Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The space was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, making it feel like a true home away from home for my family and me. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared, and we felt welcomed the moment we arrived. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, which made it perfect for spending quality time together. We truly appreciated how accommodating and responsive the host was throughout our stay—it made the entire experience even more enjoyable. I can honestly say this was one of the best stays we’ve had, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable place to stay. We will definitely be returning again!

The hosts were very warm and inviting. They were extremely accommodating and very helpful. The location was great and had many amenities on site including game room and gym. Can’t wait to comeback for a second visit. Extremely beautiful place to stay especially with your family. I would give it 6 starts if I could.

Habitação escura, com carpetes sujos nos quartos. Moveis de ma qualidade, exemplo: sofás minúsculos sem profundidade e de material escorregadio o que não proporcionava um mínimo conforto. Camas com tamanho superior ao colchão com um acabamento na frente que provocava batidas das pernas sempre que se passasse por ela. Cortinas feitas de tecidos muito ruins e na cor branco o que não impedia que os quartos ficassem exposto ao sol da manhã (a partir das 6 hs) o que impedia um descanso e sono de qualidade Internet de péssima qualidade, reclamei uma vez “ajeitaram” mas todos os dias simplesmente não funcionava, desistimos de usar. Utensílios de cozinha parcos e de ma qualidade, faltando pecas necessárias para uso de uma família que opta pela acomodação com cozinha para se alimentar em casa, falta tudo, compramos vários objetos para podermos utilizar a tal cozinha. Torneira da cozinha sem pressão de agua. Banheiros com agua fria todos os dias a partir das 9h Elevadores com madeiras soltas sem manutenção. Carpetes dos corredores extremamente sujos e muito fedidos. E quando não eles tentavam tirar o fedor com clorox (acredito que seja isso) para minimizar o mal cheiro

Minha estadia foi ótima. O espaço foi perfeito para a minha família. Perto dos parques da Disney. Em termos de compras encontramos tudo a poucos minutos de carro. As instruções para chegada, check in e checkout muito claras e fáceis de seguir. Voltaria sem dúvida. O anfitrião Luiz respondeu brevemente sempre que necessário. Recomendo

Awesome 👍 family vacation . Positive: Very clean, spacious and quiet, ideal for families. Negative: Nothing perfect, but God , but can't find a major problem, enjoyed my stay.

Positive: The location was fairly centralized for the places we were visiting. Kids enjoyed having a pool available. Negative: Something’s were a little dated, game room needs some repairs.

Thalita and Rob were attentive and very friendly hosts. The home was spacious and absolutely beautiful! Me and my family felt right at home! On the other hand, the Wi-Fi wasn’t so great. It kept connecting and disconnecting and that kind of sucked because we had to work and do school work as well. I believe it had something to do with the area though because they have a lot of dead zones out there. Other than that, the stay was an amazing experience and I will definitely book again!

My family and I enjoyed our stay despite the entry code error upon arrival. Nonetheless, comfortable and cozy.

Ce condo convient bien à une famille mais il y manque un peu d’entretien: un tiroir était manquant dans la 2ième salle Positive: la dimension du condo, les 2 salles de bain, la piscine et le spa. À 15 minutes en voiture des sites de Disney. Negative: Comme nous avons eu de la difficulté avec Upstay et notre carte de crédit malgré nos nombreuses communications, il a été très pénible d’arriver à obtenir le code pour entrer. Impossible de communiquer directement avec les propriétaires. Le condo faisait face à l’autoroute, donc très bruyant. Nous ne pouvions pas profiter du balcon.

Prefect location with a beautiful drive to the parks Watching park fireworks from balcony was cool. Everything needed for the stay was provided. I like bigger spaces that this three bedroom has and more than enough room for a big family. I love it when there is a really nice clean place!

we had a great experience here with all my family and pets. we will be coming back for sure. We were very comfortable, beds were great, big space, all tv access to streaming platforms.

I enjoyed UpStay's listings and my friends did as well. I would 100% reccommend to anyone wanting to stay close to disney world. The place was clean and just like the description. Also, no extra noise very quiet place. The host was responsive and helped with anything we needed!

I had a fantastic stay. The apartment was clean, beautiful, located in a great spot, and made a perfect home base for me to work remotely and enjoy as much time in the Disney parks as possible. It’s a 15-20 minute drive from each park and Disney Springs, which makes it incredibly well-located. You can see Magic Kingdom fireworks from the balcony every night! I also appreciated the fast communication and professional, proactive handling of situations while I was on property. Luiz’s communication was stellar throughout, which really put me at ease as a solo traveler. I loved my stay here and would definitely book again. Thank you so much for such a great stay! 10/10 ⭐️

They didn’t mention it was on the 4th floor until check in failed to mention construction in the building until there was an issue between that and the broken elevators for the majority of our stay brown sink and shower water stained walls an carpets the doors to get inside the building where always wide open the parking lot is covered with trash an after several days of speaking with them they refuse to be of any help to resolve our issues this stay was terrible an in fact ruined a portion of our holiday

I would reconsider if you work from home because service is bad in the area. Overall it is ok for the value.

This was one of the most disappointing Airbnb experiences we have had. The unit was not as advertised, and the listing photos are misleading. The balcony did not match the advertised view. The unit was not properly cleaned and required a deep cleaning upon arrival. The floors were so dirty that simply walking on them caused our socks to become dirty, and we had to clean the floors and bathroom ourselves. The road noise was extremely loud, and traffic in and out of the building was often bumper to bumper. The Wi Fi was unreliable, and the parking was very difficult. The entrance and exit are so tight that you can see where vehicles have hit the walls, and we were concerned about damaging our car. We raised these issues during our stay and received no meaningful response. The host later attempted to charge us for a deep cleaning, which is unreasonable, as the place needed a deep cleaning before we arrived. I would strongly caution others before booking. I would not stay here again.

The parking garage was very difficult to navigate. The spaces were extremely tight, and the exits were awkwardly designed. The condo itself was fine overall. However, the shower in the secondary bathroom (not connected to the master) had very poor water pressure. The pool area was nice, but unfortunately the hot tub jets were not working during our stay. On a positive note, the location was excellent and made getting to and from Disney very convenient.

I had an amazing stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and in a perfect location of things to do. The host was very responsive and made everything super easy. I would definitely stay here again!

Disappointing!! Positive: Location was decent and happy to have a kitchen, the outdoor space was nice Negative: The parking was awful, the hallways smelled and stayed on 84 degrees the whole time! The hot tub didn’t work, which I was looking forward to, after a long day of walking at the parks! The unit was out dated and not the same as the unit shown in pictures! We had to wash our linens before we used them, b/c we found 2 dirty towels that had stains and hair on them! The shower was dirty with black hair found on the walls! The game room was so hot, that you couldn’t stay in it! They also requested that we don’t lower the AC below 72 degrees, which is a little too warm for us at night!Unfortunately it is crossed off our list as a place to stay!!

We had a wonderful time, will stay here again.

We loved the big apartment, the big balcony, we liked everything except the bed linen, which we had to wash before we us Positive: The apartment is sensational. Spacious, airy, with a large balcony. Negative: The bed linen apparently hasn't been changed. They only cleaned up after the last family that used it. We found small dirt marks and had to wash everything before using it. I imagine that the cleaning team does this to save time, but it is a risk to the health of those who use it.

Incredible, will definitely book again! Positive: Pool, hot tub, accommodations were incredible. Negative: Nothing!

Positive: The property was great and we enjoyed our stay. The disappointing part is communication, we realized hours after leaving that we left something super important and sentimental and there’s no way to get in touch with host. One number is always busy and the other just rings. Sent multiple messages but no response to those but did get a message to leave review. It’s certainly our fault we left something but we could have gotten it back if it was possible to reach someone.

our stay... We were looking for a place close to friends just S/W of Orlando. We booked late, so options were limited. This place was well placed, convenient, in a good price point and had what we were looking for based on the description. Arrival was easy, with information prepared prior to our arrival. Access was given on arrival day. First entry was hit with a odor of the last guest's meals. Not offensive, just not what I was expecting. The condo, clean and neat but a few issues. Floor was sticky to walk on, bed linen needed to be washed, and some kitchen supplies were lacking. (which were quickly replaced when notifying the unit contacts). The facilities were across the lake from the Grove, where we had stayed a few times before. This is not the Grove. It is a bit dated, the complex itself needs some updating but overall was not busy. That said, less crowded, had some nice amenities and you had a great pool to yourself most days. (The hot tub is a warm tub with poor jets). If you are looking for convenience, moderate cost and a place to lounge after your busy day, this unit is a good option. Just make sure you bring ear plugs. Sorry, the road is busy in the morning and not very quiet.

Ana and Gabriel are great people. Very responsive. They have multiple places in this area. Unfortunately the one we got was a let down. I solely blame the cleaning crew because Ana and Gabriel were very responsive and positive.

Gabriel was very good with communication and the place was very easy to find and get into. No serious problems with the place, but unfortunately the place is to close to the road. Traffic was very noisy preventing most of us from getting a good nights rest. Also towels provided were moist so we had to put them in the dryer to dry. A light bulb was missing in one of the guest bedroom lamps. The toilet in the guest bathroom was loose from the floor as well. The TVs in the rooms were difficult to operate the remotes. 1 remote in the guest bedroom was not working. It would be helpful if the host provided a guide to operate the TVs. I liked the place but because it is to close to the road with very noisy traffic I likely will not come back to stay here.

The condo was suitable for what we needed but the photos show a MUCH nicer condo. It is a little shabby and needs @ least new paint or a complete update. One of the chairs’ legs broke upon first sitting on it when we arrived. We were able to turn on the living room tv but couldn’t get anything else to work on it including being able to turn it off. Couldn’t find any buttons on the tv to turn it off manually. Had to leave it on the entire stay. Possibly dead batteries in the remote? Didn’t have time to buy new ones to try it. Luckily we didn’t spend much time in it.

El lugar es tal cual se describe, es un edificio con muchos mas departamentos cercano a restaurantes y supermercados. No se si sea de fácil acceso sin auto pero si tienen auto es fácil la movilidad y tiene estacionamiento. No incluye ninguna bebida o alimentos así que deben comprar todo lo necesario desde lo básico como es el agua. En el edificio no hay maquina expendedora lo mas cercano es la tienda de la gasolineria. Algunas recomendaciones solo son poner una cortina gruesa en el cuarto de la cama queen ya que la que tiene es muy delgada y la luz entra apenas inicia el amanecer. La comunicación con Gabriel fue buena desde antes de llegar hasta mi salida. Gracias

Overall price was high for what you got.

Our unit was great. Very comfortable, clean and spacious. We were on the front side of the complex, on the 4th floor. As such, we got to see the Magic Kingdom fireworks evernight that we were there. The pool was also clean but the hot tub was inoperative during our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Communication was amazing

The unit is on a noisy road, but we could see the Disney fireworks in the distance. If you are spending any length of time in the unit furniture is very uncomfortable. Issues we had were addressed, even though sometimes repeat calls had to be made.

Was very nice in the inside but outside reminded me of an hotel, which seems like everyone has pets and also very bad view and bad location with terrible traffic and also pool closes at 5pm

We loved our stay here! Very clean, and great location! So close to all the Disney parks and every restaurant you could imagine. The parking garage was a bonus as well, especially since FL can have some major rainstorms, this would make loading/unloading a breeze!

Clean, soft sheets and comfortable bed, not my favorite towels (they leave little fuzzies on the body). All in all, lots of space for the price. 👍

Great place to stay! The apartment is very comfortable. Gabriel is a great host, he was very attentive and easy to reach.

Our stay was okay. Upon 1st opening the door the place looks NOTHING as pictured. If you pick based of this like me, you will be disappointed. I mean it's ok but not as pictured. The bathroom in the hall was dirty we went buy bleach and scrubbed it clean. The carpet in the living room is disgusting and has visible stains. Internet stop working multiple times. The building itself needs some updating. The lighting throughout isn't the best. We enjoyed the patio and the pool. The space is big which is nice. The host also is great with communication. Overall okay stay.
