Perfect Airbnb for a couple friends to enjoy time together!!!

What a great place for a weekend getaway. Place is adorable and has everything you need. The view was spectacular! Will definitely book again!

Tbh no lie the stay was wonderful. Very much nice and the view beautiful!!!!!! Beds was so comfortable and even tho I stayed one night with my friends I definitely will be booking again for me and my man ! Thank you to the host !

The apartment is self was very nice and spacious, but there is definitely some deep cleaning needed. All the surfaces were dusty and there was hair in the tub. There was also a very off putting smell. It smelled like moth balls everywhere or roach repellent

Great view of the city. Surrounding neighborhood isn’t as pretty. Host responsive but needing an entirely new app to manage the stay was a bit annoying.

Overall good space. I had just came from another SoSuite location the night before which I enjoyed more however if I hadn't then this place would have rated higher. Missing a few things, like a closet in one room, a few kitchen items, etc, but if you don't need those things you'll be just fine, you get what you pay for. Good views, convenient location.

Overall, the place was great, really tall floor to ceiling walls and windows which allowed for natural light and birds eye view of the city. The host was also very helpful, provided clear instructions and was timely in their response

This was our fourth stay at Simon’s place. Always great communication from the host company, and the location is perfect for our weekend stay.

We stayed just for a night. Communicating was amazing. We had a problem with the tv remote and was resolved in minutes. We had to use Uber to go to the center of the city and back, which was not expensive . Would like to use Sosuite again if we go back another time.

Incredibly disappointed in our stay. First, the unit was NOT clean (stains on pillows and couches, showers were dirty, no fitted sheets on bed, no tv remote and were told to look under couches and beds for it). But most frustrating was the party that was happening on our floor and the two hours we waited in the middle of the night for something to be done about it. We were traveling with two infants and their sleep and ours were interrupted by the blaring music, the vibrations from the bass, and the screaming people inside. The party stopped when they finally left the apartment close to 2am for them only to return around 5am with the same loud voices and music playing. Do not recommend.

Each bedroom having its own bathroom and shower plus a half bath is amazing. The windows have a great view and you’re within walking distance to great restaurants if for some reason you don’t go to the restaurant on the first floor, but you should.

We loved Simon’s place! It was extremely clean, and looked just like the pictures. The view was beautiful especially at night. Simon was a responsive host and the instructions were very in depth. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location, easy to find, spacious, clean bathrooms, would stay again, I would definitely recommend for an overnight in Philly, close to the Mann for live shows, near fishtown.

I’ve stayed in hundreds of AirBnbs around the world and I’ve never written a non-positive review. Unfortunately, this listing did not meet our expectations. Positives: It’s in great location near Chinatown, the building is secured and had great views. Negatives: There were no washcloths in the unit. I contacted the host and also texted and did not receive a response. We went out and when we came back there were only 2 washcloths left for us. I re-contacted the host for additional washcloths and did not receive a response until over 10 hours later. We eventually received additional washcloths but it wasn’t until the next afternoon. What was the most disturbing was there was a condom wrapper in one of the trash cans. We questioned if the unit was properly cleaned. Once again, I contacted the host about this matter and did not receive a response until 10 hours later. Overall the space needs some attention. The ironing board was wobbly and the shower curtain had stains.

My boyfriend and I did a quick trip from nyc and loved this place! The ceilings are high, the beds are comfy and the view is immaculate! Really great deal for a great price and we will definitely be back!!!

Independence Lofts building was easy to find and in a walkable part of town. The unit was spacious and had everything we needed. A few nice to haves: additional blankets (when we requested, these were brought so that's nice!), earplugs (especially as one of the rooms has a square opening in the wall above the door so you could hear some noise), and additional washcloths/towels. Only one elevator was working this trip. The bar on the ground floor of the building was very convenient and not noisy! We did not experience any street noise from the upper floors of the building. While not the most modern building, I do recommend for stays where you just need the essentials.

Highly recommend for view, location and convenience! Awesome place to stay. Nice bar/restaurant right off the lobby with amazing espresso martinis! Walkable to The Met where we were attending a conference. Would definitely stay again

Place was overall great. Beds were nice and clean, but I do want to note that the room itself could be cleaner. It’s located in a great area with plenty of things to do

Very beautiful place and the host were very kind. The restaurant downstairs has great food/drinks and the view was amazing at night and I would be returning again one day.

Beautiful space! Gorgeous huge windows that overlooked center city and within walking distance to reading terminal market!

Pros: very beautiful view during sunrise and sunset!!, large kitchen and dining area Cons: could used a little more attention when it came to the cleaning in the living room, lots of stains on living room furniture, Beds weren’t the best. Despite the Cons I would consider staying here again. Convenient location depending on your plans. If you’re driving in I’d recommend paying for parking onsite. (If you have a larger vehicle navigating the garage may be difficult.) Access from there to the rooms via elevator was nice.

Easy check In and check out

it's about a mile to Center City. Definitely walkable, and there is a grocery store just a few blocks away. If you want to watch local TV, like live football or sports you need to have streaming of your own. Couldn't watch FB on Sunday as we don't use any streaming services. Fortunately we could watch Monday night as ESPN was available.

What a fabulous place! It was so spacious with with 2 bedrooms 2 1/2 baths. The view is amazing and I love the layout and the huge kitchen. The building was quiet and it definitely helped to have parking available. Thank you, Simon for being such a gracious host and for your hospitality. Would love to stay again if it’s available the next time I come up to Philadelphia

Property was amazing and spacious, centre of the city, lot to see. I was not able to find parking for an hour, but Simon team was responsive and helped me to park in property private parking, but you have to pay extra per day for parking, I feel it’s worth, friendly staff. My kids enjoyed the city view from the 8th floor

My stay at SoSuite was great! They were super communicative and it was easy to check in and out. The location also had a parking lot and allowed pets. The location was nearby local attractions.

Our weekend stay at SoSuite’s was enjoyable and checked all the boxes needed. The apartment was spacious, and furnished perfectly for a small group. Would definitely consider in the future.

The apartment was gorgeous, clean and comfortable. The view of the skyline from the living room was beautiful! Would definitely stay here again. Wish we would have stayed more than one night. There is parking on site for an extra charge which is a great thing in Philly!

To start with the positives; the apartment felt safe, was in an ideal location, had parking on site for a fee, and black out curtains. The bad; while parking was on site, a code was needed to open the gate. The instructions were to page the desk but the desk was unresponsive. Had to be let in by another guest, get the code from inside. The floor of the apartment was not visibly dirty but after walking around it, your feet or socks would be black after a couple hours. Seems like it hasn’t been mopped in a few months. There are two elevators, but one was broken then entire 4 night stay. Our first morning we had a water issue where there was no running water. Lastly, we asked twice before arriving for a pack and play/crib. It was not there when we arrived around 8pm and I contacted them immediately. I was told first we didn’t request it, after screenshots proved we did, they said they have limited availability. We had to go buy one that night as they would not provide one until morning.

Simon’s place was exactly as described. Spacious and comfortable. Having the bar/restaurant downstairs was a huge plus.

Had a great stay. Communications were super clear and Simon was really responsive. Front staff was also friendly. The space was just like in the pictures. Highly recommend. Easy to get to. The restaurant downstairs had yummy food and drinks too.

walls paper thin. only one elevator was working and took forever. felt frustrating in the context of a multiple night stay. hall ways and lobby smelled and felt a little dingy. Views from the room were cute.

It was a nice place inside. But the lobby could be cleaner and had a strong pet smell. Location was ok. Not much around but residential.

Een zeer negatief gevoel aan overgehouden. Positive: De accommodatie was mooi. Negative: De gereserveerde borg van 250 dollar werd niet terugbetaald omdat we zouden hebben gerookt in het appartement en er een brandgaatje op de bank zou zijn. Wij roken echter niet, en hebben dat ook nooit gedaan, dus voelen ons daardoor opgelicht door deze accommodatie.

Prachtig Positive: Het is een licht appartement met mooie voorzieningen en prachtig ingericht. Absoluut een aanrader. Zorg wel dat je de parkeerplaats bij boekt. Daar staat de auto veilig.

Lots of space, well equipped, nice view of the city. Immediate surroundings are not the most beautiful but never felt unsafe and you can walk to the historical attractions (25-30mns with the kids). Great deal for a family to visit Philadelphia from downtown.

This is my second time at the Independence Lofts. I had a lovely stay. Spacious unit with 2.5 baths, 2 nice sized bedrooms, large couch and beautiful views of the city. Lobby smells really good when you enter and everything was clean and pictured as described on site. I will most likely make this my ‘go-to’ whenever I visit Philly, which is approx twice a year. No complaints at all. Easy check in and check out. Highly recommend.

The place is a lot bigger than the what the pictures show, We really felt safe and at home. Really loved the lighting, space and simplicity of the place. Simon is very responsive. This would be a place I would want to stay again if I’m back in the area.

The check in was late about 30 minutes and we were tired after driving for 6 hours. Every thing else was great. The apt is clean and the salon is great

Enjoyable stay. Friendly neighbors. It was a really nice pad for the 3-4 days we stayed and no problems, whatsoever. I will come back in October.
