Erin was a pleasure to host! This is a quaint little duplex community. The inside is updated and clutter free. The beds are comfortable, the couch is inviting and the bedrooms each have their own TVs- my kid’s favorite part of the house! The kitchen had everything you could think of needing. We used the crockpot, blender, coffee pot, oven, stove and microwave- everything was there for us to make a few things during the day for breakfast or lunch and even crockpot dinner for a night in before an evening swim. This listing stood out to me as someone with little kids. The pool has a fence around it with auto locking mechanism. The pool is a shared pool, but that meant the kids made friends for the week. Everyone who stayed in other duplexes were incredibly nice and didn’t mind kids making noise or splashing about the pool. For the price this location simply cannot be beat. You’re within walking distance to two beaches. We will be back.

Andre was a pleasure to host Great spot near the tip of Ana Maria island, close to the beaches as well as a row of restaurants on Pine. The pool was great as well as our little one loved going in. Even though there’s other folks staying nearby, it was very quiet. We were almost always the only ones in the pool when we used it

It was a pleasure hosting you Katie! Loved this walkable to the beach quiet neighborhood condo. Pool was warm enough to swim even in the cold for Florida weather we had. Sunsets are to die for on Bean Point. The entire sky is colored!

Bethany was a pleasure ! Good property for a short stay. Clean, easy walk to the beach, responsive and kind maintenance staff. My kids enjoyed the heated pool. It was unclear to us where laundry and beach supplies were until we talked to another guest. I was told this property was recently renovated and provided the management company our thoughts on what additional supplies and equipment should be provided to meet guest expectations. Overall I would stay again, but probably not longer than a couple of days.

James was a pleasure ! Great visit. Listing was very accurate. Easy to get in, unit was in great condition. I had hoped to get in earlier, but was unable to. This was the only minor item and they were clear with me in when to plan access. I would stay again!

Milena was a pleasure to host! We loved the place! It was clean and cute, towels were brand new. Only 5 minute walk to Bean Pointe Beach. Restaurants within 15/20 minute walk.

Jane was a pleasure to host! We found the unit very clean. Plenty of linen and beach towels provided. The only thing I noticed that was a little inconvenient were many of the outlets/usb charging slots weren’t working. I also appreciated access to the laundry room and that is where we found the beach chairs as well. Excellent stay and I would highly recommend.

Aimee was a pleasure to host! The place was immaculate! The communication was easy and quick. There was an issue with our oven and the pool heat and they sent someone out right away and fixed it! We would definitely stay here again!

Very nice property. Really should supply at least 2 beach chairs. Kitchen newly remodeled. Could also maybe have foil supplied in kitchen. Typically condos have kitchen items left from previous tenants. Otherwise nice place. Beds very comfortable.

We were able to get away for a few days and found this great reasonably-priced rental near the tip of Anna Marie Island managed by Anna Marie Vacations. Management staff were great at communicating information about the property and check-in, with e-mails and follow-up calls. This was appreciated since we were arriving late, in the dark and in the rain. The unit was everything advertised and very clean. The kitchen is very well equipped with pot and pans, dishes, glasses and utensils. A 'start-up' kit was provided for the kitchen and bathroom so there were soaps, shampoo, sponges and cloths, etc... to get started and this more than covered our 4-night stay. General store is 0.8 miles away for other supplies if you do not get them before coming onto the island. There were only two of us, but the unit would be spacious for two couples (two bedrooms with king-sized beds) or a family. The pool was clean and relaxing. Most important was that the beach is only a few blocks (minutes) away in three directions! Easily walkable. Going straight up Fern, we were at the tip Bean Point beach. Right on Alamanda brings you to the Rod and Reel Pier (great restaurant). Left on Alamanda brings you eventually to the gulf side. There are no beach chairs or umbrellas at the property so you might need to rent them. We had a great stay and wish we could have stayed much longer!
