Excellent location, well described, great building. Some of the furnishings could use a refresh, but everything was clean and comfortable.
Was in excellent location. Short on kitchen supplies. Easy valet parking and front desk was helpful.
Everything was as described and pictured. Only downside was a handful of minor maintenance issues. Shower and sink drain in master was terribly clogged, master shower was missing its glass partition, kitchen had limited silverware and glasses, doorknob to hallway bathroom was loose and about to fall off, lamp was broken, another lamp needed a new lightbulb. Individually these were minor but additive it definitely was annoying. Nothing major and the apartment itself was awesome. Great space, great building, great neighborhood. If the management company could send a handyman for one full day of fixes all would be great (plus fixing the shower partition and buying some more glasses and silverware).
Great place and location. Be aware… event space upstairs from apartment. If you are light sleeper/ have kids may be problematic. Indepemdence hall bell rings on the hour 24h. Clean, great location, as advertised except for the dance parties that go until 1 AM. I would stay again… but some may not.

Great rental! Clean and exactly as described in photos. Unit is in a very upscale building with great amenities. This unit is directly below an event space so can get a bit loud but provides sound machines and ear plugs to assist. Will book again next time in Philly!
Everything was great minus the little bit of noise in the early hours of the morning and the bell that rings every morning but other than that the house itself was amazing.

The apartment looked just like the photos. The location was convenient, with shops and restaurants in walking distance. It's also across the street from Independence Hall, so was always populated and felt safe. The host company was easy to communicate with via text and an online portal. Plus, the front desk to the building was staffed 24/7, and the staff was very friendly.

A central, walkable location with great views and clean facilities. The apartment was spacious, clean and felt like a typical sleek new build. Hosted by a classy, vintage, art deco style building with beautiful views of independence park directly outside my window. The valet made this stay effortless and all staff were veryr proactive in their communication.
Just finished 4 weeks at the Ledger SoSuite. We were here supporting a family member in the hospital and were not sure how long to make the reservation for. Since it was longer than expected we had to change rooms and everyone at the front (Jordon, Mystere) were so helpful and supportive. The staff, the wonderful location and the apartment itself made a difficult time much more comfortable.
What a perfect place for our history filled trip to Philadelphia! The view from our bedroom window was Independence Hall! The Liberty Bell was across the street. We couldn’t be happier. We traveled with two kids so it was great to have a full kitchen and washer/dryer. The place was very clean and the hosts were very responsive. We would definitely stay here again!
Everything as expected based on description. Very walkable with restaurants close by. Note that if you use valet parking, you will need to move car upon check out, ie, less than 24 hours.
The home was just like the pictures. Clean and bright. Kitchen had everything we needed to make a family dinner. There were weddings upstairs both weekend nights but sleep wasn’t an issue with the provided white noise machines. View was amazing! Location was perfect. Everyone in building was friendly.
We had a great stay! Very walkable, easy and fast valet, we arrived at 1 am, easy check in everything ready. Was able to check our bags the day we left after check out in order to walk around the city before our flight. Clean and comfortable beds. Great shower!
Overall, this is a great location, and the staff is responsive and accommodating. I had issues with the WiFi, and it took almost 24 hours to get it working, but the staff communicated well. The apartment is clean and the view is great though it is very sparse and impersonal (more hotel than ArBnB).

Awesome host, unit and location. Very walkable location and great building. As noted, you will hear noise from upstairs, but I found it manageable and they stopped around 11pm. Probably only relevant on Fridays/ Saturdays too as I heard nothing the other nights. Highly recommend SoSuite!
Absolutely outstanding apartment! Fantastic location (so walkable), phenomenal view, easy entrance in and out. The communication was excellent. The beds were comfortable and the showers were great!! As for the ‘event space’ up stairs we only heard it once, it was not a nuisance and it was over by 11 pm. The entire place was pristine in cleanliness, comfortable and much larger than we anticipated! If I had any suggestions it would be to add some throw blankets, the windows are awesome but can be drafty (worth it). And the kitchen is sparse, it would be hard to cook a meal (4 forks, 4 spoons etc etc). Which was fine for us but if you were having a big meal might be an issue. Lastly, the valet was less than responsive which we addressed. When the system worked it was ABSOLUTELY worth the price and made life so much easier. We would 1000% stay here again!
We loved our stay. The apartment was beautiful. The view was stunning. It was very spacious and clean. One of our favorite things was how safe we felt in this building. This location is walkable to so many cool places. We will definitely use this location again the next time we are in Philly. We also appreciated how well the host communicated with us. No complaints!
Fantastic stay in downtown Philly! The building is beautiful and the location couldn’t be better—right by Independence Hall and close to everything. The unit had great amenities and an amazing view of the city. The host was extremely hospitable and provided clear, detailed instructions for everything, making the stay super easy. Highly recommend!

We loved this airbnb! The location was incredible with a beautiful view of independence hall. We were able to walk to many of the sites we wanted to see. We loved Madis coffee roasters just next door for coffee and breakfast. The Ledger building had a great kids playroom that our 2 and 3 three old children loved! We used the valet services which was well worth it. Highly recommend this airbnb!
This place was great! I can't tell you what a relief it was after walking/site seeing all day to have our stay right next to everything to pop in eat lunch/take a break. Very convenient location right by independence hall on the 10th floor of the public ledger. Incredible view! Little iffy driving in at first never been to the area and trying to find a parking garage but eventually found one at 100 Independenc Mall (the building next door). Recommend if you park in the garage to leave it in as it is cheapest if you do 12 hour blocks Only minus is that it is right below an event venue so I would recommend going during the week if you can. We stayed Wednesday - Friday and had a wedding Friday night with a live band. But honestly it wasn't that bad. They have sound machines in the room and provide ear plugs. We were so tired after walking all day that our 9 and 3 year old both fell asleep immediately and we didn't have any issues falling asleep. My wife said the noise stopped around 11.
The location is incredible. Being able to see Independence Hall from our suite was a real bonus and I loved that. There is so much history, food, and things to do within walking distance.
The apartment was great. Location was perfect. My only complaint is as we loaded the car 10 min before check out time our key locked us out early. We had to go back down for a new key from the front desk.

One of the nicest Airbnb’s we’ve ever stayed at; we actually wanted to spend more time in the unit than in the city. Location was perfect for getting to all the historical sites — literally right across the street! Restaurants and coffee shops are within walking distance. The jewelry district is behind the building. I’m not much into jewelry but shops abound for those who are. Unit is meticulous and we thought out. Could hear some noise from street level but not loud enough to bother us. Would not have minded more opaque/private shades in the two bedrooms facing the adjacent building. Otherwise everything we could have possibly needed was in the unit. For gals with keratin treatments, the shampoo and conditioner are sulfate free — always a plus in my book. Snacks, drinks, and some sundries are available in the Wawa convenience store downstairs in the building.
Phenomenal location, super clean, and we could see the liberty bell from the living room window! Super spacious and one of the best stays we’ve had at an Airbnb. I highly recommend!
The property was very easy to access and the check in with a staffed reception desk makes it very easy and convenient. It's close to many local attractions and restaurants and conveniently has a Wawa in the facility for quick groceries and needs. The host is very responsive and their proactive communication with a link to all the information you need is helpful. I highly recommend the space and will use again if back in Philadelphia.

This is a great place to stay. We had plenty of room for six. It was clean and comfortable. Ear plugs and a white noise machine were provided but we didn’t have any trouble with the noise level (understanding we were in a big city and across from the Liberty Bell which our crew thought was cool)! The host was very responsive, but we didn’t need anything at all since check in was easy. We enjoyed the pool table in the common area. The location was fantastic and across the street from Independence Hall.

My family and I stayed at Simon’s during family day weekend for Temple University. Our accommodations were spacious, bright, clean and the amenities were as listed. It was a super convenient location, with markets and restaurants located just around the block. Simon was readily available and responded to my questions promptly. I hope to stay here the next time I visit Philadelphia.

Great 3-bedroom unit. Spacious and light-filled. It would be good for multiple people; all 3 bedrooms are large and there's space to spread out. A wonderful view of Independence Park frames the living room. Building amenities and parking are a huge plus.

Please add a picture illustrating the steps to access the apartment. If we had known that, we wouldn't have rented the place. The management assisted us in relocating to another place with an elevator, and we are grateful for that.

The Good and the bad. First of all, we love the location. It is truly a great location. The room above wasn't too crazy loud and didn't bother us. The bell didn't either and yes it does go off every hour. The place is 1 level and very nice! Great VIEW! The beds were good and decently comfy. We had some easily fixable problems. The place was not clean when we arrived and that was a pain but they offered to clean it. The internet never worked but we made due and kept busy. That normally is a deal breaker but I was able to make do with my limited phone service and assistant back home. They had fire alarms going off a couple of days (at 1am) and that was annoying but they let us know that it was something they were working on. If it was clean, and if the fire alarms were not going off and if the internet worked its almost perfect!!! great food in the area and you are in the heart of a safe area! the furniture was old and stained but not terrible Yes we would recomend
Everything was as described. Large clean open space. Literally across the street from historic attractions. They even had laundry detergent pods!!Only problem we had was trouble with WiFi but host was very quick to respond. Yes, there was a party with a band above us, but we were forewarned and they were done by 11pm. Definitely recommend.
This was a very comfortable and spacious apartment for my large family, close to many attractions and restaurants. The view, the amenities, the convenient location, and the check-in process were excellent. While you can hear the bell from Independence Hall across the street, it was not loud enough to disturb anyone's sleep. The only issues we encountered were the noise from the floor above for special events on Friday and Saturday night (to be fair, this possibility was clearly mentioned in the listing), and some photos and descriptions were not entirely accurate to the actual unit. For example, there is a Keurig machine instead of a Nespresso machine, and the large rectangular dining table was replaced with a smaller round table. Some other furniture shown in photos was also missing. Not a big deal, but something to keep in mind. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would recommend the space for a large family who wants lots of space with a great location.
The fact that there is an event space literally sitting on top of this unit was not obviously stated. Friday night the noise was unbearable until 2:30am. Texted the owner but they were unable to do anything about it. The description of the property states that there is an event space, but that the noise ends at midnight. This information was well hidden, not obvious on the main description. After the music shut down, the take down involved moving furniture for over an hour, scraping large pieces of furniture along the floor, directly over our unit. The happened again Saturday night, but the music quit at midnight. Sunday night was quiet. The kitchen needs more amenities. There is no toaster or even a spatula and there are few dishes and glasses. For the price, this place needs to be better stocked. On the positive side, great location, beautiful views and very nice layout and comfortable other than issues described above.

Place was very sparsely furnished. Furniture was uncomfortable and a bit stained. The kitchen lacked utensils - forks, knives, pot holders, basic kitchen items. Lacked laundry soap, garbage bags. Location was good and view was spectacular. Was warned there could be parties in event hall on roof. 3 parties during our 9 night stay. Music was loud, floor felt like it would cave in ceiling. Did not feel the price was equivalent to what was advertised. Inside a very old building, thin windows. Very nice bathtub in bathroom, but could not use due to lack of plug to fill it up.
This was a great space for our family to gather for the Easter holiday. The location was central to everything we needed and the views were gorgeous every morning. Added bonus was the 24 hour valet so we did not have to worry about parking the car after a long day. Also, no stairs/a single level unit was excellent for the elderly in our group. Large rooms. Lovely, clean bathrooms, ample seating in the living room. The Roku TVs were great for keeping up with our shows. Be aware that the bell in Independence Square right outside the window does toll every hour and it is loud but did not disturb our sleep. Beautiful kitchen for cooking meals but you may have to supply some things to support your gourmet desires. Overall, wonderful stay and experience. We will keep this location in our sights for our next Philly stay!
A very nice apartment walkable to all the attractions and many restaurants, it’s very close to the Bell so if you are sensitive to noise bring your earplugs, otherwise a great stay!

The apartment was nice. They did warn us that there was a party space above us and it could be noisy. It was on both Friday and Saturday nights but not just a little noisy it was loud. Other than that issue, the location was awesome and having a manned desk made check in so easy.
