This place was great and very central to the city. The hosts were helpful and responsive whenever I had any questions. I found this place to be very cute and clean, totally matched the pictures. The location was great and easy to get around. They also provided a guide to the city with recommendations for things to do and places to eat which helped a lot. I felt welcome while staying here. Great experience!

Quiet place in Old City within walking distance of plenty of parking and Septa stations. Nice bathroom and great natural light. Good hosts too, Sosuite is good about thorough check-in info. Would stay again!

Wonderful room and great location at a good price. Positive: Quiet. Great location. Clean. Fully appointed.Well designed and constructed. Negative: After booking.com questions and confirmation we were asked all of those questions again plus having to send copies of our drivers license and credit card by phone. Obtaining the door code took us a long time because of the additional info. Unnecessary steps if already paid for and having no personal contact within staff. However the room was VERY nice after finally getting in the door.e

I really enjoyed my stay here. I was traveling alone for a concert, and wanted somewhere private, safe and cozy and the Loxley was just that! The photos matched the listing, and the area was great if you are looking for good restaurants, and great shopping, particularly lots of cool vintage stores. The host was extremely responsive, and even let me check out an hour late. Thank you for making my stay special and comfortable!

We loved our stay! Everything was exactly as described and had everything we could need. The neighborhood is adorable and full of little shops and restaurants. Super walkable and close to so much. Our pup loved it too!

Great Location all Attraction are walkable..

This was by far the best place I’ve stayed at during my trips to Philadelphia. The apartment was extremely clean and had everything I needed. Fresh bed linens, towels, water, coffee, tea, and many other thoughtful little things were provided. All of these details made check-in and the entire stay much easier and more comfortable. I really appreciated how well everything was prepared and would definitely stay here again.

Everything about this Airbnb was spectacular. Amenities, cleanliness and comfort were all considered. Great space and location, would absolutely stay again.

Was nice Positive: There were purple soap spots on and in the bathroom sink. On the left nightstand there was a really sticky area. The bed seemed to have hit the green wall so noticed two spots when I was getting into bed. Negative: See above. It was a nice comfortable apartment.

Perfect place for a week long work trip. The studio was neat and clean upon arrival, the bed was comfortable, even the lint trap in the dryer was immaculate. Ear plugs and a white noise machine were available but I didn't need either since the room was so quiet, but I was at the back of the building. Check in online was easy and the keyless entry made getting into rest mode quick and painless. The staff was prompt to respond to the questions I had. Exceptional service. Very fairly priced. I will book here again when in Philly and will look for this brand in my future travels.

Lovely place and great location for walking to locations. Unfortunately, I thought when they said there may be noise, they meant from cars/traffic but it was noise from other guests/residents. ALL hours of the night people coming and going. The building is old and the stairs are metal which make tons of sounds, voices echo and the doors slam. If you are waiting a peaceful nights rest, might not be the place for you. If you are wanting a lively, stay up all night kind of place, this is it!

We’ve stayed at other Sosuite apartments, but especially loved this one since it’s in Old City and is so thoughtfully designed. Even though it’s a studio, it feels spacious. It’s also a good balance—both minimalistic and warm with some well-selected art. It had everything we needed for a two night stay. Actually, we would have liked to stay longer. Will be back!

Great place to stay if you are visiting Philly for a couple of days. It has all the amenities, is well furnished, clean, and close to all the major tourist attractions. Very happy with my stay here!

This is a very comfortable Airbnb in a great part of Philly. Very walkable area with lots of good food around. The place was very clean and felt surprisingly quiet and peaceful while still being in the thick of the city. The place included thoughtful touches like a white noise machine, ear plugs, black out blinds. Also, check in and 24/7 access was super easy. I would easily stay here over a hotel in the area any day.

The room was lovely, but the situation was nothing short of aggravating! Positive: The room was very clean. A nice bonus to have the kitchenette and laundry area even though we didn’t use it. Negative: Booking.com . Due to their policies, we couldn’t refund the room although it said refundable. Once we knew we had an extra person we needed a bigger room. The Loxley wouldn’t accommodate us except to say we could purchase another room or a bigger room for equal the cost. Going between the two companies was so frustrating. (Booking and Loxley). A little heads up about the parking would have been nice. It was our first time to Old City Philly.

Absolutely love the place. It was located in a very nice area and stead was super responsive. The head of housekeeping had great service she was there to greet me and make sure my room was just right! I recommend this place to wanting to visit Philly and stay in nice area

I stayed one night at the Loxley and the room was lovely and just like the photographs. The kitchen had great amenities making my stay extra comfortable. The only issue I had was with the cleanliness of the space there was hair in the bathroom, a bit of mold in the shower, a sticky substance on some services, as well as makeup stains in the bed. Additionally the duvet cover was not on the duvet and had just been tucked in and set on top. I would be open to staying again if the cleanliness issues were rectified as I really liked the space and location.

I absolutely loved this apartment! It was spotless, well decorated, and so cozy. The team at Sosuite At The Loxley are incredibly responsive and kind. I lost something in my room after checking out and they were super helpful and let me come back and grab it. Small details like these just show how wonderful this whole team is! I will definitely stay here again when I come back to Philly.

I've stayed at the Sosuite multiple times, and I keep coming back when I visit Philadelphia for a reason! Sosuite makes my stay effortless. The rooms are exactly as described—clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable and complete with all amenities you need for your stay.

Positive: Very easy check-in process. Very prompt response from the staff. Great location, metered parking outside easy to find, Starbucks and a bakery within a few mins walk. Very clean. Pretty quiet street. Negative: Furnishings on the cheap side. Coffee table with permanent stains. Dirty cleaning rags sitting in the corner next to the elevator for days. No sign with Wi-Fi password, discovered it late at night, had to contact staff. Got a prompt response, but this was not necessary, just post it in the room. Much more important than a white nose machine.

Perfect overnight stay in central location in Old City Philadelphia. The apartment matched the listing description and photos and was in a well maintained, quiet building. Would definitely return to Sosuite if I stay in Philly again!

Spotty WiFi and filthy sheets. The place had really good reviews, so it disappoints me to have to share this experience. To start, the wifi was spotty, preventing me from getting work done or streaming anything on the TV (without multiple interruptions of Hulu crashing from loss of internet signal). I reached out and the host said they’d look into it. I didn’t hear more. I decided to take a shower and call it an early night. Slipping into bed, I was immediately greeted by an unpleasant texture. I pulled back the sheets to find a great deal of dirt/debris, along with a lot of human hair. Reaching back out, the host instructed me to retrieve new sheets from a vacant unit in the building, which I did. Upon stripping the sheets to remake the bed, I discovered the mattress cover and mattress below it both with urine stains. I didn’t stay the night.

I wish we loved this place more. While check-in at 8:00pm on a Friday was a breeze and seemingly organized, the actual stay and unit was not impressive. The decor is cute, but there are noticeable scratches, stains, poor paint touchups, dust & the quality of furniture is not great. Coffee table was wobbly, some plugs were loose. To top it off, we booked for 2 guests and there was only 1 set of towels. They were also very small. We did not get a response through text but messaged them through Airbnb, they responded after 10:00pm. By this point it was too late for them to do anything. Had I known, I would've brought my own towels. We did not get the towels until the next day, after noon. Disappointing and major inconvenience for two night's stay. The walls are thin so you hear neighbors and the hallway, but the noise machine was helpful to get a good night's rest. It put a damper on my birthday weekend and I wish I had just booked a hotel instead, price was similar.

Loved this stay and will absolutely stay here again. The room was lovely and very clean with nice little amenities like snacks, water, and a full coffee/tea bar. Wasn’t too noisy and is in a charming part of the city.

This unit was clean, peaceful, and comfortable. It was easy to get in, and there was plenty to do in a short walking distance! Would gladly stay in another SoSuite property again.

I really enjoyed my brief stay here. This spot is walking distance from shops and good eats and I would definitely recommend for anyone just stopping by for a night or an extended stay in the city of brotherly love.

This location was fantastic. I loved the location. I loved the space the cleanliness it was everything I needed. Our power went out and I needed somewhere to stay and this was fantastic. I love old city. I love everything about it. I would highly recommend booking this location I also love that it was dog friendly and it was clean and I felt like I could come and go as I needed and it was fantastic.

Would definitely come back! Positive: Awesome location!! Nice, expensive upgrades made to the suite even in the small details. Nicely decorated and beautiful furnishings. The kitchen and bathroom were beautiful. The elevator was nice to have, the washer and dryer were really high quality, and the microwave was fancy. I felt extremely comfortable, and I loved my stay here. Negative: Cleanliness could've been better - the couch had a pee stain on it that smelled so bad, the comforter had a brown stain on it, and the floor mirror was smudged and not cleaned with windex. The rug also sheds white fabric like crazy so if you're wearing black clothes, make sure not to sit on the rug.

Best hotel in Philly! Positive: This studio flat is absolutely fantastic—spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully styled. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax and unwind. Plus, it's located in one of the nicest and safest neighborhoods in Philly!

An absolute must if you are visiting Philly. The Old City neighborhood is a prime location with great access to restaurants, shops and galleries. The room was just gorgeous, easy to find and very peaceful to stay at. I’d definitely stay here next time I visit the city of Brotherly Love.

We LOVED this studio in Old City! It was tasteful remodeled with high end finishes and appliances. The check in process was easy, the space was very clean, and the location was great. We will definitely stay again!
