Great stay!

My stay here was great ! Would definitely recommend and rebook !

The apartment was very nice, easily accessible, well maintained and would come back again.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay here as it is conveniently located to popular tourist destinations and attractions. Upon check-in and walking into the space, I felt confident I had made the right decision. However a few nights in, I was questioning if I could have done better considering the noise disturbance from the neighbors at night. Additionally, the day of checkout, when I did laundry, I was met with a very unpleasant disturbing surprise. The washing machine had malfunctioned, causing a significant delay and disruption to my travel plans. The cycle took over 4 hours to complete and I was forced to sit and wait til the machine stopped completely before I could open the door to retrieve my clothing. I ended up having to travel back to New York with wet clothes in tow. It was a dampening ending to my birthday celebration. Ultimately, I ended up regretting booking my stay there as I typically only book places that are clean, quiet, with nice views and have a washer and dryer. Take heed.

Great area

I really enjoyed my stay! The location was convenient, close to public transportation, and within walking distance of the shopping district.

The location great if you want to be close to many different parts of downtown but not right in the middle of it all. There were great restaurant and cafes within walking distance, very close to the freeway if you need to get to other areas away from the city.

The first room we entered was kinda dirty, the sink was a mess and clogged, garbage disposal was broken. Communication was great. They moved us immediately into another room. The second room was extremely clean. The tv would not connect to wifi. Again, communication was great however they did not know the code to get out of guest mode and just let us use the tv. Luckily we were able to find a default code on google and use the tv. Being that i use youtube for my business this was super frustrating and cost me to miss an hour on a live event i was supposed to take part in. Overall things were decent. The roof top deck is nice but licks down at 10pm. It would have been nice to sit outside late night. There was also some riff raff on the floor below us and they were loud and obnoxious. Tons if people hanging in the lobby and around the entrance. Ine girl was throwing up on the sidewalk outside which we then had to look at and step over Everytime we passed overall, decent place.

This was my second stay at the Onyx, same unit. Love the view. Always spotless and central to everything I needed for the weekend. Would stay a third time!

I did enjoy my stay. Great location as it was close to everything. The only thing that was kind of sucky was that it was super loud. By highway and major street. I guess not really controllable but it was hard to sleep. I am glad earplugs were provided I did use them along with fan sound from my phone. Great spot tho

Great stay overall! The home was exactly as described in the listing and matched the photos perfectly. The unit was extremely clean, the linens were fresh, and the building itself was very nice and well-maintained. Communication was smooth, and everything was ready upon arrival. My only suggestion for future guests is to be mindful of parking. I personally had an issue with a flat tire after using the nearby parking garage, so I would recommend exploring other parking options if available. Other than that, everything was excellent, and I would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

My stay this past weekend was nice! Upon arrival, I was able to check in easily. Parking was right next to me. It is pretty noisy because of the are, but it was nice. There was a lot to do around me. The space was completely stocked with what I need and clean. There were a few minor things, but nothing major. The host had great communication throughout my time there. There was a misunderstanding while I was there, however it was handled. Overall, the stay was nice and worth it.

Upon my arrival it was a cold day and I had to wait outside until the proper code was sent over by the host. Once in the unit It was clean a beautiful space. I ran into an issue my first night with the washer and dryer condo it did not work properly and almost made me late for work. The housekeepers are also not stocking enough washcloths so guess we’ll be able to reach them after hours for a two week stay I would like wash clothes and towels to be accessible. It’s been two weeks and the washer and dryer is still not working which is a big inconvenience for guest who have long extended stays.

Super excited to have had the opportunity to stay in the same exact unit that my partner and I did over the summer. After a not so great check in at another Airbnb nearby I immediately reached out to the hosts of Sosuite, and to my surprise they got us in the next day with early check/in as well. With this being our second stay and it being the holiday season we were near so many local attractions and had the opportunity to end our stay on the rooftop looking at the beautiful lights across the city. I’d definitely refer family and friends.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment has a beautiful view from the window and everything was clean and tidy. It’s located near busy streets, so you can hear some noise, but it didn’t bother us at all. There’s also a parking garage just a 3-minute walk away, which was very convenient.

Was a nice place to stay, the only down side was the loud traffic from the interstate near by.

Negative: Check in was horrendous. The property heat didn’t work well. Overall incredibly overpriced.

The Airbnb was clean, modern and safe. The only issue i had was upon check in and couldn’t access the space however the host was very communicative and solved the issue immediately. I have to give them credit for making that adjustment and being responsive. I certainly would stay here again.

I really enjoyed my stay! The host was super easy to communicate with and the instructions were clear and simple to follow. The location was pretty walkable, which was a big plus. There’s also an affordable parking garage on Wood and Vine St—less than a two-minute walk and super easy to get in and out of. Overall, great experience and I’d definitely stay here again!

The apartment was very nice, modern, attractive, everything they said in the description. The large windows, modern bathroom and kitchen stood out. However, the building is on the corner of two very busy streets and a highway and consequently the street noise is very high. During the day it was okay but at night I found it impacted sleep.

The place was EXTREMELY CLEAN and exactly as described and in the pictures. The view at night is simply beautiful. We had an amazing time !

My favourite place to stay in Philly

Convenient spot and very nice, clean place as pictured. Can’t give more stars than 3 since there were NO towels with the exception of a kitchen dish towel - no bath mat, hand towels, wash, cloths, or bath towels. When we reached out to management at 6:15 pm, we were told “so sorry, we can’t get you any towels but we’ll give you a discount on your next stay.” After back and forth, 2 hours later (after 8 pm) they offered to move us to another location, an absurd suggestion as this was a one night stay and we were out, showerless. Then they tell us where to find extra towels in the lobby. By this point, we had already missed the window for the shower and were out to dinner. Very unprofessional handling of what should have been an easy fix and at the very least a significant discount on the stay - not endless sorries and presumption of our understanding. I don’t understand! Do better Sosuite!

Everything was great, place was super clean and well kept, easy to enter and the storage area in the lobby is very convenient. The minor inconvenience was with the check in time that got pushed for 2 hours. But that was well handled by the team's communication, the convenient storage downstairs, and the extension of our check out time. Definitely recommend this place.

Very elegant place, it’s next to major highway tho. So, you may hear some cars. Other than that, it’s such a nice and fancy place.

The place was very clean and felt brand new. The location is convenient, with easy access to paid parking just around the corner, and the check-in instructions were clear and straightforward. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant stay!

I had a great stay here! The apartment offered a perfect view of the city and easy access to everything I needed. The staff was very helpful and walked me through the directions clearly, which made check-in smooth and stress-free. The space was spotless and very clean, making the stay even more comfortable. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

I loved my stay at Sosuite!! Definitely my favorite place to stay in Philly. It’s a convenient location. The view was amazing especially at night time. The communication was great and they left little snacks and water to welcome us in. Parking can be a little tricky but they’re multiple paid garages that’s a few mins away. Definitely recommend staying here 10/10.

Location is by a busy interception but it is walking distance to Penn Station and other delicious restaurants. Rooftop has a cute pergola and seating area where we drank our coffee in the morning. My husband enjoyed an early gym session. Definitely would stay here again.

As my partner and I tend to participate in random staycations, we were able to quickly locate this amazing space in an amazing part of Philly. The unit was beautiful! The host made me appreciate our stay even better. We were able to check in without any hassle, and was met with communication to meet any issues (earlier check/in, or later check/out) that may arise. The location was great, and the city views even better. We’re already planning our next extended visit.
