Beautiful place and matching views. If you’re looking for excitement this is more relaxing.

The apartment we had was not the one pictured but was very similar so not an issue. Great location. It was very hot though as the aircon couldn’t cool down an apartment of its size, so we had two very hot nights sleep during the heatwave. Sosuite did respond quickly but could only give us one fan for two bedrooms which wasn’t great. Appreciate it was difficult over the 4th July and they did offer a change of suite but that wasn’t practical. Would stay again but not during a heatwave!

It was a very nice place to stay. The area was great for walking around looking in shops and cafés. The only thing that I would mention is there was no soap in the soap dispenser in the bathroom. There wasn’t a lot of shampoo left in the dispenser in the bathroom. Thefan in the bathroom is making a terrible noise and needs to be fixed. The air return vents were extremely dusty. We did have a great stay.

Sosuite is my go to for work or fun Airbnbs in the city, and their Vine St location doesn’t disappoint. I’ve stayed a few times - they’re always responsive, always quick to solve any issues. Highly recommend!

The place was great but parking not so much. There is only street parking in a residential neighborhood so barely any parking and it’s downtown.

For the most part space was nice. Clean, spacious, nice location in Old City, but some of the basic amenities were sparse. We only had one roll of toilet paper in the whole unit for four people for a 5 day stay, as well as only two spare trash bags. But the absolute WORSE thing that brings my rating to a 3/5 was the fact that a random person was able to get in to our apartment with our code!!!!! We were all eating breakfast in the morning the day before our checkout when someone random entered our place! They apologized realizing they had the wrong room so thank god it wasn’t anything worse, but that made us assume that some of the rooms must have the same door code, I don’t know if that’s true but either way this is NOT okay! If this happened to us on day one of our trip I would absolutely be calling management asking what the hell was going on? For that reason alone I would not stay here again, I’m just thankful it happened at the end of our trip and not the start.

Such a beautiful spot. A buddy and I stayed there for the weekend to catch an eagles game. No on site parking but there is a parking lot North on 3rd (6min walk). I parked my car there all weekend with no issue. Very close to subway access. Lots of food and bars in old city. 10/10 stay.

The loft apartment was great! It was clean, tidy, spacious, and comfortable, with all the necessary facilities. The spiral staircase was adorable, and the windows offered a nice view. The only inconvenience was that it was hard to find street parking nearby, but there’s a car park about a 5-minute walk away. The service responded promptly too. Highly recommended!

Great place and great location. Only issue was the AC was not working in one of the bedrooms and wasn’t strong enough to cover the whole apartment. Also a random fire alarm went off and the whole building had to wait outside until it was resolved.

Great view if the City. Loved sitting on the roof with sundowners!

Great location—safe, quiet, and close to a park for walking your dog. Nearby sightseeing and good restaurants. The apartment is just as described—stylish, cozy, spacious, and well-furnished. The rooftop view is nice. Check-in and check-out are easy, with clear instructions. The host is responsive and pet-friendly.

Good location, apartment not worth the price as fixtures and fittings need improvement Positive: Peaceful location, high-floor apartment, reasonably well, accessible daily need stores, etc. Negative: 1. Bathroom fittings need improvement (shower with low water pressure) and noisy exhaust fan. 2. very slow elevator, 3. digital/number locks giving access to the building, and the apartment needs replacement. 4. The air conditioning system is noisy. 5. The lower floor bedroom is cramped and too small. Overall, much improvement in fittings and fixtures needs tweaking/replacement. It's not the right price for all the flaws.

The place is very nice at good location

This place is all about maximizing their dollars… The extra fees and charges after booking is a bit overwhelming. $143/night turned into $619 for the night. After paying all of that when we arrived the keypad wasn’t working so we couldn’t get in, we stood outside in freezing rain with our dog and belongings for atleast 20 minutes for this to be resolved. Their 24/7 customer service work out of another country so no one is physically coming to help like local Airbnb hosts. I use Airbnb to give my money to small, locally owned businesses and people but this place is definitely giving off large management company vibes taking over the local market. Might as well defer to the large hotel chains because it is cheaper and you get more services with the same allure, at least in this city. Having stayed in Airbnbs all over the world, I will say that this experience was the worst because the focus appeared to be about trying to squeeze as much cash out of us during our stay.

Jean canceled the reservation at 130am while I was ASLEEP in the unit. He refused to communicate thereafter. I awoke to this news and had to scramble to find a place to go, he stole the $250 deposit he made me give off site. Unite is noisy and there were Pubic hairs all over the bathroom. Be sure to look at reviews off this platform. The worst experience I’ve ever had with Airbnb.

This beautiful apartment is as advertised and in an absolutely great location in Philadelphia. Our hosts were responsive and always willing to assist.

This loft apartment was absolutely gorgeous. The views of center city from the roof top were unmatched. It was a little on the pricey side but it was worth it, in my opinion. All cleaning products and toiletries were well stocked. Snacks and wine provided by the owner upon arrival, which is a nice touch! Getting in and out of the building was seamless and easy. My only recommendations would be more blankets and parking options included in the listing.
