The place was awesome my family and I loved it! Looking forward to stay next year for spring break!!

Me in my family really enjoyed our stay. House was just like the picture and the host always responded when we had a question. Will be booking again

Our first day, we ventured to the complex's pool. Very crowded. The flowrider is additional charges. The Teen club is only an arcade. There is no golf simulator. All games require money. Gym was good. House was very roomy and spacious. We had 13 people but not enough bath or pool towels. We had numerous conversations and were told the request was in. We also let them know the master bath upstairs toilet had no water in it. Again, told the request was in. We didn't want to risk using that the entire trip. The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub, as long as we could. One note here, the houses are very close, so you hear everything. The pool table was a hit as well as the game room. The couches were falling apart. There was nowhere comfortable to relax with the family and watch tv. The attention to detail in cleaning was lacking. Behind the house there were dirty diapers and trash everywhere, which you can see trying to enjoy the pool. The complex itself was had trash everywhere.

It was a great spacious home for me and my family

I had a fantastic experience staying at this Airbnb! The property was exactly as described—clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The host was communicative, friendly, and made check-in super easy. The location was perfect—close to everything but still quiet enough for a relaxing night’s sleep. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, from the cozy linens to the fully stocked kitchen. It truly felt like a home away from home. I especially appreciate the prompt response from host when asked any questions. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable and enjoyable Airbnb experience especially for larger families.

Upon arrival, the floor was so sticky we had to mop it ourselves. While we were unloading,we saw dead cockroaches in kitchen.We contacted them and they said it was treated the day before we arrived.We began to see roaches everywhere.They listened to our concerns but weren't able to provide us a new place to stay as all of their units were full.We were offered pest control to spray.We asked them to come back the next day while our kids were out of the home to avoid chemical exposure-never showed up and then we were told it wasn't an option since it was due for a treatment soon.The roaches started getting into our food, costing us more money.Then the AC unit upstairs started leaking and the whole upstairs carpet was soaking wet.They came out and checked it and their only solutions was to put a fan and tell us to let them know if we had any issues. We had no clean space for our kids. No solution was offered.Asked for a refund and what they offered was an insult based on our experience.

I give this place a 4.8 to stay everything was great for the most part.. ONE THING the living room couch needed to be changed out ASAP I can feel the springs in it.. mostly me and the children didn’t need it we was enjoying the pool and grill most the time but we already decided to come back to the same spot.. also one of the only few places that have some privacy around the pool are that’s a big plus. And we stayed 5 days that wasn’t enough time next summer Sunday to Sunday. This family enjoyed our time at y’all place !!! See yall next July .

Su buscas un lugar para pasar en familia les recomiendo este alojamiento. Super cómodo, espacioso y super limpio. Mi familia y yo nos sentimos como en casa. Nos alojamos 8 adultos y 7 niños y en general los niños la pasaron genial. Tienen área de diversión y su cuarto propio animado. Esto dio la oportunidad de que los adultos también disfrutarán. El Anfitrión super atento en todo momento y muy amable. Sin duda alguno nos volveríamos a quedar en este lugar.

The experience with this location was very disappointing. Bedbugs in the rooms on beds and in the bag that was place on the floor. Roaches were found in the game room where children were playing. Children could not complete homework due to weakness of the Wi-Fi. Once the bug situation was brought to the host attention , he came and told us we would receive a new location in 30 minutes we proceed to tell him we didn’t have much time to wait because we have a asthmatic child with us and we were also in the state for our daughters competition and “missed it”. We waited 30 minutes battling time & called the host to get no answer. We had to strategize calling block to get an answer. After finally getting a answer they told us they had a new location but then changed and said they are going to refund us only a portion of what we paid & shorten our stay so we was literally in our vehicle for 10hours waiting on a response/ update. No one showed us any care to our situation “except” say sorry.

We had a great time. The house is huge and our large family never felt crowded or uncomfortable. The two story home, pool, hot tub, large kitchen, and game room had something to keep everyone content. The pictures are very accurate, but of course there is nothing like seeing it in person! My only complaint is the Wi-Fi. The connection was spotty making it difficult to use internet reliable devices in many parts of the home. Other than that, highly recommend this home to families looking for a large kid friendly space.

I would have loved to give this home 5 stars but the linen should have been washed. Overall the home was nice and entertaining and was big and spacious enough for everyone. Me and my family really enjoyed our stay.

We had a great stay. The house is extremely comfortable and less than 20 minutes drive to Disney. The kids bunkbed room does not feel squeezed, but is comfortable. The kitchen is really well equipped. It was wonderful to be right by Disney. Daniel is such a wonderful communicator. I will def come back and recommend this place!

The house was huge and perfect for large families. There were tons of fun things to do for all ages in the home itself. Every room had a TV which was perfect for us all. The pool was bigger than some of the others ones we’ve stayed at. Our only major complaint is the air conditioner. If you like to sleep in a cool environment this place isn’t it. The downstairs thermostat is located on the 2nd floor. So when the upstairs is cooled to 72 (the coolest you’re allowed to have it) the air for the main floor doesn’t kick on. The main floor temp stayed around 78 degrees. We tried to sleep down there the first night and everyone was miserable. Other than that… we very much enjoyed the house.

Me and my family had a great time, it was a nice and spacious home. I think they have a little ant problem as 3 of the rooms had ants in them. The stable was dirty and my room had stains on the sheets upstairs. They should probably pick a different way to go about trash because the raccoons came out at night and tore the trash bags up. Also, the walls need to be cleaned up, has a lot of crayon markings and maybe tighten the stools/chairs up because my brother sat down in one and it broke so we ended up having to pay for it which it was no big deal. All in all, I would recommend their place to others. My family had a good time, they had a lot of space for everyone and bathrooms so there was no wait. I would book again at this place, the host were nice people. Good location. Nice pool. We really had a good time and felt at home! Thanks, Daniel & Christine

Me and my family had the honor of staying in Daniel and Christine’s home for my son 14th birthday the pictures are beautiful but the home in person is amazing. One of the best homes we’ve stayed in away from home. Daniel responded quickly to any questions I had there were no concerns to address everything went smoothly the house was super clean the beds were comfortable great location. I truly can’t say enough about this house it was the perfect layout for spending time with family and friends.

This is a wonderful property. The home is Beautiful and spacious, my family really enjoyed staying here. I highly recommend to big families as it has lots to keep everyone entertained. Loved the privacy the pool area had, made us feel real comfortable. The check in was smooth and the gender at the guard house was kind and friendly. This place was amazing, loved the location. My family and I enjoyed the entire home, plenty of rooms and space for everyone. So many things to do around. This home was beautiful, clean, well put together. Daniel was very attentive and kept in communication and was prompt with responding. The rooms were spacious and clean. It was the perfect home for my family vacation. Definitely plan to stay here again when I visit Orlando!

The inside of the home was beautiful and a great representation of the listing. However, there were several issues that the host did not address. At check-in, we were met with a porch full of the previous renter's trash, which an animal rummaged through leaving food and debris all over the porch & on the side of the house. I immediately contacted the host Daniel. However, there was no response for hours. We discovered dirty dishes in the cabinet (mug with hot pink lipstick, coffee stains and diebris in other mugs). Once again, I sent the host a message. He finally responded, stating he has an emergency to deal with sorry for his delay. After several communication attempts with the host and Airbnb, I took it upon myself to clean the trash up off the porch as the raccoon kept coming back & it was not afraid when we tried to shew it away. My grands would be arriving, and I did not want them to come in contact it. I also cleaned every dish in the house. We also had to unclog the toilets.

The space was perfect for my large party. Plenty of sleeping and lounging room. Also pretty much every room had its own private bathroom which is always a plus when traveling with a large group. The rooms are spacious, comfy beds and pillows, TVs in every room.The host Alfredo was super helpful and responsive. He even went out of his way to pick up some balloons and set them up for me since I was traveling with the birthday girl. I truly appreciated it! The description was accurate. The pool was nice (wish the weather would’ve permitted us to utilize it) but it was super chilly this past weekend. They do offer the upgrade to heat the pool (which is great)! It’s close proximity to everything- Restaurants, shopping, Disney. The only downside was the living room furniture was very dirty and worn/lumpy (has to be replaced). Dining room chairs needed to be deep cleaned because the fabric was visibly dirty as well. Other than that I give our stay a 9/10. W/ corrections.. will be 10/10.

The home within the Solara Resort is beautiful and exactly what we were looking for. The house was just like the pictures and the private pool and hot tub were so relaxing after a long day. The only thing noticed was some hair in some of the beds and towels. Also, just happened to notice when checking the place out to get familiar with where things are in cabinets, that there is no fire extinguisher if ever needed. Other than that, perfect and all nine of us would come back again.

This large home in Four Corners is a very great spot to bring a lot of people together. The kitchen is well stocked, the cleaning staff did a remarkable job cleaning, and the bedrooms were spacious! There was a small hiccup during our stay regarding heated pools and the hot tub, but Patrick, the co-host was very responsive and understanding to the inconveniences we had and ensured a pool technician to come out the next day which allowed us to use the pool and hot tub in the capacity we agreed on prior to the stay.

Great home for large groups or multiple families. Enjoyed using the resort amenities (pool and splash pad for kids). The kids loved the game room, pool and hot tub at the house. Daniel was very responsive and easy to work with.

Absolutely amazing house! It felt like the rooms were never ending, and it was perfect for the big group that we had going. The neighbors were friendly, and despite the fact that we loud at times, they had no issues with us. The back yard has a great pool- be sure to pay for the heater before arriving! My favorite room was the Star Wars room, and I completed my life long dream in beating x men arcade game. We will be back next year - worth every penny

My only issue is that the home has bed bugs. I understand it could have came from a previous guest but the beds need to be being checked!! Water in showers does not get hot.. Luke warm. I have a 2 year old and she had bed bug bites. My guests slept on the couch the last night when we noticed them!! We thought a mosquito had gotten inside.. until we found the bugs. My child is broken out in a rash and I feel horrible!!

I'm going to start off by saying They False Advertised, This place. Only the master room with the Chair in there has A Bed sheet and comforter. They had stains from the people before. When we arrived, the people's trash was still there. The Wi-Fi Was TRASH. Cockroaches loved it, better than my company. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

We enjoyed our stay at this house. It was bigger than expected and catered to our needs. The living space and rooms were clean. We also liked the fact that we ere able to go across the street and enjoy the extra amenities. Nice house, would recommend!

Decent property with overused worn furniture Positive: We loved the pool /hot tub. Friendly staff. Negative: Although the property is decent, The mattresses are extremely hard and uncomfortable. Some of bed blankets were stained. The couches were worn and need to be replaced. One of the kitchen stools is also broken/ weak and needs to be replaced. Some of our tvs weren't able to be watched however maintenance resolved the issue. None of the can openers work and need to be replaced. And a raccoon keep digging in the trash nightly, we had to fight him off. For the amount of money we spent, the home could use better upkeep.

The place looked beautiful in pictures. However, it wasn’t very clean. The couch on the main floor was dirty and not comfy. The surfing place that shows in the pictures is across the street at a different location. For the pool and hot tub to be heated you have to pay $50 a day. It’s crazy.

Such an incredible stay! The house was even bigger than expected. Everyone slept comfortably. The host was absolutely amazing. There was so much communication that I felt confident before and during our stay. Would recommend this property management and home!

Tired airbnb was beautiful, there were small issues that maybe they change for the next guest . They charge just to warm the pool/jacuzzi , they charge $70 to use the grill, check in was at 4pm Our flight landed at 9am , I asked can we check in at at least 3pm they said it’s a fee . The carpet was soaking wet due to cleaners shampooing the floors a hour before check in. Lastly I was accused of smoking in the home because there was one ash on the ground outdoors . Not one person with me smoked at all .

Our AC didn’t work for the whole stay, and even when they sent someone out to fix it, he didn’t look like he knew what he was doing and only made the AC run for an hour before it turned off. This made it so I couldn’t use 50% of the house I paid for. I messaged them after my stay to try and get some sort of reparations but all they could say was the AC was working like I wasn’t the one in the house dealing with no AC on the second floor. Overall I wouldn’t use Upstay again because according to them they know what the air feels like in the house without being there.

where do I start... at first we were excited for out stay, relieved a pre call which was nice. but when we arrived we noticed hair in our beds/sheets and some looked used still. gross. then the carpets through out the home were stained and felt crusty on your feet. some sort of substance stuck in areas of rugs. livingroom area rug was filthy, stained. livingroom couch is so heavily used and disgusting, you sit and fall in and springs hit your butt. not pleasant. some throw pillows had drool or some kind of white spots, dirty. upstairs couch was dirty with white marks, pool table is very scratched and dirty with hair and crumbs. pool was cloudy. I mean I could go on. the problem is that this houde is so heavily used by renters and owner is not replacing items or carpet cleaning. I asked for a refund to book another place and host refused so I had to argue it with air bnb and they protected my stay and refunded me. I believe others should know and be aware of what I went through!

This place was as wonderful as described plus more!! The hosts were absolutely incredible, communication was easy and fast, easy access and easy check out. Definitely recommended!

A casa é ampla, confortável e com bons quartos, porém com alguns móveis danificados, e fogão e máquina de lavar louça sem funcionar adequadamente. Condomínio tranquilo, porém sem portaria e um pouco afastado. A área comum, fica em outro condomínio do outro lado da rua, este sim, com controle de portaria. A administradora da casa se mostrou bastante inflexível. Não nos foi autorizado adiantar nem 1 minuto o check-in sem cobrança próxima ao valor da diária. A mesma situação aconteceu durante o check-out. Não houve vistoria de chegada, nem de saída e fomos surpreendidos com cobranças, sem fundamento de item, de danos que, por sorte, tínhamos um vídeo mostrando que era pré-existente.

It's OK, if you can overlook a few things Positive: Beautiful at first glance, lots of space Negative: Was told about broken bunk bed on the way to the property. Was offered no compensation for loss of 2 beds. Since the frame on the top bunk was cracked it was unsafe to use the bottom. There were also roaches which was gross. A lot of the furniture was broken. Trash on the porch when we arrived, and they don't tell you that you have to purchase propane from them to use the grill ($75)

Besides the few cleaning issues the place is a great stay! Communication between the host and cohosts are great as well. I do not fault them on the cleaning because some cleaners get comfortable and miss a few key points that’s out of the host control , so I do recommend them for others and would book with them again, no hesitation. Also being located in a resort is a plus, parking at the home as well as close to the home. Wish we had a even longer stay

We loved our stay and we all were extremely sad to leave. The photos do your home no justice. Everything you would need for your stay was there. The cleanliness, quick responses, game room, pool table, pool and jacuzzi! Winner! Winner! And you can cook your own chicken dinner in a nice clean and may I add in a up to date kitchen. Our ride home all we heard was “Can we please go back” My response was Yes! Yes! Yes! let me check my calendar to book it.

This was my first AirBnB and this set the standard WAY high. The place was immaculate. Definitely going to be looking this house up every time we’re in the area!

The house was exactly as pictured absolutely stunning! Upon arrival we were suppose to checkin at 4 but let them know we would be there at 5. The cleaning crew was still there and we had to sit outside for 30 mins while waiting. Found several bottles that were not picked up from the game room and poolside but other than that was clean. When arriving one of the pool sticks was broke and I contacted them and he immediately brought two new ones over. We had a issue with the downstairs ac it wasn’t working only the upstairs was also communicated that and had someone come by the next day to fix. Overall such a cool house very spacious and beds were comfy. Lots to do between game room, pool table, pool outside and the resort amenities. We would definitely stay here again!

This place is a must stay!! It’s awesome

The home was beautiful, it looked especially like the pictures. Great space and the decor down to the light fixtures in the home was beautiful!! My only complaints is the late responses to my messages, refrigerator stopped working mid stay and all of our stuff was warm someone was sent hours later. Washer very difficult to use left clothes soaked, and dishwasher wouldn’t work. Check out time is 10a and cleaner lady sat right outside the home from 830am until we left at 9/9:20a, I understand the need to clean the home but did she have to sit right in front like she was rushing us??
