The area

Encompassing the city’s busiest and most densely packed cultural, historical, and entertaining neighborhoods, Center City — bracketed east/west from the Delaware River to the Schuylkill River and north/south from Spring Garden Street to South Street — features Philly’s premier downtown area as well as an ever-expanding skyline.

It’s also home to the city’s most historic neighborhoods — including Old City and Society Hill — and many tourist attractions on Independence Mall and elsewhere.

As a primary destination for travelers, Center City boasts a majority of the biggest and toniest hotels in the region and more restaurants, bars, and cafes than any other part of the city. Sparkling nightlife and dining options under the Center City umbrella include Chinatown, Rittenhouse Square, and Old City.

Philadelphia, one of the country's most walkable cities, is incredibly easy to navigate either by foot or by public transportation. That just leaves one question: Where to park the car?
ON-SITE PARKING:
The building offers paid valet parking starting at $60/day (discounts for longer stays)
We'll share the link to reserve your spot with them once you book.
ON-STREET PARKING
Philadelphia has thousands of metered spots throughout the city, perfect if you only plan to park for an hour or two. The area near this unit usually has a little street parking available. Be sure to read all parking signs very carefully before leaving your car to avoid ticketing and towing during hours in which parking may be prohibited.
OTHER OPTIONS
For moving around, you'll also find several bus stops, bike ride-sharing stations, and subway stations.
Otherwise, we recommend getting around the city using Uber or Lyft - its fairly affordable & we'd be happy to share discount codes with you!

Notes from your host

Other things to note:
- Please note that there are 4 small steps leading to the building's lobby. There is an accessible ramp in the left-side entrance of the building on Sansom St.
- Pets are welcome for $25+tax/night (2 pet max, capped at $250+tax/month)
- $250 Security Deposit, or Damage Waiver, is to be collected at Check-In *
- ID photo and selfie submission are required for ID verification *
- Booking must be made by a guest 21+ years of age *

* These steps are required. Reservations are not eligible for refunds if these steps are not completed.

If you have any questions or concerns throughout your stay, we're happy to help you. We are available 24/7. Don't hesitate to send us a message, a text or to give us a call.

“It was great!”

“Nice place in a very historic and walkable area. Found it well lit at night. Felt safe to roam about. Very nice coffee shop and deli in the area. Beautiful parks and places to sit outside and have a meal. As described in pictures. The Ind Hall Bell does sound quite frequently but I did not have any issues with it. Team was responsive when contacted with questions/concerns. Would book this location or others again.”
