We really enjoyed our stay at Kyle and Nicole’s property! The house was large and beautiful! It had so many amenities! We loved how close it was to the beach and to downtown. Kyle and Nicole were very quick to respond and were super helpful! We would certainly stay in one of their properties again.

This house is the perfect location to stay to visit Anna Maria island- at a much more reasonable cost! Many restaurants and stores very near by. Lots to do for adults and kids. Our grandsons loved the basketball court and play area. Beds are comfortable, lots of room for a big family. Must have mosquito spray when outside at dusk & dawn!! Highly recommend.

Family couldn’t have been happier after a day of fishing or at the beach. It was great and fun place to come back home to. We enjoyed the backyard as much as we enjoyed going to the beach. We stayed out in the backyard more than anything. Loved it, would definitely stay again!

A perfect backyard for all ages — pickleball, basketball, hot tub, pool — nonstop fun and adventure! Also, the two master suites with private bathrooms made this place perfect for two families—super convenient and comfortable.

The house had everything we needed for our kids and more. The kids loved the sparkling clean pool and hot tub. I would definitely recommend!

The home was very nice and clean. The amenities were great for the kids and the adults. The kitchen had all new appliances and kitchenware. The rooms were spacious and clean. The blinds in the window were not secure to the wall a bit, but a handyman came the next day and took care of it. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. The beds and pillows were a little too soft for what we are used to. But overall it was a great stay.

Don’t hesitate to stay at this amazing, well-equipped Airbnb. It’s so fun with all the toys, the designer-level decor and everything you could possibly need. We were in town for a girls soccer tournament and it was such a great place for them to wind down after the games. Not far from the beach, great restaurants and super easy to check in, communicate with them, parking, etc. To think for the same price, we could stay at a country Inn and suites near the tournament… It’s crazy!

Our stay was awesome! We had two of our grandchildren visit (ages 1 and 3), and they never wanted to leave the pool! The swing set was also a hit! The house had a lot of toys for the little ones, too. At nap time, us adults could play a few rounds of pickle ball, basketball, or a game of water polo! Everyone had a blast! Kyle and Nicole were super responsive to all our needs. We had an issue with the pool heating which they resolved as quickly as possible, and even offered up a refund for the nights we couldn’t use the pool. I would highly recommend staying here, especially if you have small children. The house is conveniently located to stores, restaurants, and the beach.

The house was squeaky clean and there is lots of room for everyone to have their own space. My 6’ son was even comfortable in the bottom bunk bed. Having 2 king beds and each having their en suite bath is also a plus! The kitchen was above and beyond what you could ever expect. The hosts provided everything you could possibly need as it was stocked with all the comforts of home. The backyard is fantastic! Pool, hot tub, basketball, putt putt, pickle ball… you’ll never get bored! We had a wonderful time and highly recommend!
