Katherine was a pleasure to host ! We were a family of 5 and it was perfect. Great location, easy walking access to a more secluded beach and a short drive to the rest of the beaches. Everything was clean and well organized, the communication was great and they were if needed. Would recommend staying there again.

Jenn was a pleasure to host ! Perfect location if you want a 5 minute walk to Bean Point Beach. I would recommend this space to anyone! The space had everything we needed. (You will need to rent beach items)

The home is clean, has easy check in instructions, and is a very close walk to the beach. Bean Point Beach has amazing sunsets. There were very good restaurants all within a 5 minute drive away. Although I wish our condo would have included instructions on finding beach access path, we wandered around our first day trying to find it. FYI There were chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys in the laundry room left by past guests.

Monica was a pleasure to host! This place was great! Loved the vintage feel of a days gone by motel but with all the amenities up to date and fresh. The duplex was beautiful, better than photos. We had plenty of room for sleeping, cooking and relaxing. The pool was wonderful too. The coolest beach at the point of the island is a 5 minute walk. We are most certainly coming back!

Gail was a pleasure to host! Spent a week to get some much needed warmth and salt water. The place was very clean and comfortable and close to everything. The beaches were beautiful and not very crowded. Lots of local places to eat that were delicious..great fresh fish. The accommodations were clean and fresh. Very responsive to a couple of issues which was awesome. Would highly recommend staying.

Michael was a pleasure to host! The apartment was as described and in a great location. The host did a perfect job communicating. I would have rated a 5 but there was a slight odor in the apartment. It was not so bad that it was driving us out, just noticeable. The bathroom was clean but a bit dated. For the price it was well worth it.

Tsuneki was a pleasure to host! great place and location, if you're looking to go to Sarasota often, it's around 40m away, which is tiring because of the 25 speed limit. the place is great though.
VERY NICE PROPERTY GREAT LOCATION. POOL IS VERY NICE. i WOULD BRING YOUR OWN SHEETS THE ONES WITH THE UNIT ARE VERY STIFF AND LOW QUALITY.
