SoSuite Customer Service line, front desk, and housekeeping were very helpful and responsive. When I called SoSuite for additional towels, which appeared off/site, someone came all the way up to our room, on the top floor, to drop them off with a nice smile on their face. The lobby is clean. Walking distance to many stores and restaurants. Owner was proactively communicative.

We had only one night in Philadelphia and this AirBNB was perfect. Location was convenient, the view was amazing and getting in and out was simple. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay at SoSuite! Our unit was beautiful, had incredible views and was extremely convenient for our visit. The size of the unit and the layout were great as a group of 3 (1 couple and 1 individual). The kitchen and laundry in the bathroom were both a huge plus, too. Everything was clean and tidy and made it very easy to relax. We would love to stay here again next year!

I’ve been using Airbnb for over 10 years. This is the worst host experience I’ve ever had, and I think this business should be removed from the platform. The apartment itself is nice. A) They will require you to use their portal outside of Airbnb. They collect their excessive security deposit to at way & force you to sign a lengthy “rental agreement”. B) If you need a crib, it is not guaranteed. They will tell you it’s “subject to availability” after you book. C) Endless badgering about my name change, and then about leaving them a review. I’d already paid everything, gave them my ID, they then withheld my access info until I involved Airbnb because my credit card info is still in my maiden name. Now they’ve sent me 3 messages in less than 24 hours pestering for a review. I could go on.

The unit had a few issues with parking and security, but the beds were comfortable. It was not as walkable as we hoped and the unit was not stocked very well.

The view was beautiful and we had everything we could need. The location was great around several restaurants within a five minute walk, also super close to all the tourist things. The gym and restaurant underneath was super convenient as well. We loved our stay and would 100% stay again!

It’s a nice Airbnb

Honestly probably my worst experience. 1. I had paid for parking in their lot and there was no spots, and I was told I could park on the garage because it was for residents. Also the lot wasn’t secured/gated like they stated. 2. The apartment deadbolt literally did not work at all. 3. The floor was dirty/sticky in the entry way, the couch has stains all over it, and when we first entered it had an off smell. 4. I had requested a pack n play and high chair ahead of time and they didn’t deliver it until half way into the next day. I’m so grateful that we had a busy weekend that we were barley in that apartment because it was rough

I stay at this spot frequently for work! It is always a pleasant experience and the on site staff is helpful and kind. Some small things - the room wasn’t ready on arrival this time, the space wasnt perfectly clean (nothing terrible, mainly the rug desperately needed a vacuum) and my room had a noticeable cigarette smell whenever the air conditioning came on. As mentioned, I’ve stayed here many times and haven’t noticed the smell IN the room before, but often in the hallways. Overall, nothing that would deter me from staying again! Just a few things that made this stay a little less comfy than normal - but the staff / Sosuite is always quick to respond which makes up for them!

Great stay, we recommend this apartment to small families that may be doing a quick weekend in the city. Very clean and the view was fantastic!

We loved our stay in Philly at Sosuites. The communication between Simon and Sophie was excellent, the front desk super friendly, accommodating and helpful, the place was so exciting to stay at with fabulous views, lovely private rooms, great bathroom, and kitchen for meal preparation, easily accessible into town, yet away from the hustle and bustle. We highly recommend this place for your visit to this wonderful city!

Perfect stay! We booked last minute and had a seamless experience. Great value for the price. The space is roomy and clean, nicely decorated. Bed and linens were comfy. Host gave clear instructions and was accessible. We only stayed one night so did not have much time to explore but there were several restaurants nearby and great coffee just a short walk away. I will be staying here again in the future for sure!

**Most Important: The apartment was just as described and was clean and inviting. The view was incredible of the skyline and our beds were super comfy!** **Of Note:**We would stay here again if it was in a safer area. Although it was a short uber drive into the city, it was in a pretty sketchy area of town! There were a lot of homeless people, drugs, and cops driving around. We didn’t dare go out at night after we ventured out our first night. It was a bummer not being able to stroll around the area or eat at any of the nearby restaurants.

Our stay at Sosuite was exactly what you’d imagine from the pictures and description. The condo was clean with all necessities provided. The view of the city was beautiful. Plenty of natural lighting, it was a great place to stay. We had clear instructions to get there, check-in, and having a gated, paid parking was a nice bonus. Street parking seemed a little congested for us personally. The area was nice and about a 9 minute Uber to The Fillmore. I would recommend this place to friends and family.

The apartment was beautiful! I loved the huge windows, the location, and how easy it was to come and go. My gps initially had me arriving at the parking lot entrance instead of the front door so it took a minute to figure out how to book that part and drive in, but overall everything was amazing. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great place. Exactly as described. Only minor complaint, the bedroom drapes do not adequately block light from the significantly large (amazing) windows. Needs a few more drape panels.

Host was very kind and responsive! The Airbnb was obviously regularly used (scuffs on doors, floors, etc) but was good for the weekend I stayed. Area was a little bit noisy but didn’t mind too much. Overall, a good find.

We had a great stay at Simon’s place at Sosuite in Philadelphia. The apartment was very nice, with a beautiful view that made the stay even more enjoyable. The location was also very convenient — it was easy to reach the city center and Old City, even on foot, which made getting around simple and pleasant. Simon was very responsive and helpful throughout the stay, and everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. Overall, a really comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would definitely recommend it!

Simon's place was clean, spacious and close to downtown and the subway. Perfect place for a night in Philly.

I truly enjoyed my stay. It’s so sweet, it was a beautiful apartment. I loved the lifestyle apartment so this really was a beautiful apartment. I’m so happy I got to celebrate my birthday at this apartment and the city view at night is so beautiful. I would definitely recommend staying there 10 out of 10.

Having a restaurant and gym located in the same building was very convenient! The windows and the space was great. Beautiful views of the city!

This place exceeded our expectations. We were turned away from a few hotels, trying to find a room for the night, and we got a response here within the hour. The room was cheaper and the parking was HALF the price of those hotels. We each got our own bedroom, and the view was incredible. From my 8th floor bedroom I could see the Met! The shower was also a major plus, super big space with good water pressure and all soaps provided. Check in was easy, as we had help from Nicole down at the front desk.

Le logement de type loft est vraiment top. La vue sur Philadelphie est incroyable. Le logement est très facile d’accès et les instructions sont parfaitement claires. Par ailleurs le centre de Philadelphie se rallie a pied. Seul bémol, L’environnement immédiat du quartier qui est plutôt sale et qui inspire peu confiance. En revanche, contrairement aux autres commentaires, je me suis garé facilement dans la rue et gratuitement.

I thought overall a great trip. Is it perfect no but everyone was kind. Everybody we met were very nice. The views are immensive and spectacular. Wished the restaurant was opened earlier like 8 am for breakfast. On the weekends that would be nice.

Great spot. View is incredible. Did not like all the extra and hidden fees after confirming via air bnb. had I known my stay cost would've have increase my cost by an additional 25-30%. I would've considered other options for that price. couldn't cancel the reservation for a refund and felt forced to have to pay hidden fees. Felt very dishonest which leaves a sour feeling even after the rest of the experience being great.

Unbelievably beautiful apartment in the middle of everything! Served as a great launch pad for adventures around Philly and a cozy spot to come back to at the end of the day.

I had a great stay at Sosuite the views of the city were amazing and I recommend getting the parking pass to avoid the hassle of on street parking. Would definitely stay again.

Simon's place was great, very spacious with amazing views and easy check in and communication. Close enough to main parts of the city.

The place was as described - light filled, large, nicely appointed and great windows. The only downside to this place was the location which I should have researched better. Walking was nasty, with trash lined streets and nowhere really to go. There was a great restaurant - La Chinesca - down the block. There was also a restaurant/bar in the building which was average at best. If this place was located in a better neighborhood it would be stellar. But, in fairness, it was priced pretty cheaply.

Solid place to rent. The building is a little run down and parking was tricky but good location and the views from the apartment were spectacular.

Staff was helpful and kind, space was beautiful and clean.

Location felt extremely unsafe. Building felt like a shelter/ home for the underprivileged. Got bed bugs from the unit and had to leave after several hours.

Staying at Sosuite was absolutely an experience for us. We were in town for a college visit to UPenn and extended that to 2 days to see the city. The location is great as you have peace and quietness all around. I am an architectural lover and so for me the well captured industrial style with the modern hint really had a great impact. The view from your apartment is absolutely phenomenal, it is truly a lovely penthouse way! At night we enjoyed the Philadelphia skyscrapers lights and in the morning the panorama was amazing. The host was great providing details in advance of how to get into the parking garage and into the building, this was a breeze. We had a long drive to due 495 traffic on commuter hours and spent over 5 hours driving instead of 3. Coming in to a lit and welcoming apartment had been a treat! The shower had a great mosaic on the floor and all in the bath was squeaky clean. The kitchen was impeccabl and had all we needed, the granite counters were very stylish. Amazing!!

Nice spot with parking available for extra. Which was needed as it’s impossible to park in this neighborhood. Cute apartment with great views. There was some wall damage they reached out about, but that was there when we checked in.

This place was convenient and close to everything.

Simon's place is just ok. I think had I been a 20 something bro traveling on my own it would be pretty great. However, if you are traveling with children I would advise you to look elsewhere. The amenities and quality of the apartment looks nicer in photos than it is. Our refrigerator was not working properly. It was not getting cold enough for food on the highest setting. Those are not hardwood floors. Its a cheap laminate that is peeling. The floor feels wonky in general. Managing company is pretty responsive by texts, but takes a bit of time. Some things are more tedious than they need to be. My car was almost towed even though I paid parking. 3rd party app doesn't tell you that you have to get a pass at front desk for car. Someone in the building complained that our 1 year old child was crying. It was like 7pm. Even though I had an infant on the rental someone came banging on the door like an ICE agent and actually woke the baby up. Nice views. Close to Chinatown. Enjoy bros!

Great value with views Positive: Loved the skyline views and airy feeling. Negative: Beds and pillows could have been more comfortable, also no frying pan in the kitchen.
