Spacious Resort Family Home—Pool, Hot Tub & Cinema — Guest Reviews

The home including bedrooms was very spacious. All beds firm. Almost 2 hours of going back in forth with host not being able to get onto the wifi on arrival. No service with Verizon. Had to leave to get the messages out. They had given incorrect password. Half the upstairs power kept going out, had to keep flipping breaker. Paid extra to heat the hot tub & pool. Hot tub never got hot. Host said they would investigate but never got back. Back sliding door I could never get locked. Very unsettling with kids. My husband somehow got it the following day but then we couldn't get it again. In comparison to other airbnbs we have stayed at this place left alot to be desired. In a resort community but not given a map for amenities, hours, details etc on those. No pool toys. No coffee filters. Salt. Pepper. Given 3 trash bags for a 5 night stay. No extra blankets. Not a stocked home. Beautiful home but had a cheap hotel feel.

Last minute booking for Thanksgiving so my family and I were totally grateful. The home is in an awesome neighborhood with great amenities. Unfortunately we had a few hiccups including inability to use the pool, (Cold in Florida) even though we paid extra for the heated pool and multiple power outages in 2 bedrooms closet to the theater room ( one of left side, one on right side). We had to run down the stairs to, trip the breaker in the garage each time. That part was a nightmare. This would occur multiple times in both rooms the remainder of the trip. The last night the wifi went out, no one could watch TV. Needless to say we were not totally pleased with this vacation home. Once the host fix the issues, Im sure everything will be fine but this is not what ppl expect on a vacation. Owners did provide a resolution in the end.

Our stay was very enjoyable. The house was very well kept and comfortable. There was an issue with the cooling and the upstairs rooms got really warm and hard to sleep for the first couple days, but the response by the host was timely and the issue fixed after a few attempts. Would definitely stay again on a future golf trip!

My Family , The Team, Our Parents, and I truly enjoyed our stay In this Beautiful home. It was very accommodating for us all. The beds were so comfortable and we slept so good every night as though we were home. The kitchen had everything you need however it was fewer pans so we bought those and left for the next family to use. Be sure to take your own towels for the pool. Our basketball boys stayed in that pool for 5hours I know playing basketball. It was an amazing firework show we watched right outside in the cuddle sack and my grandbaby really enjoyed that. Our host Nilma was very informative upon arrival, very nice and quickly responded to any questions or concerns I had. Overall everything was Perfect for our stay with a large basketball team plus parents and we definitely will stay again!! Thanks again for the hospitality

We were there for a girls trip to Epcot! The home was spacious enough to accommodate all 7 of us. Everything was clean upon arrival and check in was seamless. The community was large and clean and pleasantly quiet given its mainly vacationers there. If I had to mention something we’d like to see changed is to have washcloths available. There were none. And the kitchen lacked cooking skillets. There was only one. If you’re looking to cook for a large family, you’ll definitely need to purchase or bring your own. Last the pool guy came over to clean/service the pool on our last day but we were not notified that he’d be coming. We looked up and there was a stranger in the back yard. We were not able to enjoy the pool our last day as the chlorine was entirely too strong. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our weekend and would definitely rent again.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home was very spacious, exceptionally clean, and had everything we needed. The host was very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We were having such a great time that my family didn’t want to leave! We would absolutely recommend this property to others and would gladly stay here again.

Amazing stay! The Airbnb was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Everything was exactly as described, and we had plenty of room to relax and enjoy our time. Great experience from start to finish. Definitely a 10/10 and would stay here again!

Great house, we really love it! Good location, the house is spacious, we enjoyed the theater. Nice kitchen, the host was very responsive and accommodating.

On our way to Disney, our original accommodation was unexpectedly canceled just an hour before our arrival. In a panic, I quickly found this lovely home, and Yasmin was absolutely fantastic—she immediately helped me book and get us settled. It turned out to be even better than our initial plan. The house is stunning, spotless, and exactly as described. We can't wait to return. Huge thanks to Yasmin for making everything so smooth!
