I don’t recommend staying here unless you can really go with the flow and need only the basics. Positive: Good: coffee in the units. Equipped kitchen. Main bed had fresh clean linens. Laundry in the unit. Pleasant design. Most importantly: clean. Negative: The pull-out couch we were using for our daughter did not have sheets. The online support sent us down to the desk to get them, but staff were gone for the night. Our daughter had to sleep on our towels for her bedding. The next morning, the staff also didn’t have any clean towels to provide. They were doing the best they could in circumstances that were not set up well. The hotel offered a 10% discount and late check out, but at that point we just couldn’t wait to leave. For the amount this room costs for one night, these shortcomings cancelled out most of the good parts of the room.

Okay stay if you’re in Philly. Everything was up to par but there was some hair in the bathtub. Put in a maintenance request because there was water leaking from the floor and no one came for three days until the bottom unit started complaining of water leaking from their roof. Had to go out and buy slippers to wear indoors cause there was water everywhere. Was not offered a refund or discount in any aspect of the matter.

Convenient location. Beautiful view (those windows!!) Comfortable space. However, it was a lil dusty in there and the shampoo/soap dispenser in the shower was empty. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay.

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Check-in was easy, and everything we needed was provided. We would definitely stay here again.

This place was an amazing stay . The high ceilings and tall windows were definitely an eye catcher. Place was very clean and they even had a Keurig Coffee machine which was a bonus. There’s even a restaurant/ bar downstairs & it’s located in a great area close by center city. I’d definitely recommend this place.

The place was a little dusty. But the biggest thing was the elevators were out of order. I contacted The place and Airbnb about the elevators and told them that my wife was handicap they just didn’t care and responded only with here’s $30 dollars back. WHAT A DAMM INSULT

Great stay at Sosuite!

Good location, amazing view, great staff -- would definitely stay here again! Positive: This was a very convenient location. The space was very comfortable, and the view was stunning. The front desk staff were very kind and helpful. It was great to be able to store food and prepare a meal. Negative: It was a little pricey, but still worth it, in my opinion.

Positive: Room was spacious, clean and well furnished The skyline view from my room was amazing. Staff were responsive over text Negative: For about a day and a half the heater did not work and it was freezing

Enjoyed our stay; the apartment was nice and check in was super easy. Some confusion over the pet fee- on the air bnb listing and house rules, the pet fee is listed as $15 per pet per night, but they attempted to charge $25 plus tax for ‘a short term stay’. Simon was communicative though and dropped it down to $15 to match the listing. Would be good to make sure that is all consistent to prevent any future confusion. Also seems like the rates are cheaper to book directly on sosuite’s website vs on air bnb - that’s something I’d do next time I stay in Philly.

Stayed two nights for a convention. The exterior and lobby were underwhelming/in need of updating but we were pleasantly surprised by the room itself. Beautiful view, close to China Town and the Convention center. Would book again

Superb and I would highly recommend SoSuite to anyone visiting Philly Positive: SoSuite is my home sweet home when I'm in Philly. I enjoyed the unit I was provided and loved the view of the city. I love the staff, especially Harold. Harold was extremely helpful and not to mention his infectious personality. In addition, having the resto-bar, the Institute, downstairs was a bonus:) Negative: I did not like the fact that only one elevator is working in the building. Also, the WIFI was very weak and kept going in and out of service. Neither is a dealbreaker.

I would not choose to stay here again unfortunately. Positive: I liked that it was close to center city. Negative: The room was not as clean as it should have been. The room did not get warm enough at night, so I was cold. The parking situation is was very tight and difficult. I had a bad tv when I arrived, but it was replaced and the new tv was fine after that.

Place was amazing. Always a great stay with Simon and Sosuite

The air conditioning broke during record high temps. There was no other units available so the only option they gave us was leaving and getting a refund for the future nights. We couldn’t find another place on such short notice that would accommodate our dog and had an elevator for my boyfriend who was recovering from an injury. Their only help was bringing over a single fan. The temps were in the 100s. They could have brought in a portable unit, but they did not. They kept telling us the air conditioning would be fixed and when no one fixed it I would message Simon and he would tell me it would be fixed the next day. This happened 3 times before I gave u asking. The air conditioning was out for a total of 8 days and was not fixed before we checked out. I also got a ticket on my car even though I paid for parking.

I hope they progress and do better next time. staff, they are nice. Positive: Price and staff are nice Negative: The only thing I didn't like is that if I extended my stay in the same apartment, I had to put in a second insurance other than the one I paid previously.

The building was beautiful and the loft was beautiful and the host was extremely helpful anytime I had any questions or any concerns he got back to me within 10 minutes!

We stay with Sosuite pretty much whenever we’re in the area because it checks all the boxes. Convenient location, clean spaces, simple check in. No bad feedback

Artistic flair, a very modern place to stay. Positive: The apartment is in a converted warehouse and the huge windows are amazing. It was decorated with some artistic flair and we had plenty of room to sleep and relax in the living space. The kitchen is well appointed. Even with some of the negatives we would definitely stay here again. I liked the convenience washer dryer particularly because it Raines the whole weekend. . Bring a chair, the dryer controls are high. There is a good selection of coffee. The lighting in the space was fantastic. There is plenty of over head lighting as well as better reading lights throughout the space. The paid parking is a plus in Philadelphia and the direct access to the building was very safe and convenient. Negative: Could use some TLC and someone to clean and repair items in the studio. The soap and shampoo dispensers were empty or near empty. The bathroom floor had some litter on the floor in corners and some wood items were damaged and not repaired. The pad under the living room rug was lumpy and bunched up under a heavy coffee table and presented a hazard. The rug also needed a good cleaning. Last, the directions into the room was a bit confusing.

If you need a place to stay to see a concert at the union transfer I will highly recommend to stay here. Positive: Clean and open with great views. Very glad i paid for parking in the lot. Knowing it was a secured building have us peace of mind. Negative: Only bad thing I can say is that the room we stayed in needs a new mattress. It was sunk in and uncomfortable.

The unit has a spectacular view from the 8th floor, but there were some drawbacks. The furniture was different than the listing, though it was still nice. The unit wasn’t thoroughly cleaned at move-in, but this was resolved the next day. The building is mixed with permanent residents, which is a nice touch, but only one elevator worked, and the water pressure was weak. On the bright side, it’s close to grocery stores, restaurants, and parking is convenient. The high price reflects the view, but some fixtures feel outdated, and the windows are drafty at night. That said, the high ceilings and character add charm, and the responsive customer service was appreciated. Overall, consider these factors when booking.

Spend six days there, first time in philly. Almost everything was close, walkable if you want. Amazing view from the windows and the house was clean.

The penthouse studio was great with an amazing view of the city. Simon and staff were very attentive and responsive with any requests for questions.

While stopping in Philly on our tour of the east coast, my partner and I unexpectedly fell ill. Simon’s place however, gave us a comfortable and scenic place to rest for a couple nights and we left feeling refreshed. Thank you, Simon!

I could not recommend this space enough. Beautifully decorated, close to center city, safe, clean, and had on site parking. I will absolutely be staying here the next time I visit Philly!

Compromise for the price Positive: the apartment is pretty big, the couch was very wide and comfortable Negative: the location is a bit weird, didn't feel the safest on the street, but keep in mind I'm European and America is just something else although I love dogs and animals in general, there was a ton of dog hair on the carpet and the couch, definitely didn't like that

Not my favorite airbnb experience. Lots of trash all around the neighborhood (even bad for Philly), loud at night and the overall vibe was below what I think the cost of the stay deserved. There was an awful smell that never went away which wasn't caused by a lack of cleanliness but just the age of the converted old building. The room itself smelled like a thrift store and the lobby smelled like ammonia. I won't be staying here again!

Enjoyed my stay a lot! Very spacious and comfortable. 15 minute walk to The Met, or 15 minute bus ride (43) to the Philly Museum of Art.

Very effortless check in and the building has great front desk staff.

Place was clean and just like the pictures. Check-in was a nightmare. The instructions didn’t match what the front desk relayed. The front desk said they’ve never had as much trouble with a check-in as they did our stay. I never signed a waiver or had to upload my id like the front desk and instructions implied. It was a mess and confusing. The room was beautiful. There was no remote for the tv so I had to download the Roku app. The fridge wasn’t cold. We got several text notification “noise complaints,” but it was only our tv, which wasn’t loud. The neighbors knocked on our door which was unexpected for the volume level the tv was on. The walls are thin & the bed is squeaky. The popcorn was good. Great call. Prolly wouldn’t stay again.
