Great place good customer service location is Amazing, optimal for groups of 7/8

We had a great stay and would absolutely recommend this house, especially for a larger group. The layout is perfect for gathering while still giving everyone space. The location is amazing - super close to Rainey Street and the river trails, which made it easy to get anywhere we wanted to go. There’s also plenty to do at the house itself. The pool, hot tub, fire pit, and outdoor games made it just as fun to hang there as it was to go out. The only minor frustration was that it feels like the home is managed by a larger group rather than an individual host who knows all the ins and outs. Responses were very fast (which we appreciated!), but sometimes lacked detail. For example, we had trouble with the pool heater and were initially told it was broken, but it turned out we were just at the wrong control panel and figured it out ourselves. Hands on troubleshooting would have helped. That said, it’s a fantastic property in an unbeatable location, and we would definitely stay again.

We stayed here for my bachelorette trip and were really let down when they let us know a week prior that the hot tub was out of service. It would have been really nice to use since the one weekend we chose was too chilly to use the pool. They were unable to compensate us for the broken hot tub..and there were a few places in the house where a bunch of random wires were hanging out as well. No real coffee pot either- only a Keurig. Overall we still had a blast. Plenty of beds for a large group and it’s also in walking distance to Rainey Street or a short drive to other popular spots so that was really nice. I would probably choose somewhere else to stay next time though.

There were 6 ( 4 adults and 2 kids) of us and this house was more than enough space for everyone to spread out and have space for peace and quiet. Beautiful place, very clean and well kept. The pool area is beautiful - the only thing I would caution is if you're traveling in colder months, the hot tub may not reach full temperature. It's a custom tile tub so it doesn't have a cover which leads to heat loss at low air temps. This wasn't a big deal, but would have been good to know in advance. It was a really nice pool area with a bunch of seating and a nice fire pit. Walkable to a cool coffee shop (Afuba) and about a 10-15min walk to downtown. Highly recommend.

Good for big groups, clean and had plenty of towels

Had a great stay overall and found the property to be as described. Communication with the host was prompt and courteous throughout. Thank you again for your hospitality.

Amazing house in an amazing location - super convenient to downtown. The host was extremely communicative and ensured we had everything we needed for our stay! The house itself was very clean and thoughtfully designed. We absolutely loved our stay and can't wait to be back!
