there is an added fee once you book, and when i went i was notified that my unit wasn’t going to be ready in time less then an hour before my intended check in time so i was late to my event. when i went in unit was clean but it smelled like cigarettes upon check in

Host tries to charge an additional fee on a third-party website which violates Airbnb‘s terms and has a no refund policy on cancellation even ifs it’s only 30 minutes I canceled because Airbnb‘s AI told me they shouldn’t be charging that fee
It was a nice apartment and apartment building. For the short time we were there, it worked for us. There were only two downsides. The apartment is very close to the elevators, so you do hear them constantly from one of the bedrooms. Also, the apartment had a very strong smell of weed, especially in the right bedroom & bathroom. Not the owners fault, but something to note.
Great host
Check-in was easy, the location was convenient, and the kitchen was nice to have. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was disappointing. The floors, table, and furniture had visible dirt and stains. One bedroom was also very noisy due to the elevator and made it difficult to sleep, while the other room was much quieter. We also woke up to the smell of smoke coming from another unit, which wasn’t ideal. Beds were not very comfortable overall.
the neighborhood is not great. the actual unit was spacious and clean but unfortunately IT REEKED OF CIGARETTE SMOKE horrible. I was there for two nights for a work trip with my assistant, and it was an absolute awful experience. Someone stayed in that unit for a while and smoked a lot. It was in our throats and towels etc smelled. customer service only offered to move us to another room for ONE night & would have to move back?!?! after working a 12 hour day did not want to start moving to another room for one night to be moved back?! all they offered was to send their cleaning team in the next day which did ZERO, no fans or deodorizer for that evening! so late that first night we took an Uber($24) to target and bought a bunch of deodorizers ($28) that could not combat the horrible stench. btw walls are like paper, noise through earplugs! paid $817 to stay there back-and-forth with customer service for the entire length of my stay & was finally offered $130 refund? bad experience

L’appartement est très grand et aurait un superbe potentiel mais le quartier est peu recommandable, nous nous sentions à la limite de l’insécurité. L’appartement est en état très moyen. Bien loin des photos. Les meubles sont tous très abîmés, il manque une porte de douche. Cela sentait très mauvais et le sol n’était pas propre à tel point qu’on restait collé en marchant. Expérience décevante. Une seule nuit heureusement.
Had a nice quick stay in Simon’s place. It was cozy and had the necessary things and more. There were good restaurant less than 5 mins walk away which was a major plus. My cat loved the window sills. Would definitely come back.

Simon's place was clean, nicely decorated and very convenient. Parking is a little tricky, as it is everywhere in Philly. The neighborhood itself felt a little sketchy, especially at night, didn't feel the safest, either to walk around or leave the car, but experienced no issues.
Great views, comfortable beds, and bar/restaurant downstairs is convenient.

Place was as advertised. Clean. Location was good in terms of proximity, but not the most scenic or pleasant. Gave 4 stars because my unit would not lock which resulted in me being late for my event, but I was moved to a different unit and enjoyed the rest of my stay.

Although the place was beautiful. Certain things outweighed the good. The front desk person you’re supposed to check in with and get parking pass was rarely ever there. The parking garage is super small and scraped the bottom of my car each time coming in and out. The bed sheets were dirty, which we had to clean. One got the bathrooms were completely missing a shower door. Most of the door locks didn’t work. The elevator TAKES FOREVER!!!!! Everything was far and is not as close and safe as it seems. A lot if homeless people around that area. The parking garage makes you walk up to the gate each time coming in and out to open the gate. None of the doors that need the building access pin are actually closed. All outside doors were wide open. Was the view of the apartment, ABSOLUTELY and the suite styled beautifully. This place could use some help, might be a diamond in the rough. The institute was a great recommendation .

Nice view from window. We booked reservation And asked for a infant bed. Then I reminded one Day before arrival About bed. Unfortunatelly, There was no infant bed after arrival, so it was big issue for us... I recommend you to clean floors, we had black slippers. We had to pay 2 deposits of 250 USD, I didnt know that before arrival.
We enjoyed are stay and loved all of the wonderful cultural activities that were easily within walking or a quick Uber. The apartment was well decorated and very clean- something I always look for and appreciate! We will be back!

The property is walking distance or a very short commute to entertainment, museums, shops, cafes, and restaurants. Get an Uber or Lyft when go around the city as parking is not easily attainable.
Nice Loft with a beautiful view from the 8th floor. Neighborhood is maybe not the best, but you do not feel unsave. The flat has a nice kitchen with everything you need, in the building is a nice bar. A little bit irritating are the signs of sosuite in the elevator and when you leave the elevator on the 8th floor. We suspected that everything was on the 9th floor, so we went first up until we saw that there were sosuite flats on both floors.
The view from our flat was beautiful. Check in was smooth and It was easy to move about. Generraly a good place to stay

We loved our stay at Sosuites! The apartment was beautiful and clean. The views of the city were amazing! The property and company were so accommodating of our two dogs that we travel everywhere with. The apartment was spacious and inviting. The only hiccup we had was getting our paid parking pass from the front desk, but that was an issue with the apartment building representative, not Sosuites. They were extremely helpful and responsive! I would 100% stay here again!
This place is perfect! The views, amenities, parking and overall privacy and safety was outstanding for our family of 4 visiting from the suburbs! Beds were súper comfortable, bathrooms have all you need and kitchen was fully equipped for us to cook and keep kids calm before hitting the city. The location is perfect, you can just walk around. The views at this apartment are priceless. Whenever we are back, there is no other place I’ll rather stay.
This building and unit are beautiful. There are a lot of restaurants in the area that are within walking distance.
Check-in was seamless!! The apartment was clean with plenty of space. The beds were so comfortable!! The location was perfect! Located downtown with a short drive all over the city. We evened walked to city hall a few blocks away! Highly recommend this booking!!
Communication with Simon was a breeze, the in building parking was a added bonus, street parking is available but hard to find a spot. The suite was clean but can do with a few minor fixes, ie the main bathroom door lock broken, shower has half door so water splashes out. The area around is a bit sketchy and dirty with garbage thrown all around the streets, I didn’t feel safe going out alone but that has nothing to do with the suite itself.
I loved my stay, it was exactly as described and the views of the city was very much beautiful. A lot of things was easily accessible in the area if you needed anything. Also the communication with the host was excellent

It's a great place to stay!
There was little confused when checking in with code but it was fine. Private parking with little pay per pay is great. It’s not too quite but it’s acceptable. It was clean and spacious. Host is very responsive. We checked in an hour earlier without any complications.

This place was just as expected! Simon’s place was clean, comfortable, private, and had the right amount of necessities. The view of the lit up city buildings through the oversized windows was something I loved falling asleep to every night. We were in town for an Eagles game and we decided to walk and Uber while in Philly instead of battling traffic and parking and this place was ideal! Not far from Center City and within reasonable walking distance of our new favorite place Reeding Terminal Market! We really enjoyed our stay and Simon helped make Philly our new favorite city! Thank you for being accommodating and being responsive to all of our questions, we’ll definitely be staying here again!

Good value stay. Pictures are a little misleading as furniture is somewhat dated. However, property is clean and amenities are as described.

Tolles Apartment in zentraler Lage zur Innenstadt! Hervorragender Ausblick (8. Stock)! Super: zwei Badezimmer, Waschmaschine und Trockner. Optisch sehr ansprechend und gepflegt. Sehr hilfsbereites Personal, schnelle und gute Kommunikation. Sehr empfehlenswert: Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage.
Great communication
We absolutely loved this condo unit. The location was perfect, the communication was amazing and it was the perfect amount of space for us. There is even a great restaurant right on the first floor which made it super convenient to grab a pint and a snack after a long day of sight-seeing. We will definitely be back to this building.

This 2 bed, 2 bath unit is great! It's spacious, homey, and bright, with massive bedroom windows looking out over downtown Philly for an awesome view. While the building and the surrounding neighborhood seemed perfectly safe, it was vibrant and alive well into the night, so it's not ideal if you're looking for a quiet, more chill, or more refined environment. It's also not close enough to Rittenhouse Square, Center City, or Old City to walk to, but you can easily and quickly get there via car or bike. The only negative thing I've got to say about our experience is that there was no hand soap in the master bathroom or the kitchen when we arrived. There was also no toilet paper in the master bedroom and less than half a roll in the other bathroom. We let Simon know, and they said they'd try to get some up to us, but none ever arrived. Luckily we were there for just one night so it wasn't a big deal for us. I'm willing to give Simon the benefit of the doubt and would totally consider staying here one more time in case the missing hand soap and tp was a one-off.
Apartment description and images very accurate. Very comfortable space with lots of natural light and very clean. Solid communication with Simon. Neighborhood is definitely up and coming and reflects that Philly grit and personality. Worth researching the neighborhood ahead of time. Building easy to get in and out of and building does have a hotel feel to it. Very good Mexican restaurant near by (Juno) and not too far of a walk from Chinatown or Yards Brewery.
Enjoyed the stay. Private parking was great for someone new to the town. Appreciated the frequent contact. Be sure to message them prior to arrival for the front door code.
Second stay and just as good, reception was closed on arrival which meant check in was a little slower and then wasn’t anyone to leave our bag until check in but other than that can’t complain

The apartment was pretty much as reflected in the description and pictures. Big windows with views of the city. We were on the 8th floor. We were 2 adult couples sharing the apt. and the sound control was fine. Beds very comfortable and everything looked clean, though tables were a little worn. Nice-size master shower. There is a washer and dryer in the apartment which would be great for longer stays, though we did not need to use it. The kitchen has a full-size refrigerator and range, and a keurig coffee maker, but I don't think there was a toaster or microwave. There is also a descent exercise room downstairs (which we didn't use) The restaurant in the building- The Institute- is not open until 4 on weekdays and 11 on weekends and other than the Institute, we didn't see any coffee shops or restaurants really close by. Coffee, tea, waters, and snacks provided were a nice touch. Basic dishes, glasses, etc. available. The neighborhood is somewhat "transitional" but we felt pretty comfortable walking around at least during the day. It was relatively close to center city but about a 25-30 minute walk to the art museums.. Easy and fast to get Ubers or Lyfts. On-site parking (with in/out privileges) is definitely a plus though you have to pay extra for it (about $20 per day). The people at the reception desk, especially Renee, were really pleasant and very helpful. Just need to keep track of the key codes to get into the parking, the front doors and to your apartment. Simon was very easy to communicate with and we were also able to call SoSuite for information. Definitely worth the price. Would recommend.
I stayed here for a girls weekend. Everything was super easy to get to. This is a great location. There is gated parking and easy access to and from the building. Check-in and check-out was smooth and Simon is very responsive. If you plan on staying for an extended period of time, make sure to bring extra wash clothes, towels, and toilet paper. Otherwise you’re set for a good stay.

Great Airbnb! Host is very communicative and accommodating. Amazing views, accurate photos of penthouse. Although the location doesn’t seem too safe, I felt safe inside the building since it is locked with a code and there’s a garage. Only complaint is that it wasn’t as thoroughly cleaned as I would’ve liked. Surface cleaned not very deep cleaned

The neighborhood isn’t dangerous, but it’s definitely not nice. The furniture is cheap and in bad shape. Overall it’s fine. But wasn’t an exemplary experience.

This was a great stay. The place was beautiful and the view was gorgeous. It felt like staying at a high end hotel. They checked on me throughout the stay, and offered clear directions. The location was great and the place was nice and clean, which was most important. I will be booking with Simon for sure next time I’m in Philly.
This is a great location. My wife and I were in town with our boys for the weekend and needed a location that was convenient to eating and other local places we could meet up with friends. This loft offered everything and more. It has great views of the city. It is spacious enough to accommodate a family of 4 and offered simple check in process. The night we arrived the guy at the front desk was helpful in getting us a parking spot in the building so we wouldn’t have to walk too far with our bags and boys. He even offered great suggestion for breakfast and Redding Market which you must experience. We will definitely stay at this location on our next visit Philly. There were no surprises.
Cozy 2 bedroom apartment with SPECTACULAR views of the city skyline at night in the bedrooms! I didn’t want to close the blinds! Easy self check in with your own passcode and private secure parking if you so choose to purchase, which I recommend especially in this area! All the comforts of home away from home. Enjoyed the amenities such as the K-Cups to make your own coffee in the morning, along with the snack bags of popcorn for a late night snack! If you’re looking for a convenient stay in the city without all of the hustle and bustle of actually staying in center city, this is the place for you.
The apartment’s space is wonderful & the view at sunset it great! The kitchen is nice & has the very basics. The washer & dryer were a bonus. The lobby staff is friendly & the on-site gym & parking worked well for us. The daytime walk to center city is easy; however, did not feel safe to us after dusk. Communication with the host was always prompt & instructions for checking in & out were easy to flow & quick.
The apartment itself is nice, and it is convenient to walk from there to downtown Philly. A few issues we experienced during our stay included leaks in the ceiling, super noisy neighbors who partied until 2 am, the smell of weed everywhere outside of the apartment, and extremely dirty floors. We ended up washing the floors ourselves, which did not help much. You absolutely need slippers there. Neighbors are, of course, completely out of anyone's control. But floors need to be mopped regularly. This being said, Simon was a great host, and communication was excellent. I am sure they will address the ceiling leaks right away, as those appear to be a new issue.
