I had to call after my check In time to get my room number and it would be better if u could smoke or vape on rooftop I can understand not inside but the place is very nice

I have never had such an experience and I was equally disappointed and disgusted with everything. Positive: Leaving the next day. Negative: The place was disgustingly dirty. There was hair, stains and dirt everywhere. The room we were supposed to have wasn’t going to be ready until an hour after check-in time, so they gave us another room. I’m not sure if the room met their standards of cleanliness or if it was also not ready but it was nasty.

Nice neighborhood and cozy spot. Plenty to see and do. Would stay again.

Overall, this is a clean, attentive property in a fantastic location with a cool rooftop area (which could use a bit more lighting or a cozy feature like a faux fireplace). However, we had a major safety issue at check-in: our access code granted us entry into a unit already occupied by another guest. They werent there at the time but all of their stuff was. Knowing that two parties had active codes to the same room made me feel deeply uneasy throughout the stay, especially thinking about what might have happened had we been asleep when someone walked in. The saving grace was the staff member who helped us, they were amazing, took ownership immediately, upgraded us, and issued new codes right away. While their response was top-notch, the security overlap is an issue management needs to address.

It was a great quick overnight stay. Host was great and always responsive. The place was nice and clean., Not so noisy at night but the morning is alive outside lol. The only real downfall is parking. Prepare to pay for a lot. The closest is vallet parking $34 a night. Parking isn't the host fault though. But street parking is horrible. Non of this was horrible for one night.

Our stay with Sosuite At The Vine in Old City was fabulous! Great Airbnb in a great location- very walkable and a cozy spot to relax into. We loved the windows and the natural light!

Not booking again Positive: Easy check in Negative: Towels and wash cloths were stained which is pretty gross especially on white.. there wad even a red blood stain. Windows were dirty along with other surfaces around the house. I can tell it wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. Hallways stunk. I feel for as many rules that are implemented in order to stay here the least they can do is make sure the units and common spaces are well kept.

This was the perfect location to stay and uber to a concert at the Mann Center. We were perfectly comfy, safe, and had everything we needed!

Location is great! Air conditioner didn't work (blew warm air) and the apartment never got below 77 degrees, which was very upsetting on a hot summer night. Host was very responsive but no resolution since we were only there one night. Parking is hit or miss but there are garages nearby.

Apartment on Vine is just as shown, with all noted amenities. Location is great, super walkable and beautiful. Note parking and noise details in the listing to be sure you’re prepared. Would definitely stay here again!

As someone who lived in Philly for most of my 20s, I really enjoyed coming back to Old City with my family to see the local attractions but have a easy/clean spot to call home base. Great location, very clean, responsive host.

Overall, a great stay. Conveniently located with lots of options of places to eat and things to do very close by. The white noise machine was a great touch in the city, we slept so well. We could’ve used some more towels and blankets to make our stay more comfortable.

Great space for us to stay while on a business trip with everything you need. The block is lively! And the walls are a bit thin but can be surmounted with some earplugs

Positive: The location was easy to get to from the train station, and the luggage storage made it easy to spend a few extra hours exploring after check out. Negative: The shower wasn’t the cleanest and the main bathroom light would not turn off with any of the switches.

We enjoyed our stay here. The place was clean and matched the photos on the website. It was a great location to walk to Independence Hall and The Liberty Bell. It was 15 ride to the sports stadiums. Would recommend!

Great Stay

Very clean, super comfortable beds, great hot water. No assigned parking. Had to walk several blocks in the cold to use a public parking garage. No washcloths in bathroom.

It was our second stay here, and everything was great. The apartment is secure, clean, modern, and comfortable. The big windows give a nice view of the quiet street, and the building has a spectacular rooftop deck. A good place to stay.

My stay at The Vine was perfect! It is in a walkable but safe area that despite getting a little noisy at night felt completely safe. My 10 year old son and I were visiting Philadelphia for his first concert and we were able to walk to the Liberty Bell and other historic sites on our down day. There were tons of restaurants and DoorDash options. The windows did get a little drafty at night but once we found the space heater in the closet we stayed cozy!

Prenez le temps de bien lire les instructions offertes avec votre check-in virtuel, vous trouverez plus aisément les stationnements avant votre arrivée, car nous sommes en zone urbaine, je vous laisse imaginer que le stationnements dans la rue se fait rare. Ce n’est aucunement la faute des hôtes et n’enlève en rien à l’expérience. Il suffit d’en être conscient. Pour ma part, j’y déménagerais demain matin! Je vous dis assurément à la prochaine!!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Reasonably priced, great location, perfect size space for 1-2 people. The interior decoration and furniture were lovely, and I really liked the floor to ceiling windows, and that they had black out shades. The bed wasn’t the comfiest, but I didn’t mind. I could faintly hear the people upstairs walking around, and someone snoring lightly through the bedroom wall. It did get pretty cold in there, especially in the morning. Those floor to ceiling windows don’t offer any insulation, and I forgot to adjust the thermostat. The bedroom stayed warm though, which I was thankful for. All in all though I definitely would stay here again!!

Clean. Modern. Limited Parking. Loud Construction. Positive: Location. Calm and quiet area. East access to unit. Clean. Modern. Washer and Dryer in unit. Full Kitchen. Bottled water and pretzels for snacks on table. Negative: Trash in hall corridor. Hallways and stairwells are extremely narrow, which would cause difficulty and chaos if building needed to be evacuated in an emergency. Only 2 towels in unit. Outrageously loud construction out front, so much so, earplugs are provided. Limited Parking.

We enjoyed our stay in this comfortable and modern apartment, in a charming neighborhood that was walkable to everything. Convenient bus stop right at the corner. The host responded immediately when new batteries were needed. Building is new and unit is exactly as pictured. Big comfortable bed, with nice sheets. Great TV. Well equipped kitchen.

We loved our stay! It’s an absolutely beautiful space right in the heart of some amazing restaurants and sights. They were very thoughtful and provided everything we could have wanted. We will definitely be coming back!

We did not want to leave. The check-in was not complicated, and check-out was a breeze. Sosuite provided a tourist pamphlet and a parking app. The place looks just like the photos and is conveniently near everything. The rooftop is also great. Sosuite focus on details is what stood out to me. They provided the usual coffee and spices, but I was impressed with the fresh, unopened olive oil and new aluminum foil (which I usually pack with me). They also had a sound machine and earplugs. We will definitely be back!

Jean’s place was really nice, sosuite has been hands down one of the best airbnbs I have been in, it was private and the location was safe and great. I was with my parents so needed some privacy and this listing is really perfect for 3 people. The rooftop is amazing as well with great sights of the city! Very walkable with Chinatown and Penn’s Landing nearby also with a great view of Ben Franklin bridge and the riverfront next to it, my parents used to go out for a walk on the riverfront everyday.

This is a good spot for one or two people looking to stay somewhere convenient to the Ben Franklin and Walt Whitman Bridges and what the city has to offer. The sound travels from unit to unit, but they do offer earplugs next to the bed - which is very firm. The unit was very clean, and though we did have a couple of significant inconveniences, the hosts were very responsive and resolved both.

RED FLAG! DO NOT BOOK unless you're ok waiting at the door for an hour waiting to get in. Management is a total mess. Left us waiting outside the door with our 2 dogs & luggage & winter coats for over an hour. Customer service agent ghosted me after initial contact for about 10 minutes. When he did get back to me, he was rude and condescending. Said it was "no big deal" and questioned if I was at the right unit (I was) and whether I was pressing the buttons all the way (I was). He gave us 3 different codes to try which all did not work. Then told us someone would be there within 10 minutes, and no one arrived after 15 minutes. I call back several times, NO answer. After an HOUR of waiting i was told to go downstairs and grab the "emergency key". (Where was this an hour ago?) Also overheard a girl walking past dealing w/ the same problem. We've stayed out countless AirBnBs with no problems. This was the worst check in process I've ever experienced. Made us late for dinner reservation

The space was perfect for a stay in Old City. The listing was accurate and the space was as described. There was an issue with an odor coming from the couch which caused the living room to smell. Luckily there was some reprieve from the smell in the bedroom, which made downtime in the space slightly inconvenient since there was only a tv in the living room. Jean was responsive when I reached out and attempted to get the issue resolved during our stay.

Positive: nice .just like home.
