Una estancia excelente cerca a lugares como UPenn. El loft tal como en la fotos, se siente como estar en casa.

The place is BIG which was cool. It was a high-school at one point so the layout was pretty hard to navigate though. Not really a deterent for staying here by any means. The rooms were also very large. More sterile than what I prefer for air bnb but hey, it was extremely well maintained. Great for someone looking for more of the hotel feel. The kitchen was amazing too. The instructions are very detailed and long and I forgot I was supposed to keep the key fob on me at all times. The staff was nice though and gently reminded me. You could tell the place was very pet friendly. If I had to summarize my rambling, it's a good place to stay if you prefer a well maintained property that's pet friendly and spacious.

The host typically responded within 10 minutes and was extremely accommodating. Very helpful with any question I might have had or assistance that was needed

The place was really nice , bathroom had little knats coming from the drain in the bathroom , I think the cleaning of the space could have been better but overall it was cool

Wonderful stay!

The staff was very attentive and responsive. The loft was nice. The kitchen had the bare cooking necessities. If you are trying to throw down in the kitchen, bring your own pots and pans. The property was really nice, the rec area, rooftop was nice. I will stay again

Apartment was nice and clean, great host! Everything looked just like the photos. Check-in was pretty easy, but the building itself is a little tricky to navigate. Overall was a great stay, and would definitely recommend!

Mooi verblijf, lekker groot. Ik zou je wel aanraden om geen auto te huren, er is geen parkeerplek en overal is betaald parkeren. Ook in de stad ben je veel geld kwijt voor parkeren. Maar het verblijf zelf zou ik zeker aanraden!

Very very nice. As other reviews said, the shower’s water pressure was a little weak. Outside of that, this place is a wonderful stay.

Old school meets modern Air B&B Positive: Visually interesting being an old high school. The room was really nice, love the loft, gave it space and vibrancy Negative: Parking was a little weird. Directly in front was only 2hour parking so you had to park a little far away. However the space itself was nice.

Had a great stay. Check in was easy and the unit was as advertised. There was a weird smell in the building, but the unit was clean and fresh!

Enough for a very short period if you have no options or the price is low at the time you book. Not an interesting area. No restaurants , one cafe 2 blocks away. If you are going for tourism not a convenient area. As I was For an emergency and price was acceptable it s ok. A hotel aroun rittenhouse is the best option. That s what I did after check out.

The stay was amazing me and my girlfriend loved our stay it really felt like we were at home.

The loft was a really cool design and pretty accessible location. However, there were some issues - the water pressure in shower is pretty bad, there was a noticeable unpleasant smell in the entire studio and bathroom, and our first day the fridge made sporadic loud noises that distrupted our sleep. We had great customer service and communcation throughout our trip though!

The lofts are pretty nice and comfortable. The building itself is a confusing nightmare unless you have time to explore. You cannot navigate the ground floor without going up or down stairs. I had to have a doorman let me in initially (not in the description, or confusing at best). I had issues with the A/C and Wi-Fi the first night in the unit, which were resolved the next day while I was out of the unit. Sosuite offered me another unit in the meanwhile. Knowing what I know now, I would stay there again. Good location for the the purpose of my visit, and really nice units. The residents I met were very approachable and nice as well

It was very nice there is available street parking but limited but your in Philly so what can you expect. It’s quiet and very comfy little place.

Nice stay, great design, comfortable room, and very communicative staff. Such an interesting use of an old school.

Velká posilovna v přízemí zdarma, společenská místnost s knihovnou a možností zahrát si kulečník nebo stolní fotbálek. Skvělé umístění, několik linek autobusů i metro poblíž, 2 velké supermarkety do 10 minut pěšky. Negative: Chtělo by to o něco více nádobí v kuchyni. Vybavení je již trochu opotřebované a zasloužilo by obměnu. Nicméně pozitiva ubytování převyšují drobné nedostatky.

Was very cozy and relaxing. Nice walk for food and snacks. Place was clean and hosts were very responsive. Would definitely stay there again!

After the arrival debacle, great! Positive: I liked everything. Negative: Entering the facility first time. Pre-registration was done poorly. You need to make Pre-registration obvious, otherwise the newly arriving guest us out of luck. You need to send one email ir text that is easy to use, easy to complete, and let's the guest know that there is no one at the facility that will receive the guest with the room number or the code. That was very frustrating.

I loved my stay at this unique loft. The building itself was fun to explore, though easy to get lost in! I asked the host for more towels and blankets, and they were quick and responsive. I would stay again, but have a couple pieces of feedback: 1. Noise definitely travels from neighbors, so bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. 2. It takes a while to warm up, so turn on the heat early! 3. The water pressure is pretty extremely weak in the shower. If you have thick hair, washing your hair will be a nightmare. I ended up just washing my hair in the sink. Definitely needs a new shower head, as the water pressure is completely fine everywhere else. This would be my only hesitation in staying again.

Very communicative host, quickly answered questions and sent maintenance when I had a minor issue. The amenities were great - loved the gym and walking track. It would have been nice to have some extra blankets because it was a bit chilly downstairs. Super cool building!

I left my work phone and jacket both priceless the track show it was there and now it don’t pop up very concerned about the situation need a refund or something and still wont give the value my work phone worth and jacket. ! If you wanna solve it and pay for the expensive Call me martinez

It was a home away from home experience Positive: The apartment provided its guests with comforts and privacy. Basic amenities are available. The staff was very prompt in responding to the requests of the guest, which I really appreciate. I will definitely recommend this to my friends and colleagues if they are traveling to Philadephia in the future. Negative: The water in the shower was weak. Another, it would have been perfect if coffee were replenished. There were only 6 cups, and they were not enough for the entire stay.

Great place, looks amazing, the only issue we had was a lack of throw blankets for the couch area especially because it takes a while for the apartment to get to a comfortable warm temperature downstairs, that and the shower pressure was very lackluster, that was definitely an issue. Besides those two things, great place.

Really convenient to be in the same building that I live in. Well stocked and maintained units, had two ACs and a washer dryer combo!

O checkin é às 16:00, muito tarde. Chegamos cedo, ficamos esperando (pois queriam cobrar early check-in) e às 16:00 o apartamento não estava limpo ainda. Tivemos que esperar. O pior ponto foi o cheiro muito forte de cigarro e maconha. A equipe de limpeza foi ao apartamento, fez uma higienização com uma máquina, que não adiantou. Foi muito desconfortável ficar dentro do apartamento. A geladeira fazia um barulho muito alto a cada 20 minutos. Muito difícil dormir com um barulho alto como o que a geladeira fazia. Além do barulho, o apartamento é muito claro, e logo cedo de manhã já é muito difícil dormir. A cama não é confortável. Além de pequena, é muito macia.

We enjoyed our stay. The place was extremely clean, communication with host was great, location wasn’t too far from what we were there to do. The only thing that I wish was different was more wash cloths/towels and extra blankets as the lower level was much cooler than the upper level. Took quite a while to heat up so an extra blanket or throw would’ve been nice. Other than that no complaints! Will definitely consider staying there again.

Looks like the pictures, good for pets and spacious. There is a washer dryer too! There was a nice common area with a pool table and ping pong

the stay was ok, the bed was the best part. dont agree with cleanliness of the place. for the price Positive: the location was in a quiet area. the parking was awful. had to park 2 blocks over. the room itself was nice. however i didnt agree with the cleanliness of the place. Negative: i didnt like that the couch looked dirty, you cant really tell from the pictures but i didn't care to sit on it. the shower head had residue build up. there was no broom to sweep, but they do offer housekeeping.

Great experience. Would stay there again! Positive: Great, historic, unique property. An easy $10 Uber ride to the University City area. Unit was well outfitted and extremely clean and comfortable. Negative: Construction outside started at 7am.

An okay price for a semi-clean but spacious loft where you can hear everyone and everything. Positive: Location was nice, good amount of space for the price. Negative: The check-in process was tough, I waited a very long time to be let into the building because there was no one at the door. The cleanliness of the apartment was reallyyyy lacking and the apartment was sooo loud, there were people coming back at all hours of the night and it was very echo-y and loud. The apartment smelled very weird, like smoke and oil?

Good value for money and apartment has everything is needed Positive: It was exactly as it is on the pics. Clean, spacious, had everything I needed. Negative: It would be good to add some signs on how to get the quickest to the particular room numbers. Indicators would do the job. It was a confusion at the beginning if it comes to the invoice, however at the end of Etsy I received it

Place was too bare bones - no blankets, extra towels, or bedding.

Everything was as stated but the place was really dusty with spider webs and hair all over. Also the towels weren’t properly cleaned, their were hair trapped in the towels

I loved staying at Simon’s Place. It was such a cool experience to stay inside such a historic building! You actually can get lost inside the building … It was just so roomy so artsy and comfortable! Loved .. loved it !!

Had to clean the bathroom myself but it’s a nice loft. Wish it was more homey felt a little rigid and industrial.

Overall enjoyed our stay here because of the neighborhood but want to give a more detailed review since we didn't really see any of the following addressed by other visitors: -internet is verizon and drops out randomly. There was construction on one side of the building during our stay. These factors made remote working difficult at times -Relatively clean but Lots of dust bunnies floating around and there was someone else's hair still in the shower when we arrived. Also our shampoo spilled in the shower and a white streak revealed that the yellowish shower floor was at some point clean enough to be white. -Only received one bath towel for almost three week stay with two people. -Laundry machine spin cycle is disturbingly loud and shakes the loft floor, would recommend adjusting the speed to medium each time -Toilet is very high and close to the wall which can be uncomfortable for certain body types or ppl with accessibility issues.

We had a great stay! Staying in a renovated high school was fun, and the apartment is a short walk from restaurants and Clark Park.

I never wrote a bad review before this one, but the place was seriously dirty. They just pushed dirt/dust bunnies under the furniture, and it ended up all over the place. Also Simon charged me for “unexpected cleaning” because I had my dog (which he knew about). He said he never received my texts confirming my dog’s weight, and when I sent him screenshots he said “sorry I never received those”. I’m pretty sure they just play dumb so they can charge you the “unexpected fee”.

Stay was lovely

My family stayed at this apartment while visiting. It was a great location (they didn't have a car) but walked to the local restaurants in the area. The space was great -- perfect for two people and quiet. Heard fire trucks/people moving around a few times but rare. This place really was excellent for people staying longer in the West Philly area. Some upkeep with painting and grout would make it even better but those are minor. The staff at West Lofts were particularly kind. Tete at the front desk was very welcoming.

Overall had a great month in West Philly! Great communication and easy access to the bus line. I also walked some days to university city for my shifts. From the comments going back to 2021, the shower pressure is abysmal and I’m not sure if it is a apartment wide problem or just the unit, but if it wasn’t for that, it would’ve been a 5-star stay.

I have stayed here before in a different apartment and also have stayed in multiple sosuits...This time it was a lil inconvenience because the Fob Key to get in the building was missing (concierge is supposed to be 24hr) but they weren't available ever to open the door. we had to wait for random people to enter/leave the building. Also the water pressure in the shower was extremely light making it difficult. Everything else was great you can always find parking, and the vibe of the apartment is great.

10/10 must try again… there is literally no parking at times but other than that it was great !

Bliss Positive: I loved the layout of the unit, something to look forward to in near future. Negative: Honestly only adjustment I would make is the tv being in the bedroom besides that it was excellent.

Modern apartment in Philly Positive: Spacious property, big comfortable bed and modern interior. Quite close to the local train station and some shops Negative: Wi-Fi wasn’t available on arrival, no remote control and no shower gel in the bathroom.

Positive: Really spacious and very comfortable. Staff at the front counter 24/7. Negative: No wifi, which made work very difficult.

No description could do justice to how weird it is to have an apartment in an old high school. Bathroom was fine.

UAE TRAVLLER TO PHILLY Positive: Nothing….not worth staying with family very inconvenient. Negative: Lack of staff, lack of facility. No luggage trolley , no staff to support for late check in.

I was scared from the reviews of parking, but I experienced little trouble and was able to park on the street of the entrance or nearby for the duration of my stay. The unit was very clean, spacious, and pleasing on the eye. Little to no noise from neighboring units. The furniture was comfortable and clean. However, the initial code provided for the door lock did not work and there was delay in getting into the unit as we waited for a new code. The key fob for entering the building was missing and was delivered the next afternoon. The paper towel roll was stained yellow and was very obviously a neglected detail. Still, these were mishaps that didn’t impede on my overall satisfactory stay. The host was quick to respond and helpful. I would book again.

The place looked like the images. The unit we were in had a good amount of dishes for cooking and eating. There are decent coffee shops and ethnic restaurants in the area. You do hear the traffic at night, but it’s pretty reasonable for a city. Staff/Host was very responsive to our requests. Would recommend!

The apartment was nice and comfortable. Apartment has some blemishes. First thing when entering it smelled like cigarettes most of the time we was there. No key fob when arrived but front desk let us in when needed. The only down fall is parking becomes hard to find if you go out.

Great location and lovely unit! The front desk person directed us to our unit which helped a lot in finding it quickly. We had a great stay and would definitely come back!
