Pero la comunicación con el anfitrión fue nula. No respondió a ninguna de mis preguntas. La comunicación fue malísima. Le saco una estrella por la nula comunicación, una pena.

It was a pleasure hosting Teddy! We hope to host them again in the future! Great location (very walkable to Bean Point). Very clean, was great having laundry on-site and we enjoyed the pool. We didn't rent a golf cart, but each unit had an outdoor charging plug if you rent one.

One helpful point would be to let renters know the cabin/room number is located on the crab image on the wall not on the door. We had to get help and I also had to help another renter because all the doors have an A or a B. Not an issue but didn’t think to look on the wall since the doors were labeled.

Andrea was a pleasure to host! Clean airbnb, comfy beds, HUGE TV’s. SO close to the beach access location for bean point. I loved the location part of this airbnb, pool was cool to use. This is a shared location though. But I had no issues with that. I used laundry room and ran into no issues. Although, I asked if beach supplies (chairs, tents, boogie boards, etc) were accessible and I was told no, the owner did not want beach supplies at the house so they do not supply. I go to laundry room and see multiple chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, kids toys, etc. Pretty annoying that I had to rent chairs/umbrellas when there was plenty not in use at the airbnb I paid for but could not use. Also there were all the kitchen supplies needed, but no seasonings, basic ingredients, nothing. 2 peppers. So if planning to cook at house - will need to buy all the basics.

Carolina was a pleasure to host! Es de los mejores alojamientos que he tenido. La casa es hermosa super cómoda y te invita a quedarte cocinar y descansar. Esta a 3 cuadras caminando de una de las mejores playas del balneario. Tiene guía de lugares y sugerencias. En el lavadero habia de todo para usar en la playa, hasta lentes de agua, sillas, flotadores etc Todo impecable, seguro volveríamos encantados!

Luis was a pleasure ! Location, location, location. One of the biggest issues with the beach is parking. While in this place you will not have that problem due to its proximity to the best beach in the area, Bean Point Beaxh. Amazing sunsets. It took us 3-5 minutes to get to the beach. Also, very close to some of the best restaurants in the area, the Ugly Grouper , Sandbar, Donut Experiment. This place is very comfortable, two bedrooms plus the sofa sleeper in the living room with superb customer service. They communicated in three ways (text, email and phone). Very proactive to make sure we had everything we needed. The value was the selling point. I will return in the near future.

Property is clean and well appointed. Close to beach and Rod N Reel pier. Many restaurants bars and shops within walkable distance

Mark was a pleasure to host! The place smelled like mothballs. It was rather overpowering each time we entered. It is a great location if you want to be fairly close to the water without paying the higher price of being on the water. It was a four minute walk to the beach. We came after dark, and the doors had an A or B on them. We stayed in room 4, and the numbers are not visible as they are small numbers in the middle of a drawing on the wall. It took us about 15 minutes of walking around and looking before my wife finally discovered the little 4 number. To make it much easier for guests, the letters on the doors should be replaced with numbers. The rooms were clean and we would stay there again.

Overall, it was a nice place to stay for a few days. Our biggest downside was the inability to open windows for fresh air, especially in the kitchen and bathroom areas. Spring time with temperatures around 70 are perfect for no air conditioning which we don’t enjoy. We did have a technician come out the same day we notified them about the windows but there was nothing they could do about it since they were broken and they all needed to be replaced with new windows. We used the dishwasher once and discovered water had leaked on the kitchen floor the next morning. They did have someone come out to inspect it and after changing to a different cycle, it was fine. Our last night, the living room TV stopped working and we tried to get the same program on in the bedroom but couldn’t adjust the sound. Other minor problems with light not working over the stove top, and lightbulb burned out on the desk in the living room. When we did have a problem and alerted the company, they were very prompt in getting us help. It was nice to see cutting boards at the doorstep the night before we left but I had not said anything that we needed cutting boards until that day. All in all, it was a nice place and reasonably priced.
