Nice and clean, incredible location, kind host, images somewhat misleading though. Positive: Lots of space and the beds were comfy (on the firmer side) and super clean. The host was kind and responsive, and made sure to accommodate us. The location is amazing Negative: The living room images were not accurate, the room layout was a bit different and the facilities were not like what was in the photos. If you’re just looking for a nice place to sleep or rest, it’s great. But if you’re planning to spend significant time indoors, it might fall a bit short of expectations.

The cleanliness of the property was unacceptable. The floors and bathrooms were disgustingly dirty and clearly need an extreme deep cleaning.The entire place had a strong musty smell, and we noticed what appeared to be mold in both the bathroom and the bedroom, which made our stay even more uncomfortable. Overall, the property feels like it has not been properly cleaned or maintained in quite some time.For the amount of money being charged, we expected a clean, fresh, and well-maintained rental. Instead, we were extremely disappointed. The entire property needs to be professionally deep cleaned from top to bottom before continuing to be rented to guests.Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this property in its current condition, especially at this price point.

I would echo what a previous guest had mentioned; the apartment was not clean. The floor turned feet / socks black within minutes. The table was sticky with something and there was a trash can filled with gross trash in one of the bathrooms. There was also literally nothing to cook with and there were 2 forks and one spoon.The bedding and towels were clean at least.

Had a great time and overall a good stay, would stay again. Positive: Property was easy to fine and had no trouble with the door codes at all. Location was perfect for what we needed and felt safe as a mom with two teens which was important for me. Apartment was very spacious and was more than enough room for us. Microwave and icemaker/water dispenser didn't work but the host responded quickly and offered to come look at it which I declined as we weren't going to need it. Of course before we headed out we noticed there was a second microwave that worked so we really didn't need to contact them but was happy to see how quickly they were ready to respond to a issue. Wifi worked really well. Negative: Saw a few reviews about the cleanliness of the place and overall I felt like it was fine just that it was a older building so the walls could use a good cleaning as well as the couch but it wasn't terrible. whoever cleaned it did seem to use a lot of cleaner on the floor because it made the sticky floor sounds anytime we moved around. The upstairs bedroom doors were older and one was a little tough to open and the carpet on the stairs entering the building were old and a little dingy but all very minor things. The AC noise I saw in a previous comment didn't start until the morning for us which was when we were already getting ready to head out so didn't bother us and did hear some noise from the neighbors but didn't seem out of the norm for a apartment building overall was a good stay.

Good location and good amenities. One of the few places downtown that had a 3 bedroom unit. Staff is very responsive if a need would arise. Have stayed with in other sosuite locations and experience has been consistent.

Great property and great host.

Location was perfect. Bedrooms were very large. Unfortunately those were all the positives. Now the negatives. The place was dirty. The floors were very dirty. White socks turned black after walking on them. The bathrooms were quite dirty. The upstairs bathroom did not have shampoo. The refrigerator water dispenser was broken. The pool table was in bad shape. The furniture did not match the online pictures.

Only two remotes for 3 bedrooms. When we used the microwave on top of stove, the circuit breaker flipped.Did see a mouse in the downstairs bedroom.Beds were very comfortable Location was great with plenty of nearby parking Steps were as advertised

Philly Trip Hallway and stairs not clean but the apartment was very clean.It did need some updating, blinds were broken, not enough silverware and dishes for an apartment that sleeps eight.Convenient location to Convention center.Advertised as a 4 bedroom but only had three.Said I was getting a partial refund for the mis-advertisement but instead charged me extra. I never received the partial refund.Management always responded to my messages quickly.

Espacios amplios a precio excelente en Chinatown. Ideal para familias y grupos de amigos Positive: Nos encantó. Los espacios son muy amplios, cabíamos 8. y tuvimos la suerte de que nos tocara el apartamento con mesa de billar. Había mucho silencio (el club de al lado ha cerrado). Cercano a todo lo importante para ver en Filadelfia. Negative: El sistema de calefacción era muy irregular.

It’s good

Nice place, especially for proximity to convention center. The house could use of few maintenance upgrades but definitely serves it purpose.

Came in town for a volleyball tournament at the convention center and Simon’s place was so conveniently located. We loved being in the heart of Chinatown with so many good restaurants super close. Apartment was spacious and gave our group lots of space.

The place was fine. It wasn’t the cleanest but it was clean enough. It was good for a trip where most of the time was spent out of the airbnb

Very disappointed in this Airbnb. The place is very dirty and needs a deep clean. The top of the pool table is messed up with tears so you can’t play. Baseboards and floors were very dirty. The first day I saw a roach in the living area. The downstairs bathroom very dirty floor, baseboards, toilet, shower. The doors to the rooms are filthy. The upstairs bedrooms were better but still not great. Needs a deep clean! It’s also a walk up, which was ok but if you have issues with walking the steps are steep. The overall building is also dirty. Also they continue to charge my card for a deposit although I have already checked out. They assured me a one time deposit but since I stayed 2 weeks I was charged 3 times!!

Excellent location with excellent food nearby, and very close to the Liberty Bell! The club downstairs seems to be closed so we didn't have any issues with that, the walls can be a little thin so you could hear the neighbors, but it wasn't too bad!

Space was great for a group! and perfect location for getting to all the tourist attractions! Was surprised by an additional security deposit that was not made clear in the original AirBnb site but SoSuite accommodated placing the additional deposit through Airbnb where I felt more secure doing. Overall I recommend!

I stayed there for the weekend. The pictures were not completely accurate and I was not told I had to climb over 40 stairs. The apartment exterior smelled and we felt unsafe during our stay with odd noises in the middle of the night. Nevertheless, its spacious, has a good location and Simon was quick to answer.

This place was okay. The price seemed too good to be true and it kind of was Pros. •Nice number of bedrooms and great number of beds. •all bedrooms have full bathroom and tv •great location in chinatown •love the washer and dryer in unit Cons •paper thin walls, neighbors were either partying or screaming, crying and arguing until 4am. Either way we didn’t get much sleep. •beds are very very uncomfortable, causing all of us to be sore the entire trip. •the featured pool table was broken and unable to be played. •entry door is very lose on hinges and vibrated when other people in the hall way walked by. Made the apartment not feel secure. • living room space had no tv and a small couch and a small chair so you can’t even relax with the other guests in the same room unless everyone hung out in one bedroom •ceiling in the bathroom of the bedroom with the two beds is falling off in chunks. Apartment served it’s purpose but I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it.

Great place to stay, good location, easy to walk to lots of touristy sites. The apartment was large and had a ton of space. There were a few things that were disappointing: tvs that were broken/not working right, missing shower curtain, walls could use a paint job. However that didn’t make or break the location. It was still a great place to stay and we would book again.

My stay at Sosuite was amazing! It was nice spacious apartment with plenty of room for everyone and it was also located close to many things to do around the city. This was a great stay.

Great spacious place that was even more accessible and central than we thought it would be.

Good accommodations for large family. Location was convenient to walk to many Philly attractions. Bathrooms could have been cleaner and appeared the place is in the middle of renovations.

Loved our stay here and so did our furry friend. It’s in a great location. It’s close to Chinatown and there are tons of good restaurants nearby. It’s also close to a lot of cool places in Philly. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Roof/ceiling leaks in multiple rooms - including on to a bed. All in locations with fresh drywall patches - so they were very aware of the condition. Took 24 hours to receive new bedding and an additional 24 hours for maintenance to appear. Mold, excessive dust, pet covering the steps - even though there is an additional pet fee. Paint buckets left by unit entry door. Multiple extra fees. Not a host I would ever want to encounter again.

Very Clean The house was very neat, clean and organized. Only thing not mentioned is the it's on the 3rd floor with no elevator and no street parking. There's a lot next door. We paid $120.00 for two nights parking.

We had a good stay at simons place. Lots of good food options around. Not a ton of typical grocery or convenience stores but manageable

I will definitely be back! Way more spacious than even the pictures show. Yummy restaurants nearby. And the communication was impeccable.

Apartment was nice. Amenities were basic but fine. Shared entrance was dingy and uninviting. I would not stay in this area again.

So the place actually looks better in person than the pictures. Location is good for people wanting party locally and eat good food.

The place inside was fine. Outside at night it did not feel so safe. There is some kind of night club below and there were a number of interesting people congregated on the sidewalk.

The location of this apartment is great! It is within walking distance of the PA Convention Center and many attractions/restaurants. We were there for a conference, and it was very easy to walk to the convention center. The space is minimalist but pretty comfortable. There is a hookah bar on the bottom floor of the building, and it can get quite loud at night. If you are light sleeper, this may be an issue for you. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and Simon was very responsive!

This place is a gem in Chinatown. Walking distance to Independence Hall and Constitution Center. Close to city hall and old city. Bedrooms are huge and neat. I stayed with my family and we fit 6 people very comfortably. Responsive and attentive host. Excellent choice!

The home was beautiful and most enjoyable with the provided activities. Lovely stay, wish parking was open late at night.

The stay here was good was super spacious for having 6 grown adults and didn’t feel like we were crowded. The description is out of date though. The furniture shown for couches is not what was there. The pool table has been replaced with a smaller collapsible version. It was difficult to hangout in common areas because there wasn’t enough seating for everyone. The dining room table was spacious but it was uncomfortable to sit at for more than an hour. I thought the location was great though. The other comments mention a loud noise and in one of the bedrooms you can definitely hear a very loud strange noise every night. I don’t think you would sleep well here is you’re a light sleeper. I liked that the bathroom amenities like shampoo/conditioner/body wash was given in those dispenser. Overall, the location is great and the place is definitely spacious for a group of adults, but if you’re going to find yourself hanging at the Airbnb, then they really need to update photos and seating

The place was better than the pictures! We'd wished we stayed longer than just enough time to sleep on our trip! I will seek this place out again in the future for more time in Philadelphia.

Great airbnb, fun pool table, close to so much!

Large, spacious apt. Good location and exactly as pictured. The communication and hospitality were much appreciated. The unit was on the 3rd floor with a very steep / high walk up which should have been noted since we were carrying a stroller. The beds creaked but overall had everything we needed for a night out in the city.

Everything was fantastic. It is a perfect location for getting around on foot. Not only is the place perfect for families but he also welcomed our dog.

Visiting Philly for a conference at the Convention Center Property manager was very responsive and quick. Property was very close to the convention center, so a very short walk. Neighborhood felt safe in Chinatown. Great restaurants within walking distance and the market. Property was clean and well stock with everything needed and having K-cups available was very much appreciated. There was only two negatives to the property and one was out of the property owners control and the could be easily corrected. Even though we had no intention to use the pool table, it really needed to be vacuumed. Bedroom number 3 is very noisy with the HVAC system above which I believe because of the building not the apartment. Luckily, I had some earplugs and slept very well. Other than this, everything was positive and wonderful stay. Also the beds were very comfortable. I would stay again at this property.

O apt é como nas fotos e o ponto alto da locação foi o atendimento do Simon. Durante toda estadia e depois. Ele respondeu a todas as mensagens. Por isso quero pensar que estive no lugar certo na hora errada. Existe para o acesso uma escada grande e pessoas que tem dificuldade devem evitar! Vamos a historia, na locação de 2 dias houve um sério problema em um dos quartos(3) que impossibilitou dormir, pelo barulho e tremor, stressante mesmo durante o dia. Reprotei ao anfritrião que mandou alguem verificar mas segundo ele infelizmente não era possivel resolver naquele momento o que resultou em uma noite sem dormir. Havia então a promessa que no dia seguinte seria verificado, mas não foi. Alertei ao Simon que daquela maneira com aquele barulho não poderia alugar mais o apartamento. Simon ofereceu um outro imovel para passar a segunda noite, mas já era tarde e viajariamos cedo na manha do proximo dia. O que ocasionaria mais stress. SIMOM foi atencioso durante todo o processo KUDOS

Good stay close to market and convention center. Good restaurants nearby in China Town. Overall good experience. Only reason for a 4 instead of a 5 is the location is above a hookah bar that apparently kicks everyone out at 2am and there was lots of loud people outside yelling etc. at 2am. Other than that, everything went very well.

The location was great, it’s right next to the convention center which is what our vacation was planned around. Simon was very helpful and responded immediately. The only complaints we had was the cleanliness and quality of the furniture. Almost every piece is broken in some manner or another and the cracks and spaces between cushions were filthy. The hookah lounge on the first floor was extremely loud but we knew that up front so no complaints there.. the lounge did set the building fire alarm off around 2am Jan 1st which was undesirable. Overall we were happy with the bnb and I’d definitely stay there again.

This was a perfect place for our girls getaway. Location was easy with overnight parking a half block away. Walked around China town and had dinner. Place was set up perfect 3 bedrooms and baths.

Extremely disappointing Don’t be fooled by the pretty wallpaper, this place is barely one step above a dump. To start, the floors were filthy. Walking around barefoot led to black gritty stuff all over the bottom of your feet. You could see the dirt all over the carpets. The sheets got dirty quick because you couldn’t avoid the grime on your feet when getting in bed. The cleaning supplies were ironically stacked outside the front door of the unit for our entire stay which appeared sloppy and unprofessional. The paint was peeling, the kitchen horribly stocked (like ~4 plates, ~4 forks, no sponge - for a 3 bedroom apt we couldn’t even all eat breakfast together as there weren’t enough forks to go around), and we saw a mouse run across the living room floor. And that is all just the minor disappointments. Here is the kicker - during our stay what we guess was a failing HVAC system next to one of the bedrooms caused extremely loud roaring on and off constantly. It sounded like a helicopter was passing like 20 feet overhead and caused the wall behind the headboard of the bed to vibrate. Woke us up like every 15 -30 minutes all night long on our first night. When we alerted the management team in the morning they said they’d send maintenance to check on it, but when I reached out that evening they said sorry no one was able to stop by. We had to move out of that bedroom as you couldn’t sleep in there without being constantly woken so at the end of the day we paid for a 3 bedroom and ended up cramming our 6 family members (including 2 toddlers) into the other 2 rooms. The only positive I can give this place is parking was easy and the team was responsive (but still unhelpful). Perhaps the failing HVAC sound issue will be fixed in time for its next guests, but this place is run by a management team that basically was unbothered by the fact their guests couldn’t use one of the bedrooms they paid for. They just said “sorry” a lot to my numerous complaints and after we had checked out offered to compensate us for the inconvenience, and eventually offered us $150 back. Which is a joke given what we paid for our stay. I was willing to overlook the general filth and other disappointments that just sometimes happen when you roll the dice and rent a unit like this, but at a bare minimum you expect that the rooms you paid for can be slept in. In the words of my husband “that was a fun weekend but man that sh*tty VRBO really put a damper on things”

Was in town for a convention. My colleagues and I needed a place within walking distance of the convention center, while offering sufficient bed space and amenities. This place was great and met all our needs.

The place was clean, very spacious. Much bigger than I had actually expected. Easy to get in and out, plenty of food around. The market is 1 block away.

The apartment is very large and spacious and in an area where you can walk anywhere. However, the photos did not match what was actually there. The furniture is different and the pool table is different. The couch downstairs is broken and missing an arm, the pool table was also broken and the cues are broken. There was patch work on the walls that wasn’t painted over. There are cracks in the ceilings and the walls. The upstairs bathroom sink clogs when you run any water, we had to use a plunger every day. The upstairs bedroom door doesn’t close and the door jams are broken. There was the loudest noise that came from the roof that went on all day everyday and all night long. We couldn’t sleep it was so loud. On top of that the apartment is above a night club and there is loud noises and music from that.
