Great location and great Airbnb for my 2 month stay!
This was a good value option in the neighborhood. There is so much within walking distance! I had a car for longer trips and was able to find parking by going ten-ish minutes south. Space is well-used within the unit. The unit is right on the street, so I might recommend ear plugs if you are a light sleeper, as there can be pedestrian or street noise, but I hardly needed to use mine.

Great little studio for long term stay in cool neighborhood near everything. Bed was too soft for me but added a topper and it was fine. Management very responsive to requests. Everything you need to live comfortably for a month or so is there.
I stayed in this loft on South Street for a couple of months while in between places, and it worked perfectly as a temporary home base. The space was comfortable and had everything I needed to settle in for an extended stay. The location is lively and walkable, with lots of food, shops and things to do right outside the door. If you’re looking for a place in the heart of Philly with plenty of energy around, this loft is a solid choice
Sosuite is very smooth and organized and they did so much to get me to have an efficient stay and I would stay with them again! Pros - Best location Great walkable area Great block Quiet block Safe block Good cleaning team Very unique space New kitchen and very useable kitchen Studio is maximized for the space Cons- The shower is hard for anyone who doesn’t want a steam shower everytime they shower since tis a steam shower unit so the pressure was never the best The bed was very soft so it ended up being harder on my back than expected Overall a great stay especially for the area since Rittenhouse is so charming Maxime was very responsive which is always such a great thing to have an extremely accommodating as well which was also a great experience I was studying and working here from home for the month while I’m in town for classes so it was important the space was conducive to that and Maxime was great about getting a new office chair in quickly when needed
This was by far the worst AirBnB experience of my life. I encourage anyone reading to look at my history and see that I'm a responsible tenant and have a great reputation in the AirBnB community. Sometimes less is more and so all I'll say is... DO NOT BOOK WITH SO-SUITE, IT IS A SCAM AND ALL THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS UNHELPFUL AIs I've never been more thoroughly gaslit, dehumanized and "spit on" by a host or a human being for that matter. Maxime is potentially just an AI, but definitely not a host I recommend for anyone. Philly is great, but steer clear of this person and company. I'm planning to sue this company for all they're worth, that's the level of abuse I received (and I'm not the suing type). Completely unacceptable and de-humanizing God bless us, and God bless... #NotSoSuite #MaximePleaseCallMe (spoiler alert, she never did) 🦁

It was a great first time in the city thanks to this stay! Positive: The use if the space was inspiring! It was great to have the shower and double sinks! Negative: There was visible dust or not cleaned areas like around the a/c area. Instructions for the shower at the property and where to find a guide online would have been useful. Also, it was particularly dark because the lights were not working properly and the lamps provided did not give much illumination so the low light issues persisted.
Compact & comfortable accomodation in a vibrant area of Philadelphia. Positive: We loved the area and enjoyed the easy walks to local shops and cafes. This accomodation is compact and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was very prompt with any communications and very good at responding to requests and enquires. Negative: The key lock was a bit fliddly but we managed it ( a very small thing ) .

super location. groundfloor easy access. very close to both Penn. Rittenhouse and all South St amenities. Great value
My check in got pushed back an hour last minute, although communication was great, still sucks when you are only staying 2 nights. Sink literally isnt attached to anything and is just hanging there. I was never sent the lock box combo, so had to spend 30 minutes getting ahold of someone who actually had the combination. Lastly- Not in the description but after you decide on the rental, they charge you a $250 refundable deposit, which should probably be said ahead of time.
i’m not gonna lie this is probably the worst Air BnB I’ve ever stood at the Fossett was broken. The neighbors were complaining about me watching TV too loud at 6 o’clock in the afternoon that’s insane. The AC didn’t work so it was super hot in there, and there was mouse poop on top of the toilet area I guess you can say because there’s not really a bathroom in there

Great stay. On my last night, the electricity was out on the entire street. I was immediately relocated to another unit. Incredibly accommodating. Good location. Good price. Highly responsive host. I've stayed multiple times and will continue to stay there.

The good: Great location. Cute, unique kitchen. Efficient use of the small space, with ample storage. Would be perfect for a short stay (less than a week). Responsive host(s). The not-so-good: Pet fee is not included! Expect to pay a hefty cleaning fee per pet: $250/animal per month. This was surprising considering how filthy the rug was (see below). The additional deposit not through AirBnB seems odd.. Can’t do much cooking with the limited supplies/utensils. Would not recommend using the heavily scratched Teflon pans. Dishwasher leaked every time. Dryer takes 6+ hours. Front door is sketchy/wobbly. Everything seems to be a little bit broken (blinds, kitchen faucet, couch back, bed slats). Repairmen came out once, said they’d be back to fix the blinds but never did. The ugly: The couch and carpet was absolutely filthy. Thankfully, they had a vacuum available that I promptly used.
Stayed here for a 2 week work trip. My dog was with me for a few days and it was nice. Had everything I needed! Parking was hard but that’s too be expected. I always found a spot within a block. Anything I needed or mentioned to Simon he had a solution for quickly and easily. Will most likely be back for a few days this summer for another work trip!
The place was so beautiful and perfect. Simon was super attentive and would always respond to my questions. The area was easy to walk around so many cafes and brunch places. The bars were 7 mins away, the place was super clean. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it anyone coming to the area. Simon was super helpful and the beds were so comfortable.

This apartment has a great location and a couple nice amenities, but overall we would not stay here again. There was quite a bit of gross accumulated dust in the folds between the uncomfortable leather couch cushions and it was clear that it doesn’t get wiped down regularly. The apartment smelled like BO when we stepped through the door. The shower might have been a nice feature 10 years ago, but now it’s just a bit of a hassle. We were looking forward to this stay but unfortunately it was not what we expected.
Simon was incredibly helpful and accommodating. Looking forward to staying here again in the near future!

What a lovely time we had at Simon's property! The unit was just as well appointed and ideally situated - just as advertised. Inside the unit, we had access to every amenity we could need. Outside the unit, we were within walking distance to many wonderful restaurants, shops, Rittenhouse Square, the Schuylkill River Park (and dog park) and other great parts of town. What more could one ask for? Book without delay!

The loft is centrally located, and you can walk pretty much everywhere. If you are a light sleeper the street noise, and streetlight just outside the wooden door and front window might be an issue. It’s really a studio apartment with a telephone booth shower. The toilet is also enclosed in a small built in room. The bed was broken for our stay, and it took a few days to discover that the slats under the mattress were detached after a couple of sleepless nights (streetlight and noise).

Happily comfortable and clean but lacking a sense of security. Positive: Wonderful location, very clean, very comfortable bed. Negative: Privacy is seriously lacking at this property. They’ve made an effort to provide it with blinds and curtains but it is truly not enough. There are tons of gaps in the blinds that are impossible to correct, and at night it is exceedingly easy for anyone walking by on the street to see in with the lights on if they wanted to. It did not make me feel very safe as a woman staying there alone, so I was glad a friend agreed to stay with me, which added a tiny bit of peace of mind. I would stay here again if they fixed this issue.

Hands down my worse air bnb experience. The couch looked as if spent years in a bar. Me or my company wouldn't dare sit on it. The whole place was dusty to point that I itched as soon as I came in, the place doesn't look like it's marketed. Then to top it off, I canceled the reservation as soon as I got there. And still was charged for ALL OF THE ADDITIONAL DAYS THAT I DIDNT STAY. Which where 3 additional days. Somebody need to be ashamed of there selves

Simon was a great host. The location was very clean, easily accessible, and right in the heart of a nice neighborhood. The inside was gorgeous, the appliances up to date and easy to use. Check in was swift and easy as was check out. Simon was also easily accessible and prompt with responses to questions that I had during my stay no matter the time of day. Will be booking again! Parking was horrible. The Airbnb was missing a lot of details from the pics we seen, overall the stay was not work that amount paid, they were more concerned about us making a deposit then making sure we enjoyed the stay.

I highly recommend it for anyone who’s looking for a comfortable , luxurious , minimalist type of place.
Clean unit in the middle of South Philadelphia near old brownstones and buildings. Very safe. This unit was very conveniently located to center city, old Philadelphia with lots of restaurants and bars. No more than 30 minute walk to the Philadelphia Museum of Art "Rocky" stature and downtown. Parking was impossible unless you park in a lot or through "Spothero". There is no alternate side parking and only 2 hour parking. Please keep in mind that the sliding door for the bathroom doesnt move so there is no privacy. Please keep in mind that the front door is very drafty and does not lock securely. I would have liked to have the security gate operational and could be locked but there is no key or mechanism to lock it. Please keep in mind that the street facing side of the unit is all glass so all Outside light illuminates the interior even at night. The kitchen amenities work really well as so does all the fixtures. I would have liked to have a more comfortable couch for that couch has seen better days. Lastly the bed is very comfortable for the unit and the linen was very clean. Overall we most likely would stay again due to the locality of the unit near park's bars restaurants. Thank you Simon for allowing us to rent the unit.

Checked in is 4:00pm and check out is 11:00. Which i did not like. I asked the host if could check out a little bit late and i was not allowed. Main door felt like it was not safe at all with one kick you can open the door. Overall, was not bad and not good as I expected.

The apartment is in an ideal location but is not in the best shape. Some of the furniture is due for an update and is worn out. The "futuristic" shower floods quite quickly and is in the middle of the apartment lacking privacy. The apartment was also not very clean with a lot of dust in the corners and in hidden spots like under the bed. Good Airbnb for a quick stay since parking is difficult or expensive. In the end we enjoyed our stay as it was so close to so many great restaurants and spots.

Overall it was nice. There were some issues like outlets didn’t work and furniture was worn. It is very noisy on the streets. There was motorcycle racing while we were there that seemed like it was right in the living room; thin windows and doors. The parking is horrible. We had to park 1 mile away and walk with all of our bags. There were not any spaces to even unload our luggage.
Great cozy find with modern amenities! We stayed with our dog and loved the location. Minutes away from parks (Rittenhouse, Schuylkill dog park), coffee shops, grocery store, a 24/7 Wawa. The shower was amazing with a rain head, jets, a radio built in. Would definitely recommend!

The bed was very comfortable and there was a monsoon shower. The pictures don’t exactly match the space because you can’t really open the front window shades to get natural light because it’s on a Main Street and there’s lack of privacy. It was a little loud at night just with traffic moving past. I only stayed for two nights but it seemed to come with everything you would need for a longer term stay too.

After staying in a few duds, i was perusing the app and stumbled upon this property. i like to make transit easier for work so sometimes ill stay in an airbnb to do so. this one was so nice and central to what i need i tried to extend...twice! the desk space with the living room was immaculate and was happily welcomed. i loved the(super cool and futuristic) shower to the point i am getting one! if you need a lay over spot or need a night out, i 125% suggest here. simon and co were all super helpful accomodating, and has changed my expectations for good hosts, as they are the best!

Very cozy, fun, apartment right on South Street. It’s private and bright. With an incredibly comfy bed, with futuristic style and decorative flare. This is convenient and neat and I would most definitely stay again.
