We loved our stay here. The house is wonderful, spacious and very well taken care of. We loved the location! Our host was exceptional with communication and all instructions were extremely clear. 10/10😀

Fantastic stay. We visited with three generations of family members and found it to be a great home base. The open floor plan and outdoor area were lovely. The hosts were also extremely responsive and helpful. Would give 6 stars if I could for the support there. I’m rating 4 of 5 from a value perspective. The location is very close to the airport which meant planes overhead throughout business hours and there were a few inconveniences (like auto lights on bathroom turning off every 30 seconds). This likely will have been repaired for next visit

We had a wonderful stay at Megan’s place in LA! Our party of 7 fit comfortably, and the 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom layout worked perfectly for us. The home was exactly as described in the listing, with a spacious living room, a lovely outdoor patio, and all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The EV charging was especially useful since we had two EVs with us. Megan was also incredibly responsive. We checked in quite late, and she still promptly answered all our questions after check-in. Overall, a great place for a larger group. We would happily stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect—close to everything we wanted to do while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. The home was spotless and it was clear that great care is taken to keep everything clean and well-maintained. Communication was easy, check-in was seamless, and we felt right at home. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place in a fantastic location.

Great place to stay for a family! We loved the fenced backyard for our kids and everything was as described! If you are sensitive to noise the house is directly in a flight path and planes are quite low, but it was ok for us. Would recommend!

What a gem of a home in West LA! The property itself was exactly as described/photographed and was really clean, as well as being convenient and walkable. We also really appreciated Megan’s communication and response time, and the details and upfront work it took to make our stay so seamless and enjoyable. Would 100% book again!

We loved the house, inside and outside. And the street with the spring trees was so beautiful. Each bedroom was a good size. The beds were very comfortable. It was nice that 2 bedrooms had a private bath. Yard was comfortable and the hummingbirds on the bottlebrush tree were a highlight. Airplanes from Airport were minimal and not worth worrying about if you choose this home. Motion sensor bathroom lights were comical when we first arrived as a few of us found ourselves in the dark while saying the bathroom. Overall a beautiful home and very easy place to stay.

We loved staying here! Megan was incredibly friendly and helpful. The house is beautiful and in a great location. Peaceful, quiet streets yet close to the excitement of Santa Monica!

We had a great one-week stay at Megan’s place! It’s bright, open and had everything we needed. Location is pretty central as well but on a nice quiet street. It was easy to uber or drive around as well as order or pick up food and groceries. Would highly recommend this place!

The house is very cute and on a lovely block. Both front and back yards are very well kept and lush with classic California vegetation/landscaping. Regardless of being in the flight path of the Santa Monica airport, lounging on the back patio is a tranquil experience. Overall, the stay received fours stars due to a handful of minor maintenance issues and bc I found the house to be furnished/outfitted cheaply. The host was very responsive and offered to handle maintenance issues during our stay.

Cute place, everything was as communicated. Nice open floorplan main area for the family to hang out. Fantastic bonus was the electric car charging cable which meant I never had to go to a charging station once on our trip!

Megan was very proactive and friendly. The space was as described and a great option for our group of friends and kids.

We had a great time during our stay. The place was as expected and Megan and her team were amazing hosts. We traveled with our kids and asked Megan if there was a pack-n-play. There wasn’t, but Megan and her team purchased one without any hassle or issues. For Thanksgiving, we were ready to cook the day before and realized there were no large pots and only one pan. When we communicated this, Megan and her team ordered the cookware immediately without hassle. Lastly, one of our kids pulled a nice mirrored tray off the table which broke. Because we paid the upfront insurance coverage, there was no hassle. Overall, the location and experience were exceptional. Megan and her team checked in throughout to ensure we were ok and had what we needed. While the price originally felt a little high (probably because of holiday season), the value was really in the location and service. We highly recommend this location and rate the entire experience 5 stars. Thank you Megan and team!

We travel my partners and i to Megans place, the house was super functional, beautiful, well located, and comfortable. We would love to stay there again in future travels to L.A.

This home was beautiful, had everything we needed. Great open space, clean, lots of light. The patio was clean and welcoming. Very friendly neighborhood and there’s a Whole Foods, coffee/diner, Ralph’s within walking to a mile distance. Great stay.
