We had an incredible time at SoSuite! The studio was beautiful and very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the unit was fully stocked! We really enjoyed our time there and highly recommend it!

We’d stay again! Positive: The location was perfect for us, and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Negative: Looked like the floor was swept but the pile left behind, and we were missing a towel—but the front desk quickly gave us another.

Great spot to crash after a show at Union Transfer. Super-clean and surprisingly quiet.

Overall, the stay was what we needed! The place was not very clean, but they quickly sent someone to vacuum. There was not an iron as listed, but they also brought that up fairly quickly. If you have allergies, you may want to find another listing. With the place not as clean to start, we had a hard time as people with bad allergies. They were quick to address our concerns though!

Great location , good restos around the area , Mall and Philly landmarks ranging from 15 min walk to 45 mins would recommend.

Beautiful studio, nice view and has everything you might need

I liked the spot a lot. My friend and I enjoyed the loft a lot. Awesome restaurants around, good authentic urban stay. Also very nice to have parking underground….$25/night. I misunderstood the deposit policy, so an extra $250 for a refundable deposit was more than I expected, but I understand. $50 non-refundable is a bummer, coming up with $250 to get it all back stinks. Is what it is. Good space, I’d go back. It will hold a powerful nostalgia with me for many years. It was an important visit for me, and I’m glad for the space.

The batteries in the smoke alarm were running low, resulting in a loud beeping sound coming from the alarm every 45 seconds. We tried to contact the hotel staff, it took a while to get someone on the phone. No one was on site to fix the alarm, so after about an hour of waiting we were finally put in another room. The room we got transferred to reeked of smoke, floors were sticky, crumbs and grime on the the countertops, smudges and grease marks on the mirrors and windows, green goo splattered in the microwave, remnants of a blunt in the bedside drawer. The bed was made, and the bathroom seemed clean, but beyond that, the room showed very little evidence of having been cleaned. When we contacted Simon via email explaining the state of our room and that we would like a refund for one night, we had to negotiate back and forth with an AI bot for days until finally put in contact with a real person and given a refund. There is also a surprise refundable $250 security deposit required.

Perfect for a long weekend

My stay was short and sweet! The woman at the front desk was lovely, incredibly helpful, and you can truly tell she loves working with people. The studio was nice, overall clean, beautiful view and the location was perfect—within easy walking distance to both Chinatown and Center City. My only recommendation would be to have extra blankets available for the sofa bed, as well as enough towels provided for two people. There were 2 large towels but could use extra if we are washing our hair.

Place was accurately described

Clean, comfortable, and affordable! Positive: Very nice and clean studio with kitchenette that met all of my needs. Good location to get to the convention center and other notable spots if you don't mind a short walk. I liked that it was in more of a residential area vs. the busy area of City Center. Easy check in and check out and affordable parking available. Loved having a washer/dryer in the unit.

We had to stay for 3 weeks. Clean, efficient, modern. Easy to navigate. Would go back again.

this place was SUPER great all around great location. high ceilings and great place. the only thing i can say bad was i wish the shower head was different cause the pressure was so bad the heat couldn’t come through. so i was kinda taking a cold shower the whole time. but other than that it was a really great stay. would stay again for sure. also there is a fee for damages i wish i knew about earlier. but its ok. nice place. loved it.

this room / the whole building was extremely extremely smelly. it reeked like old musty cigarettes, like someone has smoked packs in there for centuries. It was so insane I had to sleep with a shirt wrapped around my face to like filter the air. I also could not stop sneezing the whole time i was in there so there must be mold since that always happens to me when there is mold present. There were also zero towels in the room. I tried to contact the host about both issues and they basically said you’re on you’re own for both things and they also denied the smell. The host is clearly some conglomerate who doesn’t even check the building. The only positive was the bed felt clean.

Nice and clean

It’s a nice place but it doesn’t have any supplies for cleaning or anything, it’s very loud at nights and it’s in a zone that’s not very safe, many homeless, just make sure to know this beforehand, but apart from that is very nice and inside the building everything is good

I would definitely stay here again and plan on doing so!!! This was such a great area. Those who say it was “sketchy” don’t know what they’re referring to. I was here by myself and walking around at all times of day with not a care in the world. There’s a bus stop around the corner we and the subway isn’t even a 10 minute walk away. You’re central to so many fun spots and I can’t recommend this air bnb more! Also check in was incredibly easy and it had everything I needed. If I could live here, I would!

Easy check-in & check-out!

This is my third time staying with Simon at the Sosuites and every time the room has been clean and exactly like the pictures!

Very cozy place for basic stays. Close to city and a lot to do. Host was very helpful and so were the staff. Perfect place to stay

11 outta 10 I always have nothing but great times at this place ill recommend this place 10x outta 10 ngl I come here so much I almost wish I could move here but I cant afford it lmao but still beautiful place and the team is responsive almost immediately so if u think of staying here dont think just do it and thank me later truly amazing place

we loved the stay, couch was well prepared and enough and the beds were very comfortable. but we especially loved the design of the flat and how clean it was. We had every kitchen utensil and drink opportunities. i will recommend it to my friends for sure

For a last minute place, it did the job. Thin walls (you can hear next door clearly at night), the AC was off a couple of times because the neighbors had the main access and they weren't home (multiple times) I was given a tiny fan for a hot roll. Beautiful view but sunset is especially hot with the big windows. Mini fridge was broken, it wouldn't latch all the way so things would be drenched but also frozen. Very small. Freezer works. The elevator is slow because there's only one for 9 floors, I had to give myself 10-15 minutes just in case. Conduction stove had a missing leg so it wobbled, no other way to cook. Cute suite but a month was too long there. Best for shorter trips. Team is responsive but not necessarily helpful. Utensils only had 1 fork and 4 knives. Laundry was great and in unit. Overall ok for last minute, but pricey for what it actually offers. Moving in I was offered a grocery store cart, weird for a big building. Front desk staff was lovely throughout

The staff a sosuite are kind and professional and very responsive. The apartment looks just like the pictures and is quiet and full of light. A few nits - I found instructions difficult. Entry to the building and the parking lot involves multiple keypads and a front desk that is not part of sosuite but still somehow involved. I needed to call for help to get in first day and to get out of the lot at night. Both drains in the bathroom need to be snaked, and the floors are too dirty for bare feet. That said this was a safe stay in a very comfy bed in a central location. Both sosuite and the company running front desk were accommodating to my dog. The apartment is beautiful and doing yoga looking out over the rooftops of Philly was very cool.

Place was beautiful and spacious. Many bars/restaurants around town that are walkable to. Wish we were there on a busier night but other than that it was great.

This place was so cute! We needed some extra towels and a blanket, and the team was super responsive and brought it over within the hour. They provided coffee, tea and had ice trays. There is a nice bar attached to the building and lots of cute bars near by. An easy 20 minute walk to Reading Terminal Market too!

We had a wonderful and relaxing 3-day stay with our large dog! The place was squeaky clean when we got there and we (and the dog!) felt at home right away. Every essential was provided, e.g. toiletries, laundry pods, coffee and cream... the welcome snacks & drinks is a great touch, too. The location is good. We took our dog to long walks around the neighborhood everyday and brought him to various restaurants with outdoor seating — there's a couple in a walkable distance and one right across the street. Simon and his team made sure that we had a hassle-free experience from check-in to check-out. Great hosts! :)

Clean space. Not the most wonderful neighborhood, but it gets the job done. I appreciated the gated (paid) parking lot. Easy check-in and check-out.

Easy check in, nice room, a bit of a stretch from downtown

The whole building felt so humid. I had trouble finding the apartment it was inside of a door that then had 2 doors- A and a B. The entrance after getting through the first door wreaked of cat pee. Then when I got into the apartment the whole place smelled like cigarette smoke. I went to lean on the metal head board to look out of the window and the bottom of the bed frame fell apart. So then I decided to look at the sheets…there were crumbs, man body hairs all throughout the bed and some long hairs. On top of that… the a/c wasn’t working. It was like a hot ashtray and you could hear EVERYTHING outside. The pluses were that Sosuite crew was very responsive and wanted to fix everything. I had somewhere to be and couldn’t wait on all these things to be fixed so had to quickly book with someone else. There was also way too many negatives for me to recover- I still would have left if I didn’t have somewhere to be.

Everything was good and matched the description. We only had a problem of the smell of cannabis from somewhere else very close, it was very evident for the last 2 nights of stay.

It was perfect for a short stay

It is a cool place. The location is good. Parking was great and inexpensive onsite. It was a little confusing to get in, but overall nice place.

We had a great stay! Everything was exactly as described, communication was clear, and the place had a lovely, welcoming vibe. It was perfect for a few nights and had everything we needed. We especially appreciated that the crib and high chair ready for our son, which made traveling with a toddler so much easier. The only small suggestions would be to provide an extra towel for a toddler, as everything was prepared for two guests only. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place!

Very convenient location for me. I did a ton of walking. I never worried about out my things. Bed was comfortable. Shower got hot fast. WiFi was fast. No issues.

Had a great stay at Sosuite! Was very clean and welcoming

Positive: I love the location and I'm always comfortable. Negative: The floors were a little less clean than the last time I stayed. The cleanliness is a bit of an issue with the floor and finding hair in places. But the kitchen and the beds are always clean.

We came for an overnight stay for a concert . Our overall stay was great and our unit surpassed expectations . Our check in did get delayed 30 minutes due to housekeeping, but it wasn’t much of an issue. We did pay for parking for convenience because there wasn’t much street parking. The area was okay, i’d suggest just being mindful of where you are. The unit is a walkable distance to metros , some local bars, corner stores and a few food options.

These SoSuite lofts are a good fit if you need an easy place to stay for the night, and priced well enough. Given that I reserved on Airbnb, I would love to see check-in and checkout managed on Airbnb too, rather than having to go through a separate portal. The room was comfortable enough and had all the basics, but only that— we had just two towels for two people, for instance, no washcloths or other linens. Little touches to improve that side of things would go a long way. Conveniently located and the SoSuite team was responsive in their communication.

It was a brilliant place to stay. I was a bit disappointed that after paying on Airbnb you had to pay $50 you don’t get back as deposit or put a refundable $250 down. They do note that under house rules on listing but it’s very hidden. The apartment, location and everything else was great though!

disappointing waste of my time and money Positive: Large room with a well equipped kitchen in a neighborhood with lots of restaurants and bars. Negative: I ended up wasting a lot of time and money. There is a pre-check-in procedure that you have to do which includes ID verification by taking a picture of your driver's license and a selfie. After this step failed 3 times, I decided to cancel my reservation. Unfortunately I couldn't cancel, so I contacted their support team. After wasting some more of my time they were finally able to verify my id to complete the pre-check-in. They also have a late 4pm check-in time, but upsell an early check-in for an additional fee. Since I was arriving around 2pm and wanted to get some work done with the wifi, I paid for the early check-in. The network they told me to use had major server problems and I was unable to work. I contacted customer support again to notify them about the wifi problems. It took about 2 hours to get the problem resolved, and by the time they told me about another wifi network that I could use, it was already past the 4pm check-in time so I wasted my money on early check in for nothing.
