It was a nice place with a good view, would definitely stay here again.

Philadelphia stay Positive: The staff were helpful and the place was clean. Negative: On arrival no staff available to help. With heavy bags, walking the last flight of stairs is inconvenient. The photograghs aren't a completely true likeness of the accommodation.

Secure/safe building, easy check in/out, responsive host, and nice view. The only thing I think the listing should mention is that you have to walk up from the 8th to the 9th floor. It wasn’t an issue for me but it might be for someone who has more luggage, is older, or disabled. Overall, great stay!

Perfect location if you want to visit Philadelphia. Beautiful nightly views of the city. Will definitely be returning.

Good place to stay near downtown. The only thing I didn’t like is they charge you an extra $50 as a “deposit” but they don’t return it even if you left everything as it should.

Operates like a hotel, with deposit hold on your card. Loved the place!

Loved my stay at Simon At Sosuite! I’m local to this area, and now I have a go to place to recommend to friends and family. It was clean, had an incredible view of the city, and my dog felt right at home! Thank you to the team at Sosuite for my great stay.

Positive: Dog friendly Negative: Back gate and back door open all the time. All cardboard boxes pilled up next to the dog small park. I didn't feel safe at time with the back gate and back door open.tons of stains on walls.

I really liked the apartment and would stay there again. Positive: The view was beautiful and the apartment was comfortable and quiet. Negative: The location was away from restaurants and activities. It was nice that there was a pub downstairs but that was all there was. It looks like the neighborhood is up and coming so this will probably change.

Positive: The window was great. The bed very comfortable Negative: The stove didn't work. The location was a little sketchy. My room was remote and an incident happened in the building while I was there. It did not feel safe

It’s my second time in these lofts and the studio I had this time had a beautiful view over the bridge and the city. I love the sun waking me up in the morning. Lovely stay !

The place was as advertised and we had a great stay. The view with tall windows is great. Good kitchen amenities. And laundry washer dryer in the bathroom. Getting to the unit requires a flight of stairs (we knew ahead), and some late night neighbors were loud in the hallway, but it was brief and not an issue with the host (just to be aware that soundproofing with the hallway is moderate). The front desk person was very nice, and the host (Simon and his team) very responsive! Would return to this place the next time we're in Philly again 👍

There was an issue with check in. It was not a problem if early check in was not available. I just would have expected an update prior to arrival. Then to be accused of making a mistake on our end is unacceptable. I never requested a late check out. It was an error on the part of your staff. Which again does happen but not accepting responsibility and pointing it back to the guest goes farther in leaving a bad impression. The unit did not have a shower curtain or wash cloths. We did get that straight a day later. The washer and dryer have visible mold inside. I took pictures and will sent them. The mini split unit has mold in it as well. The stains on the wall. It was not pleasant to view and mold is a serious concern.

Great place to stay in Philly. Very walkable and the room was easy to access and clean.

Great location for walking into city sites. Good breweries and Chinatown restaurants nearby. Felt safe enough in the area albeit a bit of litter around but guess that’s Philly. We were able to park for free almost out front on road. View from room is awesome.

Positive: Nice view Negative: Very worn out equipment, very cold inside - freezing in bathroom (no heaters inside!!!), a lot of cold air coming through door and windows. There was a party in apartment on our floor, I wrote a text message to the staff but nobody showed up and they never replied to me.

Restaurant downstairs is great and has gluten free options, this unit is on the 9th floor and does have an elevator directly up to the 9th floor. You must go to 8th and then climb a flight of stairs. Very cramped bathroom, the washer door will not open all the way and you have to strain yourself. As posted by someone else, the curtains are cheap and not proper for the windows so be prepared to wake up at sun rise, this is coming from a heavy sleeper! View is breath taking, their cleaning staff is ghetto and had really crazy conversations with each other while guests were in the elevator. Be prepared to possibly not have your belongings turned in to lost and found. I left an expensive thermos and it was not recovered by their staff unfortunately. Over all I would recommend the stay for the price and view!

It was okay. Positive: The view was nice and was not far from the Broad Street Line. Negative: The washer placement was terrible as the swinging door hits the toilet, and this makes it difficult to move the laundry to the dryer. The staff at the counter was difficult to find sometimes. There is no water fountain in the gym area. The built-in stove does not work and we had to use a portable one. The water pressure for the shower is weak.

Excellent stay, met all my expectations, very comfortable bed, spotless place, and the city and bridge view was amazing!! Nice to have a restaurant/bar by the lobby as well as a nicely stocked bending machine. Lobby staff was sweet. Walking distance to Chinatown restaurants was a plus and allowed me to save my street parking spot. Would definitely return!

If you like a view, peace and quiet and don't mind walking up stairs, this place is great! it's basically an efficiency but the view, first thing in the morning with a cup of coffee is special. The apparent could do with a fresh coat of paint but im being very picky. Also, the availability of secure parking in a city is worth the up charge.

This is my second SoSuite stay! The host is super responsive and helpful, the views are gorgeous and the amenities are comfortable. My last suite was pristine and a magical stay! This one was great too, but a few things could have been better. The floors weren’t very clean and the water pressure in the shower did not work; however, this was a single-night stay so those things did not make or break the experience. Would stay again!

Comfortable and enjoyable. I liked the industrial style. Positive: Location ideal; everything walking distance to Center and Old City. Garage parking plentiful. (although for an extra charge). Room well-equipped and clean. Staff friendly. Adjoining bar/restaurant convivial. Negative: I had a room on the ninth floor, which required a stair flight walk up. Room cold with industrial windows, but had an electric radiator. No room safe for valuables.

We stayed for a night but it was perfect. Just enough space for two. Located in a decent area there were plenty of markets to buy last minute items we forgot. About a 15 minute walk from Franklin square too.

It was a pleasure to stay at this listing. The view from the room was great and the stay was comfortable and cozy. I'd happily stay again.

Great apartment and good value - excellent location. Positive: Great location easy to walk into the city centre. Great views from the loft apt, and well appointed. Comfy bed. Negative: It was a bit messy going from booking.com to their app, and consequently I had not pre-booked parking, but we managed to sort this out. The apt was clean, but the floor could do with a really good scrub.

Positive: The lofts are really good! They were clean. The appliances, dishes and cookware were all clean. Negative: The washer dryer was placed too close to the commode. The door could not be opened properly. I understand that roof access limited to certain units, but having a common roof for the 9th floor will be a great addon.

Beautiful top floor space. We were in a smaller unit but it still had tons of open space to move around and store your items. Very clean and a wonderful kitchen amenity

The communication at check-in was extremely poor. I was left sitting outside in my car in the heat for an hour and a half, waiting to get in, and the staff offered no compensation for the inconvenience caused by the miscommunication. On the positive side, the place is beautiful with a stunning view. The parking ramp seems worth the extra charge to me.

This was a great stay. Everything was as expected and the space is really pretty with a great view of the city! We were very comfortable and happy. Would definitely stay again next time we’re in Philly!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at Simon's place! The location was perfect—close to everything I needed, yet quiet enough for a peaceful night’s sleep. Simon was a fantastic host: responsive and friendly. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

A nice spot in a good building. The amenities are welcome (washer and dryer, gym in the building), and the building is within walking distance to center city. The only real downside was that there were some sticky spots on the floor and window sill. The building and room have a bit of a smell, likely from smokers years ago (there was no sign of any recent smoking). Overall a decent value for anyone staying in Philly.

This was a nice Airbnb.. The view is beautiful and the space was clean. It’s a nice cozy spot you can relax and feel at home. I will say it’s hard to find parking in the area but outside of that everything is great.

Staying at this Sosuite location was great. Place was clean and neat, view was wonderful, everything was well kept. Only issue was walking up the stairs from the 8th to 9th floor to get to suite. That was not expected. Otherwise stay was well.

Disappointing Positive: Having a restaurant donwstairs Negative: The room didn’t live up to the hype in the pictures; paid for parking and there was zero space for me inside the gate so I had to park on the street which defeated the purpose of purchasing that

Positive: Close to concert venue, walkable to downtown areas we wished to see Negative: Room was not as expected/ pictured. No comfy seating area, we had to book another, additional room. Front desk failed to give me parking pass or code even when I explained I'd paid it in advance, they said i'd 'be alright', I was, in fact, not all right. I had to repark, go back to the desk and finally get a pass and the code. Minor, but nonetheless annoying inconveniences

A great view, quiet apartment, & nice neighborhood. The restaurant downstairs was tasty and the staff was nice. The kitchen wasn't the most functional, but i got by just fine.

Good place to be in Philly Positive: Great view, true to pictures and easy check-in and check-out. Negative: We would have liked to be able to check-in a little bit earlier.

Sosuite really was so sweet Positive: Definitely will stay here again if I come back to Philly. The view was wonderful, the room was stocked and cozy, and I was pleasantly surprised to have an in-room washer and dryer. The downstairs bar had good food and drinks. Overall, this was a great stay. Negative: The location being as central as it was really helped us not need to pay to get anywhere since it was all walking distance. The road we were on was sketchy at night, but this was my only complaint.

The view from the airbnb is beautiful! Lots of windows so you can see the whole city light up at night. Felt very safe checking in and out there as there is a front desk attendee and a code to get into the building. There's really cool artwork and murals throughout the building and a restaurant/bar right next door which was very convenient. The host gave us a whole list of recommendations, and there were water bottles and popcorn in the room for us when we arrived. Overall a great stay!

This place brought a 5-star hotel feel to Airbnb! Make sure you book parking in advance. They are pet friendly and even have a bar!

Worst experience ever Negative: No elevator. No room temperature. No hot water. Inconsistent water pressure. Non responsive front desk and no help from customer service. Terrible

Loads of people hanging around hotel. Previous guest had a dog and room smelled of it however we were let in early so maybe she rushed the cleaning Stove didn't work

Great location with a beautiful view. Perfect for solo travelers wanting a place for leisure or work. Positive: The location is great. Close to restaurants and transportation. The view is beautiful and the apartment was quiet. The secure building access was a comfort. Negative: The walk from the 8th floor to the 9th floor was surprising. I would have preferred to know about that before hand. I think the vents and AC unit could use some better cleaning.

Great location for us, and the place was decent but not worth the rates. Those big windows are beautiful but the curtains don’t fully cover them, so be ready to watch the sunrise whether you want to or not. The apartment wasn’t kept up well with stains around and dusty surfaces. Linens were clean but low quality. I liked the view, but I don’t think I’d recommend a Sosuite property based on this experience.

Simon and SoSuite were a great host. The room and view are beautiful. Walkable to Reading Terminal Market and Old City. Would definitely stay here again!

We found this listing sort of last minute and stayed for the weekend with our dog. Everything was pretty much as pictured and described. It was just enough space as a studio set up and the big windows really elevated the whole feel of our stay. This is on the top floor so there are stairs and a little walking but it’s not unmanageable. There’s also a convenient basket cart close to the stairwell if needed. The only weird thing of note is that the lobby does have a smell to it..it’s not unclean, just has this unknown unpleasant lingering odor. If you’re from a major city and/or actually know how to parallel park, you’ll be fine street parking. The on-site parking was easy to navigate, however, if you don’t want the hassle of finding a spot. If you’re not from a major city, the location might throw you off initially but aside from normal city things, it was a good base location to get around with some cute restaurants within walking distance and a late night carry-out around the corner.
