Chad and Victoria were amazing hosts. Their home was super clean and welcoming, and had everything we needed!
We enjoyed our stay. About $15 min drive from most places we wanted to go. Not a lot to do in the immediate area that we desired but that’s no problem because it was an easy ride. We felt safe and comfortable. The backyard was so fun! Hosts were great and responded quickly.
The house was exactly what we needed. We really enjoyed the back yard and the fact that there was a grill. They had everything we needed for the week to cook dinners. I would stay here again.
It was exactly as described. Plenty of space so none of the couples felt crowded. Each couple had their own bathroom with full length mirrors in all of them. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed here for a golf tournament for our son that was nearby. The place was very clean and well stocked with very comfortable beds. My son and husband loved the arcade game. We didn’t use the hot tub but it was a nice one and the outdoor patio area is cute. The location is okay, not great. Industrial area and no restaurants or grocery stores close by but it was near where we needed to be. If you have a bigger group, the downstairs living area is very small, so you have to go upstairs or outside to have enough “hang out” seating. There is a small backyard which is nice if you bring a dog, but it’s not sodded, just thick weeds that are cut. Turf would be a great addition to the space! Check in and check out times are firm, so don’t count on early check in or late check out. Overall it was a nice rental!

We had a great stay at Chad and Victoria’s place. It was clean, well stocked and had plenty of space for family of six and two toddlers. (The pack and play came in handy for our granddaughter) We highly recommend this Nashville gem for future guests. If back in the area and your place is available we would like to stay here again.
Loved our stay!!! House was very comfortable and we felt right at home. Our kids loved the arcade and everyone loved playing records our whole stay.
The pictures do not do it justice! So nice, clean and spacious! Huge kitchen, lots of space and both kinds of coffee pots! Hot tub immaculate! Perfect to catch up with friends and family! Would totally stay again!
Amazing place to stay if you’re going to visit Nashville! It’s decorated so pretty and feels so homey. It has everything you need & the hosts were very kind and responsive. Will be back!

We stayed here for a weekend to visit the ICE exhibit, and it was the perfect spot for our family! We comfortably slept 6 with space to spare. The hot tub was great to use after the kids went to bed, and everyone loved the arcade games. We were also big fans of the record player! We found a baby gate in a closet that was a life-saver because we did have a toddler with us. All the kitchen cabinets were clearly labeled so we easily found what we needed. I would definitely stay here again when we visit Nashville in the future.
Impeccably clean. Loved the extremely comfortable foam mattress. A collection of vintage LPs that took us back to our teenage years; Great fun!

The place we stayed at was very clean and easy to find. We had no trouble getting in. The check-in and parking instructions were very clear. Parking was easily accessible. All house rules and information regarding check out was easy to find thanks to the provided handbook; because of the handbook, we did not have too many questions. Chad and Victoria were very help and responsive hosts. We would consider staying again the next time we were to visit Nashville.
This is one of the nicest places I have stayed with ABnB. Three bedrooms, three lovely full baths, great outdoor space, cozy indoor space. They have thought of lots of small details to make it welcoming (coffee, creamer, paper towels, linens etc). Super easy to check in and very communicative with the whole process. Don’t hesitate to stay here. It’s a great respite from the hustle and bustle of lower Broadway!
