and responsive when I needed to hold my bags before check-in and ensured I got into the apartment okay. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks Mela!!

Spacious, lovely condo with all the amenities you need! Pool area and marketplace were great as well. Trains do run behind the building but the noise wasn’t really disruptive (provided sound machines help too). Would definitely stay again :)

Super attentive and responsive host. The unit was great. A little tight for a larger group, but it worked for us and our needs. The complex is right by train track which makes it very noisy but Melissa provided sound machines in each room which helped. The neighbors upstairs were loud as well, but I think that’s somewhat expected from Nashville and a complex that houses short term rentals. Overall great stay and it met our needs.

We had a great stay at this condo overall. The space was clean, tidy, and comfortably accommodated four adults without feeling cramped. The layout worked well, and it was a relaxing place to come back to after a long day. The only downside was that the kitchen isn’t fully stocked for cooking full meals. If you’re planning to do a lot of cooking, you may run into some limitations — for example, there were no measuring cups. It’s fine for light meals or simple prep, but not ideal for more involved cooking. Also, keep in mind that it’s a bit off the beaten path, so be sure to budget for Uber or taxi rides if you won’t have a car. Overall, it’s a great place to stay — just plan ahead depending on how much cooking you intend to do and how you’ll get around.

This place was great, close to everything in downtown and comfortable. Only negative was the train right at the bedroom window, doesnt blow its horn, but it is loud and 24 hours. Beyond that, it was a great place to stay, very clean, beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had three couples for a weekend getaway in Nash. This place fit everybody comfortably! It’s a decent walk to broadway but a quick uber ride. The only con to this place is the homeless shelter right down the road & the amount of stragglers outside. Overall though we would gladly stay here again.
