Beautiful place to stay! I loved the windows and natural lighting in every room. Very responsive to questions and willing to help!

Checking is was easy, but that is where the easy part of the story ended. The first unit that we walked into reeked of gasoline. After trying to air out the apartment for over an hour I contacted the host for assistance. We were staying in a 3 bedroom unit and the host offered to transfer us to a 2 bedroom. We could not all fit in a 2 bedroom. They eventually found a 3 bedroom for us. However, the code to enter the door was not working so we stood in the hallway for nearly 2 hours (between packing up the old unit and waiting for the code for the new unit) while the host was radio silent. Eventually we got into the new unit and I can see how whomever cleaned the first unit missed a gasoline smell. The unit that we ended up staying in was quite dirty. It clearly hadn't been moped in years. My white socks may never look clean again. Overall, the apartments are exactly as described but the (lack of) support will bar me from ever renting from here again.

Great location and value for what our group was looking for. Communication was extremely fast and had no issues during the stay. Would be happy to stay there again for the same purpose.

My stay at Simon At Sosuite’s place was good. I only stayed for one night, but I enjoyed it. The space was decent and everything was pretty straightforward, with an easy check-in process. Overall, it was a solid option for a short stay.

A couple of friends and I had tickets to a show at the Met. This was the perfect place to stay with plenty of room, a fun space, a good restaurant downstairs, and in walking distance to the theater.

Incredible loft! Very bright , spacious. We enjoyed every part of it including the lovely balcony. Our friend group had a memorable stay.

The place was huge enough and very clean. However, there was a security concern. There was an incident with someone in the lobby with a gun. No casualty and they called the police. Not too sure if it was the person who lived there or visitor as well. It was a scary experience.

The place looked just like the photos and was very spacious for our group. The hosts were super communicative, and the guide they provided made everything really clear and easy. The only downside was not having a shower curtain in one of the bathrooms. They did try to get one to us, but unfortunately it didn’t arrive in time. Other than that, we had a great stay!

We had a very pleasant stay. The place was beautiful, clean, well-organized, and nicely furnished. Parking was also convenient. I reserved a private parking spot for $25 per day, and it was definitely worth it, especially in an area where finding parking can be difficult. The spot was easy to use and made things much more convenient. One night, there was some noise from a nearby celebration. I contacted the host immediately, and they handled the situation very well and followed up right away. The noise was resolved within a few minutes. Overall, we had a great experience and appreciated the host’s quick response and attention to our needs.

We had a great stay at Simon’s three bedroom loft. It was plenty of room for us to spread out and yet still be together. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were large. We would stay there again Pat M.

Great location!!! Easy walk to Chinatown, Reading terminal, Love park.....Sosuite was great too! Very clear instructions, prompt communication and willingness to go above and beyond! Will definitely stay if ever visiting Philly again!!!

Really loved this place. Spacious and clean. Near all the restaurants I wanted to walk to. I’m familiar with the area so I felt at home. Host was quick to message me back. I would definitely stay there again.

Apartment was just as described! Clean, very spacious and perfect for our group of 6.

This is my 8th or 9th time here it’s always the same I love it but, I do wish that they had tv’s in the bedrooms.

Our stay was great! We were doing a girls night out and it was the perfect apartment to get ready in and feel cozy before ending the night. Everything was clean and well prepped. We booked last minute and changed our stay from the number of people staying and which accommodation we would need a couple times but Simon and everyone were so communicative and helpful! Truly a great stay. I just kind of wish parking prices and how to park were better explained. You need to check in first and then you get parking codes and pay for parking but the process and price were reasonable just confusing at first.

Our stay was ok. Spacious place with parking. The neighbourhood had limited possibilities for activities.

Perfect for my overnight stay. The Loft is really nice with excellent amenities and in a good location. The pier is close by. I would definitely stay there again.

We stayed there for the World Cup game in Philly. The place was nice and clean . I wished they had provided blankets though . The bar on site was an added bonus to our stay .

Stay started out rough, but at least they communicated pretty well. It seemed like they forgot to clean the floors, but we just chalked it up to someone having an off day.

Very large, well-appointed, unique loft! The unit comes with in suite laundry, three large rooms, two baths, and a large kitchen and social area. The operators are very good communicators, and it’s a very short distance from Center City Philly activities. The common areas (hallways, elevator) weren’t great and some minor things in the unit needed maintenance (peeling paint in the bathroom) are what prevent five stars based on the price. If you’re looking for a good, cool, large unit near Center City, this is a good choice.

Simon’s place was great! Just a short walk to Franklin Music Hall, super easy to get in and the room was just as advertised.

We would definitely stay here again, prime location near everything we wanted to visit during our stay.

we were going to a show at the Franklin music hall, and this was a perfect spot for us to do that. the BNB was a 10 minute walk away. so got back late from our show and sure to the hotel-like nature of the building we didn't feel we bothered anyone getting in so late. the rooms are very spacious and the cleaners do a good job. we did have to wait to check in for about 35 minutes, which was inconvenient. I've had far worse things happen at an air BNB, but, they charge over $60 for early check in, so it just felt a little lopsided not to be compensated for late check in (they offered late check out, but our schedule was very tight and we couldn't take them up on it). The beds are big and clean and have quite firm memory foam mattresses. if I were planning on hanging around the air BNB more on my next trip to Philly, or had a larger group 3-5 people, multiple couples, I'd definitely consider staying here again. the booking process and communication was easy and thorough. 👌

Was a great stay!

We only stood here for one night but it was very comfortable! The host was super responsive from start to finish! The place was very clean except the floor seemed a little sticky so I’m glad I made everyone bring house slippers.. other than that it was truly a great place to stay during our visit and I will recommend and stay myself again if we ever come back to Philadelphia! The place was better than the pictures!!

Excelente apartment, clean, and Simon was an excellent host. Is unfortunate that we were unable to really enjoy the space because we went to do a half marathon. Definitely planning to go a stay there for other races.

We stayed here for a volleyball tournament with 2 families (total). It was a great stay and the host is very responsive.

Great plane to stay for the price and the view from one of the rooms amazing

The stay was good, however the check in process didn't go as smooth as it should have. I paid extra to have a crew come clean so we could check in earlier. Upon arrival it was dirty from the last tenants. We were upgraded and refunded. The host did respond timely and responsibly. Overall good stay.

This is about my six time here and like all other times I enjoy my stay I would definitely recommend for others to stay I will be back soon.

The three bedroom apartment was perfect for our family flying in from several different places. It gave us more time together as we were in town for a wedding. The place was clean with an urban industrial vibe. It looked like the photos. They had a high chair and pack n play available upon request. The communication with SoSuite was quick, courteous and helpful when we had to extend our stay due to the blizzard.

Overall, this was an okay stay for a one-night visit and a decent deal for the price. Check-in was delayed from 4 PM to 5 PM due to cleaning, which the host did communicate ahead of time and they were kind enough to accommodate a one-hour later checkout, which we appreciated. However, when we arrived, there was a very strong sewage smell throughout the apartment, and the unit could definitely use more care and upkeep. There were many scuff marks on the walls, and overall it wasn’t as clean or as nice as it appeared in the photos. I did share this feedback with the host, and I hope that with some extra attention—such as deep cleaning and repainting—the space can better match its listing in the future. For a short, one-night stay it worked for us, but there’s room for improvement.

Beautiful loft and attentive service

The entire loft suite was squeaky clean upon arrival with an easy check-in process. The owner(s) were very responsive to our questions. The surrounding area, beds, and shower/toilet themselves were just decent as they didn’t take away from or add anything to our stay. Would recommend this place and price for your stay!

Awesome like always

Everything was great. Our only issue was that the room was not cleaned and ready when we arrived at 4 pm. Fortunately the cleaning staff was present and we were able to check-into the room and use one of the bedrooms to get ready as we had dinner reservations at 5:30 pm. Everything worked out in the end and would recommend anyone to stay here.

Second time staying here, convenient, clean and has everything you need.

Loved this place!

Communication with Simon was great and the instructions for check-in and parking were very clear. Garage parking (paid) was a huge plus! The apartment was clean and basic amenities were provided. The apartment was minimally decorated, with really only seating for 4. For four adults spending minimal time in the apartment, the apartment was fine. We stayed here for the Philly marathon and the location was very convenient for that.

great and spacious spot. an issue for us was that with 6 guests we really had to manage the hot water. ran out very easily. someone had to take a cold shower every day. but otherwise great spot

The location was great. I felt safe in this area. The apartment was beautiful & the views were very nice! However there were some issues. First issue was with parking. I never got a gate access code. I only got an email receipt. I was waiting for over a hour (3am-4am) to get in contact with someone about parking. Which limited my ability to use the parking. When I tried to contact the emergency garage hotline, the number was disconnected. There was no one staffed at the desk to help either. Next, the apartment was not properly cleaned beforehand. There was used bandaids, blood & dirt in the sheets of apartment 414. There was a very strange smell coming from the kitchen as well. We got switched to a new apartment which was in a much better condition. However, I had to stay up all night until 5am to ensure I got the new room & code. The apartment itselt was nice. But overall I had a very poor experience staying here. Simon was very helpful in getting us switched which I appreciated.

The space was perfect for 6 people. The hallways and stairways in the building could be improved.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb. The place was absolutely clean, exactly as described, and offered great value for the price. The host went above and beyond by allowing a late checkout, which made our morning so much more relaxed and stress-free. The hand-off was smooth, the space was well-set up, and we appreciated the attention to detail throughout. Highly recommended, we’d definitely stay here again!

we were coming into town for a show at Union transfer and could not have found a better location Three bedroom two bath Airbnb right across the street is unbeatable The private parking lot makes everything a breeze The apartment itself was beautiful, simply furnished. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The restaurant downstairs is fantastic It is so conveniently placed,you are about 15 minutes from anything and everything in Philly 10/10 would stay again

First, the place was spotless with a great location and plenty of space. We had been upgraded a few hours before check in as our original booking was unavailable. This was a pleasant surprise. However, there were a few issues at check in. A pet fee was paid prior but requested through portal outside of Airbnb. I prefer to keep communication and transactions through Airbnb and completed through Airbnb which was an acceptable alternative. This was completed but not reflected in portal, therefore it was withholding all check in/check out/wifi info through the portal. This was communicated through Airbnb and I expressed I did not want to pay fee twice. “Simon” must be using some form of AI response system as he seemed to not understand our issues which caused added frustration. At one point giving a regurgitation of my message that did not make sense. Ultimately has to contact SoSuite directly as we were arriving soon. They cleared it up (and refunded) and we got our check in info.

This place was way more spacious and luxurious than I expected. This was everything me and my guests wanted and more.

Enjoyed our stay, spacious and quiet. Would be happy to come again.

The apartment was super clean and comfortable. We would appreciate if we knew in advance that the area has homeless people and drug users on the same block. We didn’t feel safe walking with our dog outside at 8pm. I understand, the owner can’t do much, but we would make informed decisions.

We had a great couple of days at Simon’s place. Just as described and in the pictures. The apartment is an industrial style building conversion that is very cool. We walked to the Liberty Bell from here and it took around 15 minutes. I would stay again if we were visiting Florida.

We had a wonderful stay. Definitely coming back again for my next visit to Philly.

Apt was spacious. Host was responsive. Checkin was easy and we loved the bar on the ground level. It was a great spot to spend a night. Other notes: They are sticklers about check in time. We received a message saying the apt would be ready at 10am but if we wanted to enter it before 4pm we had to pay $70. If it’s ready, just let us in. No reason to nickel and dime us. Trash was left from previous tenant. The apt was freezing (which I like) but there are no extra blankets so for those who run cold, pack accordingly. Overall, enjoyable and would return again.

I recently stayed here while visiting Philadelphia and had a great experience. The place was very clean, well-kept, and comfortable. It’s in a great location, close to plenty of restaurants, shops, and attractions, with lots to do whether you prefer walking around or driving a short distance. Overall, a very nice stay and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

This rental is located in a great spot, just a few minutes away from all the must-see places in Philadelphia, especially the food spots. If you’re in the area, I highly recommend checking it out.

Really liked the place. Was staying with a big group of family and it worked out well. I loved the natural light and the post industrial look. The apartment was cleaner than previous reviews lead me to believe Not sure if Simon is a bot, or working with a bot, but communication was surprisingly responsive.

Prima esperienza con airbnb e tutto sommato soddisfacente. L’alloggio è grande e luminoso ma si trova in una zona non particolarmente bella ma abbastanza vicina al centro. Abbiamo trovato un letto con le lenzuola sporche e piatti e stoviglie sporche. Problema subito risolto ma l’unico problema non risolto sono state le sedie (solo quattro e noi eravamo in sei) e le poche stoviglie a disposizione.

Simon was very responsive and clear, even sending me a link to the parking lot when I couldn’t find it on the site. We didn’t check in until 3am, but instructions were clear enough that we had no issues whatsoever. Location was convenient both to Temple University and Center City, and we were able to walk to Reading Terminal Market with ease. Perfect spot for our family!

The room was clean and nice. The kitchen was very limited on cookware. Only one pan and no pots. If you have a dog there is very little green space for them to go. You have to walk blocks to find anything.

Definitely would recommend staying at SoSuite. It has a cool industrial vibe with great restaurants and culture all around. The area is generally walkable and there is scattered free parking around the area.

Simon's place was very clean, spacious, and had just enough amenities for what we needed. Parking is located around back of the building and you have to go into the complex, pay for a day pass ($28) then place the ticket in your window. There are some restaurants and places nearby, but we ate at the restaurant at the bottom of the building and it was pretty good. We were in town for a concert and didn't have much time to explore, but I would recommend and stay at Simon's place again!

my go to when it comes to booking a quick place to stay, i would highly recommend!

We are a family of 6 and the place was roomy enough to accommodate. Bedsheets were very clean, the home was generally clean as well (with the exception of the floors, which felt greasy). Some extra seating in the living room would have been good so that 6 people could sit together. Accessing the garage proved to be difficult but we arrived very late at night with no attendant to help. The building is old, and not necessarily in the best shape but the unit was well maintained. The beds were very comfortable. Generally the home provided good value Simon was a good host. Always responsive and brought us supplies whenever we requested them.
