Amazing Philly city line view. Cozy loft, spacious, clean, moderately priced and quiet. A perfect sport for a romantic getaway.

I booked so suite before my first time was fine second time the housekeeper banged on my door earlier than check out then I l told her I’m just grabbing the rest of my thing I DO NOT smoke weed!!!! I can’t smoke weed I have chronic asthma smoke sends me into respiratory distress the housekeeper smelt like weed and I asked her if she can stand outside why I grab the rest of my belongings because the smell do yall know she told so suite that I was the one who smelt like weed and got me flagged I had to go to the hospital later that night for my breathing I got a drug test and there’s no weed in my system I even told this to so suite and they won’t unflag me even though there’s no evidence of smoking which is disturbing and disgusting that the house keepers can steal and lie I also asked for towels the day before and while I was gone the towels were brought but my AirPods were stolen

I absolutely love staying here. It will definitely be something I returned to. Even though I had to bring my suitcases up that flight of steps this is definitely an amazing place to stay.

Read the home instructions carefully there’s a one time 50.00 up charge bogus deposit or 250 hold which you will get back. Parking is not included and additional 28 bucks or so. Responsive Ai host. This is a clear unkept turn and flip spot there’s better locations overall. Philly has a lot to offer find a mom and pop Airbnb with all the charm! Otherwise location is OK. 7 min drive to tourist locations. We were a party of two and left us one set of Towels. Furniture is all scratched up and stained. Amazing view but kinda dingy looking needs an uplift. Pictures do not show this at its current state. Also if elevator is not accessible to the unit itself have to climb one flight of stairs. Lastly, it was raining bad the days we visited and there were puddles in the hallway I’m assuming from leaks.

Easy, walkable location

Location is further than expected, very grimy place. Parking garage is meant for a very small car. Paid to park out back and gate is left open. Bed was terrible and the they definitely didn’t wash bed sheets. Bathroom was disgusting. Wouldn’t stay again if it was free.

Staying in Philly is always gonna be a hit or a miss. Staying here was somewhere in the middle. Having The Institute attached to the Hotel was extremely convenient however that does not make up for the lack of Jenga in the room like mentioned in the listing, along with the stains on headboard, chair, and not to forget the extremely loud projector which sounded like a jet engine above my head.

déçu du lieu ; Negative: nous avons rencontrés des problèmes : pas d'internet malgré maintes effort d'essais - le fonctionnement de la TV très mauvais - dans les toilettes odeurs des pipi à cause de fuites après utilisation de la chasse. le personnel : les sollicitations sont restés sans suites. nous avons regrettés d'avoir choisis ce loft - le nettoyage pas assuré convenablement.

Such a cute place! It was perfect for my boyfriend and I. I especially loved the view! If we ever decide to stay overnight in Philly I definitely want to use this place again!

I really enjoyed my stay at Simon so-suite . The view was nice and the place was good for two people. The location was amazing close to everything !!! We uber everywhere with no problem . I also found outside street parking with no problem . I would definitely stay again !

The hospitality was top-tier. One of the best stays I had in Philly and its very affordable compared to other! It’s also close to Chinatown and Jefferson. As a Philadelphian, I highly recommend this place!

Great place - clean and quiet! Will book again!

We loved this stay as a couple who just wanted to get out of NYC for a night and enjoy some time away. It was a beautiful experience and very comfortable. The projector in the room was a bit loud so we didn't get to enjoy watching television but that was the only downside to our trip.

We loved our stay! It was the perfect location for us. We appreciated the amenities, such as parking and helpful front desk staff. The windows and the views are great. We also loved the projection screen for the tv. The place smelled very clean when we walked in. The building was also very cool. Would definitely stay again!

Die Unterkunft entsprach größtenteils den Fotos, sie bot wirklich eine atemberaubend schöne Aussicht auf Philly. Einzige Minuspunkte: es roch penetrant nach einem sehr unangenehmen Putzmittel, auch nach dem Lüften blieb der Geruch, man hat sich nach einiger Zeit gewöhnt. Vielleicht könnte man das Putzmittel wechseln. Ein bisschen Staub überall und sicherlich viel genutzte Unterkunft. Insgesamt aber den gezahlten Betrag wert, gut gelegen um die Stadt zu Fuß zu erkunden , wirklich einwandfreie schnelle Kommunikation, wir haben sehr gut geschlafen, vielen Dank für die zwei schönen Tage in Philly :)

We had a really nice stay overall! The parking amenity was super convenient, which made everything a lot easier for us. The host was extremely responsive and respectful throughout our stay, which we really appreciated. The Airbnb itself had stunning views, and the projector added such a dreamy, cozy touch to our nights. There were a couple of downsides — we did notice a few bugs lingering around, especially in the bathroom, and for some reason we kept waking up feeling congested. Location-wise, it was great for getting around. We were able to drive easily to City Hall and the Liberty Bell, and we highly recommend checking out the area where Alpen Rose is located. It’s about a 10-minute drive from the Airbnb and was full of energy, great restaurants, and things to do — perfect for a weekend stay. Overall, a great spot with a few minor issues, but we still had a good experience!

Great view, spacious and quiet room, walking distance to some of the local concert venues. Huge plus that we could park in their garage on site and bring our dog.

The place was nice over all. I just didn’t like waking up and discovering I had slept on dirty sheets with make up stains on them. I also didn’t like that the place wasn’t left at all comfortable temperature. When I had arrived it was freezing in there. I turned on the heat, but the place didn’t warm up. It actually warmed up the next day after the sun came up and heated the building up. The projector is so loud that you can’t watch tv while going to sleep. I literally had to sit in the dark to relax and try to sleep. In the daytime you can’t watch the projector because you can’t see it even with curtains closed.

This was such a cool location. We were out most of each day, but that view was really great to wake up to and go to sleep with.

Nice place and fast response by the host to any questions

Good location with a bus stop right outside the lobby doors and several others nearby. There are also plenty of places within walking distance to eat or grab a drink, and the view was amazing. Our only concerns were that the bed sheets had some stains, the floor felt very sticky, and the door lock seemed faulty. It would lock when we left, but once we came back in it wouldn’t lock from the inside. We tested it multiple times and ended up jamming a chair under the handle for extra security.

We loved our stay! It was a walkable location, and being able to secure a parking spot was super helpful.

We loved our stay. Lovely place. The screen to display the TV was a nice plus. I was glad there was onsite parking, even though it cost extra. My only suggestion is to provide bath towels for 2 people. There was only one.

Very comfortable apartment close to Chinatown and Center City with great skyline views. Plenty of bars, restaurants, and coffee shops nearby, and Reading Terminal Market is only a fifteen minute walk away. Subway even closer. All in all, exceptional value for a short stay in Philadelphia.

What was good: Professional, easy use of portal, no issues w/ building What was bad: Couldn’t walk without socks/shoes on (not mopped) Shower headed needed to be replaced, very bad water pressure (someone with a need for that to be clean would not be satisfied) Decor is extremely cheap, all worn down, chipped, bent light fixtures. What was unacceptable: Rank aged piss on the waste basket Blood stains on comforter Very obviously a tourist grab airbnb w/ no interest in improving. Purchased for a romantic getaway and was just disgusting. Pictures make it look nice.

Overall it was a good location with parking, which is not easy to come by in Philly. Unfortunately on our last day the elevator was not working so loading our vehicle was not fun with 10 flights of stairs. But that was not the hosts fault.

Great surround views from the room! I felt very well accommodated. It took about 30 mins to pay to park in the lot, and it was an extra fee to park. But that was the only real hiccup. The bed & bedding was comfortable and there were multiple pillow options. I also really, really liked that I wasn’t expected to do the housekeeping myself. And there was good quality soap & shampoo in the shower. The overall experience was more like a hotel than an Airbnb, and I liked that!

The room was beautiful, and very cozy. Everything was clean, and neat. The bed is comfy, and the bathroom was larger I expected for a smaller room. The view was amazing, any time of day it was beautiful. I was worried the widows would make unit chilly, but the temp stayed very comfortable. The location was walkable to Reading Market & Union Transfer.

Overall we enjoyed our stay here. The view from the windows was amazing and the projector was a super cool touch. The only downsides were that the shower water pressure was extremely low, and only one of the stove burners was working, although the kitchen itself was well stocked.

Fantastic stay, the apartment was spotlessly clean and a comfortable base. Ideal location for wandering to the Reading Terminal Market, the old town, Museum of Modern Art and the Met for a concert. The excellent pub downstairs is a bonus for great food and drink! If we come back to Philadelphia we’ll definitely stay again!

Wat een heerlijke plek! Met een prachtig uitzicht werden we door de jetlag al vroeg wakker en zagen we de zon uitkomen vanuit ons bed. Prachtige hoge industriële ramen wat een fijne sfeer geeft aan de kamer. Alles is goed beloopbaar en er zit een fijn Mexicaans restaurantje vlakbij. Een aanrader.

Easy to check in and out. They had everything you needed and things you didn’t think to bring, doggie bowls! The restaurant downstairs is bar food so you get what you get. Grub hub had amazing service and very friendly delivery drivers. Would definitely recommend! Even the check in clerk was extremely friendly and welcoming!

Simon was an extremely helpful host - when we needed more towels, he was quick to reasons and provide solutions. The room itself was also so lovely, the view can’t be beat!

I love staying here. The view was incredible. The place was clean and clutter free. Honestly, such a great find! There was a secondary website with checking information and parking information. Which seems a little bit inconvenient at times. Description claims to have parking on site. But it’s never mentioned that it is a paid parking that you must pay before checking in. Will definitely stay here again and recommended to friends.

We had a great time visiting Philly and staying in this little apartment! It was perfect for just the two of us and very close to the venue the concert we came to see was being held at (you could see it out the window!). We loved watching movies on the projector! The panoramic views were gorgeous no matter the time of day and the place is within reasonable walking distance from center city and all of the historic sites. Parking was extra and a little pricey but very secure. We would definitely stay again!

Walk-able location with plenty to do. The institute is actually open until 2am which doesn't seem too common. Also the view from the 9th floor is awesome for those city sunrises.
