We will stay here every time coming to Philadelphia! Positive: The views. The rooftop deck was stunning. Also, the place was very clean and very cozy! The bed was super comfortable, shower was amazing ! Loved the sound machine and ear plugs! Such a great touch !! Negative: We loved everything no complaints

One of my best stays in Philly yet!
Overall enjoyed my stay! Good space, very spacious. Rooftop was nice and theres parking right next to the building for those interested in having a car. However, some of the fixtures in the apartment were in a state of disrepair — which made the amount that we paid not worth it. If we’re paying for a luxurious nice apartment style hotel, having tape on the window panes and dirty ice trays does take away from it. The pros ultimately outweighed the cons but I don’t know if I would stay in this exact unit again.
It was a great stay and the place was nice and clean. The host communicated the instructions clearly and precisely and we didn’t have any issues!
We stayed at Onyx for a Bruno mars concert and this location was very convenient. The Airbnb was very nice & clean as pictured in the images. As we returned from the concert later on that night we came to the bathroom being flooded in water from the ceiling. The ceiling had previous water damage which shows this is a recurring issue. It leaked the entire night till maintenance came to fix the issue around 10 am the next day. The water drops were loud so we had to fall asleep with the tv on to distract from the noise. My makeup bag was drenched with water as well as some of our self care stuff. Very disappointing that we had to pay a $50 non refundable deposit when the Airbnb is what caused damages to our belongings. The maintenance guy was kind enough to offer us a late checkout with no fee that the Airbnb owner didn’t offer us for the inconvenience. We couldn’t even get ready the next day without water dripping on our heads the entire time in the bathroom.

The staff was very responsive and even left a treat and bowl for our dog. I had an issue with my air conditioning and they had a new room almost instantly -instead of making us wait for a repair person. Beautiful inside- clean and comfortable- good bed. Nice shower and quality soaps - extra towels, soaps, dishwashing tabs, etc available on first floor in cabinet Kitchen needs more cutlery and some other things but otherwise kitchen was equipped for eating in. The central location was fine for walking but the highway lets off exactly outside the building and was so loud at night even on the 6th floor. Nice grassy ‘park area’ just outside door for us to exercise our dog- very convenient. Nice coffee shop a 10 minute walk away with quality pastries, and a gourmet grocery around the corner.
Flexible check in, was able to enter the building and unit anytime after check in. There is a trolly available to easily transport your luggage to the unit. Unit was clean and all amenities are available. Plenty of cookware is available along with a coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Comfortable if you want to stay in and location is walkable from the main sights. There is a parking garage with an entrance in front of the unit for short or long term parking. Will definitely stay again

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The place was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the area, and the host was friendly, responsive, and very helpful throughout our stay. Everything was well organized, and we felt right at home. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Good Stay; for the price I had to deal with lock issues arriving at a new place and a alleyway made it seem sketchy as we were standing outside for 15-20 mins trying the code. Then when we got in we decided to go to the rooftop and the code also wasn’t working and waiting all the way up it had no AC, things were getting frustrating and decided to go to our room and realized the AC had issues all night as well, good place tho but wish they would’ve been better
Positive: This place is so sick. A refreshing change from all the hotels I’ve stayed at on this trip. Good view of the city and sunset, comfy bed, cool main room, will book again on future visits.

At first glance, the apartment looked nice, but after settling in, several issues became apparent. The biggest problem was the noise. The building is located near a busy road, and traffic could be heard at all hours of the day and night. The walls and ceilings are also extremely thin. We could hear people upstairs walking around and even having normal conversations. If you value sleep or are traveling with young children, I would not recommend staying here. Cleanliness was another concern. There was dust throughout the apartment, unpleasant odors coming from the microwave and cabinets, and the bed sheets had visible stains in multiple areas. The AC seemed to work only in the main living area. Despite setting the thermostat to 70°F, the bedroom became uncomfortably hot and felt close to 80°F. The location was convenient, but the area around the building entrance was dirty, with broken glass and trash visible. Overall, this was not a good stay, and I would not stay here again.
I loved this place. Everything was amazing. Just a heads up, if you want to book a storage locker do that in advance.

Our stay was great. The full size bed was comfortable. Chinatown was walking distance and it was easy to catch an uber for less than $10 to go to any major attraction in the city.

Perfect location for exploring Philly. Beautiful views from both the apartment and the rooftop. Close to restaurants, grocery stores. The host team was super responsive and took care of things within minutes. Will definitely stay here on my next visit to Philly.
Nice apartment in a great location.
Mon compagnon et moi avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce logement. La vue depuis la baie vitrée était magnifique (surtout de nuit!). Les instructions pour accéder à l’appartement sont claires et le parking payant à proximité est très pratique. L’appartement correspondait à l’annonce. Le seul petit bémol est qu’il n’y avait pas de gel douche à notre arrivée. Je n’hésiterai pas à reprendre ce logement si je reviens à Philadelphie.
I was honestly very excited to stay at this lovely Airbnb for my 24th birthday. I booked this about a week or two in advance when the day came to check in I was on my way about two hours late to check in and the host messaged me about maintenance issues. I understand that things happen however, the Airbnb units that they try to accommodate me with or nothing like what I paid for one was a studio apartment with the bed and couch next to each other. The other was a king size bed with no window, no kitchen it look like a hotel room when I told them that that would not accommodate me and my two other guests they offered me a refund however I did not get anything resolved until today May 3, 2026 and it wasn’t even from the host their self I had to call Airbnb customer service to get my refund of $780. The communication here was horrible the urgency in my refund was nonexistent and even though I told them I needed at least a one bedroom they failed to accommodate me. never again.
The A/c didn't work and no one came to fix it. Still waiting to hear back about a refund.

Great stay overall. The place was exactly as described, modern, comfortable, and in a super convenient location; less than a 10 minute walk from the convention center. The bed was comfy, the shower was amazing, and there was even a washer/dryer. The host was fantastic, very responsive and accommodating, especially with my same day booking and when I needed to extend my stay by an extra day. Housekeeping was also friendly and let me drop off my luggage early when I arrived early to check-in. The parking garage next door was surprisingly affordable for Philly, easy to use, and offered simple payment options. I’d definitely stay here again.
I highly recommend due to the host being fully responsive making you feel welcomed. The place was spotless and had enough amenities for the stay. Will book again I. The future.

Most beautiful view of the city. Clean and home feeling. Very responsive host. We had an issue with check-in and it was fixed immediately. Would love to come back the next time I’m in Philly.

Place was amazing! I was going to extend my stay but it was booked for the next day. The view, cleanliness, the building, everything was amazing. We did have trouble with pin getting inside the unit which left me in the hallway for 15 minutes. The person I spoke with on the phone was very helpful making sure I got inside!

My wife and I stayed here with our dog for two nights. It’s one of the nicest spaces we’ve rented on Airbnb: we loved the minimalist aesthetic coupled with so many conveniences. We made use of the washer/dryer and the in-building gym. The bed was comfortable and we loved the spa shower. The only downside was the street noise at night on the weekend, and early Monday morning. Lots of traffic and honking, and unfortunately, right outside the bedroom. Our host team (who by the way, were incredibly responsive and helpful) WERE transparent about this. The noise is mentioned in the listing, so we were warned. But honestly, that’s not a complaint. We would stay here again.

The apartment was clean, comfortable and well located. We had trouble with the door code (as did the people checking in next door to us) but we were able to call and immediately get a real person who reset the code. When we had a plumbing issue the next morning, there was someone to repair it within minutes. Easy walking distance to the convention center and restaurants. Would definitely stay there again.

The unit was dirty. Some of the issues seemed recent: greasy hand prints in multiple rooms, a dishwasher fully of smelly standing water (an odor noticeable immediately upon entering the unit). Other problems seemed more long-term - red food splatter by the window, lots of dust and dirt in places on the floor throughout the unit. It's difficult to get comfortable, for example in the bed, once you're aware that the unit has not been properly cleaned . In addition, the oven/microwave did not work. I spent over an hour trying to troubleshoot it, including with help from the host, to no avail.
The location was central and very walkable to the convention center. The host is very responsive and allowed us to checkin a few minutes early. Upon checkin, the AC was not working, they tried to resolve the issue it just took time. The floors needed a little more cleaning and the biggest problem was the Airbnb was not stocked with wash cloths, when I reached out to the host they told me the staff went home and they were all out, extremely frustrating after a long day of travel. Luckily Dollar general was 10 minutes away. The views were beautiful, it is on a busy street and the walls are thin but we were not affected by this. Stay was average, nothing spectacular

I enjoyed my stay. The space was nice and clean. It had a nice view of the city. The only downside was that I had trouble getting into the Airbnb itself the code that we received didn’t work and we had to call the assistance number to get assistance with creating a new code to get into the door it took about 10 minutes for us to get inside other than that. I really enjoyed my stay.

Would I stay here again? Absolutely! The sunsets in the living room are worth missing a dinner reservation for! I love the floor to ceiling windows! The kitchen is really modern. The fridge and freezer look like cabinets, very cool! Although the kitchen isn't ideal if you intend to do major cooking, it is perfect for reheating leftovers on a long weekend stay in the city. The bathroom was modern too. I enjoyed the shower since it got so hot! Perfect way to wind down after a busy day. The living room was spacious and comfortable. There are many different lighting options to build just the vibe you want. Speaking of vibe, take advantage of the complimentary tickets to Fabrika offered by the host. The show is so much fun! If you choose to stay in, the ubereats options in the area are endless! I recommend Sabrina'a cafe Shrimp & Grits for brunch. I should mention, there is no street parking. I parked in the garage next door for $26/day. Easy entrance, easy exit, safe place to p
Like other reviews mention, the walls are pretty thin and you can hear a lot from next door and outside. That said, the place itself was very nice, spacious, comfortable, and with a great bed. Access was easy, and having a parking garage right next door was amazing and super convenient. Overall, a nice stay despite the noise

I think I found my forever spot for Philly . I had such a beautiful stay here . I honestly wanted to book another day. From the cozy bed , the modern decor, dimmable lighting, and the gorgeous city view , what more could you ask for? Everything was just like the photos from the windows to the bathroom. There is AMPLE space in this unit as well ; ample counter space, cabinet space, closet space , living room and dining room space ( I really really loved my stay here ) . The host was very responsive during my stay and made sure I was all settled in comfortably. The kitchen is well stocked with flatware and utensils , which I appreciated and utilized to reheat my meals ( great pots by the way 😉) . Very close to shopping areas and Rittenhouse Square. If the weather permits I would walk to where I needed to go. Also very close to train station and Amtrak station. I will definitely return!
Good, clean place
This apartment was absolutely beautiful and had a great view with big windows. It was lowkey and quiet. They even provided ear plugs and a white noise machine on the bedside table which I thought was a nice touch. The traffic outside didn’t bother us. I would highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Philly. The price was comparable and somewhat lower than the hotels around.

Great place in a good location for running the Philly Marathon. Instructions were clear and we had no logistical problems. Was very comfortable. Was expensive, but that may be due to the scarcity of places on race weekend. We would stay there again.
The apartment was great. We had a great view of the city and the first night there had a panoramic view during a thunderstorm... pretty cool. The location was very convenient to many sites. We walked to the Philadelphia and Rodin Museums, caught an Uber to Reading Terminal Market and walked back to the apartment. We had one issue the last night we were there. The thermostat malfunctioned causing the apartment to be a bit too cool. The host responded quickly and offered to move us to a new room, but since it was our last night we just asked for extra blankets. Overall, a very nice place, great location, and responsive hosts. We plan to visit Philly again and stay at Sosuite At the Onyx.

We loved our stay with Sosuite at the Onyx. We only stayed 1 night but would have loved to stay longer! Looked just like the photos. Beautiful view of the city from the large windows in the living room and bedroom. Loved the modern and new feel of everything. Everything was clean and super comfortable. Area was a little sketchy at night with a few homeless around but easy enter/exit if you have a car and parking in the garage directly next door. Highly recommend staying here!

Traveled to Philly with my two boys to attend a Phillies game. Got into Philly around 2 PM. Requested early check-in multiple times with sporadic responses. All I was looking for was an hour early. It was a 4 PM check-in. Just wanted to throw our stuff in before we went to the game. Texted the company to see if we could just check in an hour early but was told place was not ready. We sat in the lobby for an hour just waiting and didn’t see anybody come out as far as Cleaners so I was wondering what wasn’t ready. I was willing to pay for the one hour early, but didn’t get that offer. Other than that amazing views not much to do in that area but really cool spot.

We found SoSuite to have nice accommodations in a very convenient and walkable location. Minimalistic, modern and thoughtfully designed space. Beautiful city views and rooftop was lovely. Kitchen was spotless. And responsiveness to any questions or concerns was excellent! Seems like they thought of everything and really focused on providing a stress free and comfortable space to call home for a few days. Only possible issue would be the street noise at night, which didn’t bother us but may bother some. However they do provide ear plugs and a noise cancelling machine if needed.
