What a cute spot! This cottage was really nice, clean, organized and the beds were comfortable! It’s a little 2 min walk to the river, which was pretty. It was about 15/20 mins to Portsmouth, 20 mins to Ogunquit and 40 mins to Kennebunkport, so proximity was nice to all the spots out there!
This was a perfect location and house for my family and dog. The house was very clean and the host was very communicative. We enjoyed the short walk to the dock on the river. The neighborhood was quiet and neighbors were nice.
We had to come to the area for my fathers funeral. The host was very friendly and forward with communication preparing for travel! The cabin itself is VERY NICE and the listing is accurate which often they are not so that was relieving. The area was very nice and the neighbors on the backside were incredible and very friendly with helping us locate hot food spots locally! I highly recommend The Brunch bar which is not too far. This location is perfect to a lot of the areas. We will be visiting yearly and I plan to book this location only. My fur babies had lots of room in the main quarters to chase their ball!
We had a great stay. The location was quiet and peaceful with beautiful river access, and it was very convenient to get to Kittery. The house was cozy and cute. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay!
We loved this cabin and our dogs did too! It was so cozy and the neighborhood was very quiet. We enjoyed sipping on our coffee and relaxing in the morning. Communication was impeccable. We would recommend staying here and would book again in the future!
Great location for visiting UNH campus for events. About a 15-20min drive from campus. Wonderful cabin retreat.
This cabin was lovely! Exactly what we were looking for for an escape from the city. It was clean, quiet, and very charming. Cannot recommend enough!
Quaint comfortable cabin! Just the amount of space needed that was clean and bright and had all of the essentials. Easy communication with the management group.

The place was clean and open…felt really safe. HVAC was an issue. Not crazy bad but super cold mornings. Other than that, terrific place and would book it again in warmer months.
