Great stay

Perfect for what we needed. Cool spot and good views!

Great location. Right in the heart of the city

The suite is nice inside, but everything else is terrible. The front desk is slow, the elevator is slow, even their customer service is slow, but they’ll rush you when it’s time to check out. My check in time was 11. I was there at 11. Didn’t get into the suite until 11:40. Which is terrible, considering the hotel lobby bathroom is disgusting.

I stayed here for my birthday getaway, very nice place just like the photos. It was easy to check in and out. I enjoyed the beautiful view it had of the city. The host was very polite and responsive with any question I had. Overall amazing stay!

This unit offers a beautiful view and attractive decor, with a smooth check-in process. My only concern is that the cleaners appear not to use bleach, as I noticed mold and mildew stains in the shower and under the sink lips, which was quite disheartening. We took it upon ourselves to spray these areas with a bleach cleaner to remove the mildew. Additionally, the water pressure in the primary bedroom sink was very weak. Although these issues didn't ruin our trip, they should be addressed for a better experience in the future.

The place is beautiful, very spacious, and feels like it's a class above it's asking price. The only minor negative part of the stay was Philadelphia itself... Unfortunately, this city has been going through some dark days... with homeless people, drug addicts, and abandoned houses all over the place. This has nothing to do with Simon's beautiful rental place, - it is absolutely beautiful. And the street where it is located feels like an up and coming area, too, - albeit it is only 5 minutes away by feet from Philly's Town Hall...

When approaching Simon’s place the gps took us to the back of building once we parked and walked we found the front. The additional parking fee I felt was is unfair especially because they have you pay a damage fee that’s already covered under air bnb which feels like they just want extra money! Upon entering the building was a strong pee odor with only 2 elevators and one was out of service thee entire time. Once we got into the suite it was decent until i pulled back the master bedrooms sheets and they were visibly dirty…then when I was taking a shower I noticed hair all over the wall which wasn’t me or my guest. The master bedrooms bathroom had no water pressure in the sink toilet. The toilet paper rolls were not changed in either bathroom, and the air conditioning only really effected the back room unless it was left on at 68 degrees overall I wouldn’t stay here again and I feel like I should’ve been offered some Money back when i informed them that my unit was visibly dirty

Place is nice and was as described. We weren’t left shower towels and I was less than happy about how slow they were to get us some. Waiting until almost lunch the next day with no updates was frustrating. This type of error happens and are understandable but no updates and taking forever is frustrating. Other than that it was a great place to stay.

We had a nice stay at this condo for the World Cup. The location was great for taking the train, the views of downtown are beautiful, and the staff in the building were friendly. Cafe Lift is fantastic to have nearby. The unit itself was ok - the floors were very dirty and the AC in the back bedroom was loud. There weren't bath mats, and the towels & linens were quite dingy. One slow elevator as one was out of order. Overall I think we'd stay again, but with some requests for improvement!

A wonderful place to stay with an incredible view of the Philly skyline! Parking is a bit extra but it is so nice that it is an option, I would stay here again!

The only complaint I have is the bed was very fragile and uncomfortable . other than that everything else was cool!

Even though we had a little trouble finding the building and checking in late at night, the service we called was super helpful and there was an epic view and clean room waiting for us.

Great location, easy access. Parking was a bit on the side expensive side for the building.

The space looked as it did in the listing, however the air conditioning didn't work while we stayed there. I reported this multiple times and we were advised that a technician came out and repaired it but it was never repaired. The third time that we reported it, we never got an update until I reached out again. We were offered to transfer to another unit, but by that time we only had a couple days left and it was going to be more trouble to move than to stay in the apartment. The water pressure in one of the bathroom sinks was very low and we were told it was due to the apartment being on the 8th floor. However the water pressure and the other sinks was fine. It is definitely worth paying for the parking because street parking is nearly impossible.

Insgesamt ist es eine schöne Unterkunft mit einer atemberaubende Aussicht. Das Gebäude ist eine alte Druckerei aus dem Jahr 1915 und hat schöne hohe Decken. Leider muss man ein paar Abstriche machen, die in Anbetracht des Preises aber noch erträglich sind: - schmutziger Boden - laute Klimaanlage - nur ein Fahrstuhl und dieser sehr laut - altes, schmutziges Fitnessstudio - eher unfreundlicher Empfang - Lage im eher ärmlichen Viertel mit vielen Obdachlosen -fehlende Pfanne Was positiv ist: - Aussicht - schnelle Reaktion als wir vom kaputten Fön berichtet haben - Innenstadt schnell erreichbar - Parkplatz am Hotel (kostenpflichtig)

Staff and host were great. Overall place was good. Place unfortunately dose not look quite what it does in photos. Kitchen appliances were slim to none, with pans missing and knifes missing. Floors were dirty when we arrived. However staff and host was extremely helpful and responsive and helped fix our issues we had. Would stay again.

The apartment was in a location close to tourist attractions and comfortable for our stay with two kids (preschool aged and toddler aged). The building staff were friendly and helpful as well. On site parking was very convenient. The view from the apartment was our favorite. Clean and great layout. Things to note (that did not bother us but might affect others): the elevator was slow or not functioning sometimes and there was a small variety of cooking pans. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay and loved the view from the 8th floor. The kitchen is not super stocked (no skillet or hot mats) if you plan to do any cooking, but there was coffee. I recommend staying there if it fits your schedule.

This place was immaculate and we will be staying again! It was clean, beautiful, walkable, the staff was friendly, and nothing beats the view! I can’t believe how big the place was! You really get good bang for your buck here! 10/10 recommend!

Great place to stay. Not a private residence but more of a hybrid hotel setup. Location was great - super central. The loft is really cool - beautiful views. Basics in the kitchen like tea and coffee which were great. Only slight drawbacks were noise from the hallway (which honestly did not reach the bedrooms, just the living room and kitchen) and slightly dirty floors, but honestly for Philly in the winter, it’s understandable. If you want to use the gym, it is well equip but doesn’t appear to be cleaned that often. Lots of dirt on and around the equipment. That’s not unexpected for Philly in the winter but I wouldn’t wear my cutest gym fit in there. All in all, a great stay. Thanks SoSuite team.

We stayed in Philly for about 19 hours, staff was helpful check in process was super easy… beautiful views from the room lovely decor and very quiet

Overall, the Airbnb looked exactly like the pictures. The only downfalls were the towels had black marks on them. There was leftover trash left in the room from the previous people who stayed. There was hair in both of the beds.They were stains on the sheets. messaged the host to have someone change the sheets and bring new towels. When I returned to the room, there were still the same stains on the sheets and pillow cases that I had asked them to change. I also paid an extra $60 to move in early and the Airbnb was not cleaned adequately. I called down to the front desk to speak to a manager and for three days I was told the manager was not available to speak to and that I couldn’t speak to anyone else . The hot water ran out very quickly. Overall, the view was nice but for what I paid for I was extremely disappointed with the customer service and the cleanliness of the place.

Unit was just as pictured, living room setup/furniture had changed slightly from photos. Clean, quiet, kitchen had basic necessities. Main lobby and hallways were very cold and constant smell of weed. The restaurant/bar that is connected was convenient and a great atmosphere. Building parking amenity was essential as street parking is extremely limited.

This is our second time staying with Simon at SoSuite. This location is perfect! The on site parking option is greatly appreciated and easy to use. The apartment is beautiful and looks exactly like the photos. The views are stunning, especially at sunrise, sunset, and once night falls. This space has everything you need for a cozy, well-appointed stay that is close to everything the city has to offer. Check in and check out were a breeze. Simon was a very proactive, responsive host who answered within five minutes. We will definitely be back to stay again. Thank you for another great stay!

SoSuite appartment was vey great with a magnific view over the city of Philadelphia. We really enjoyed our stay and also had access to paid parking beneath the building. I'll for SURE recommend

I was shocked the place looked EXACTLY like the photos, down to the view! It was very clean and spacious, the restaurant downstairs was good, and even the tenants were very friendly and helpful! Front desk was great as well.

It is very beautiful, looks exactly like the pictures. The unit was very clean. The problem I had was the noise from the people next door was really loud and they kept me up all night. I complained and they still didn’t stop with the noise so the issue wasn’t solved and I wasn’t accommodated for it. I was in hopes of a peaceful sleep.

This appartment is perfect for a weekend to discover the city. The view is beautiful!

Fantastic place to stay with a couple young ones. So many of the Philly attractions are within an easy 25-30 walk, and the neighborhood has great restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, etc. There's also a big supermarket a couple blocks away so you can load up and use this space's clean and large kitchen.

Simon was a great host! The place looked exactly like the pictures listed. Check in and check out was smooth sailing! I just wish the walls were a tad bit cleaner. Other than that I enjoyed my stay!

The Airbnb was beautiful! The view to the city was amazing at night! The rooms were clean. The check in was straight forward just did have some confusion on how to get in the building but host replied quickly and we were able to get in with no issues.

The location was great ! Right in the middle of everything. My Mom and I came to philly to see the Eagles play the Giants and I couldn't have picked a better location ! From the skyline view to the spacious apartment. We absolutely fell in love , will be staying here every time I come to philly !

The view was lovely but the space was not as expected. The floors were incredibly dirty, we didn't notice until our feet/socks were covered in dirt. The water pressure was also very weak. Mostly, the apartment was very sterile feeling; bare minimum level of care given to the comfort of the rooms and such. We thankfully only paid the Sunday night rate but if we'd paid the higher Saturday night rate we would have been much more upset!! When we messaged about the floors, no one responded.

This penthouse was so beautiful. The view from the 8th floor was awesome at night. The bedrooms are big and spacious. I will definitely stay at this place again

There was quite a bit of blood on the sheets when we arrived and had to request clean bedding. Host was not responsive to text messages in or outside of app. Building is very weird, other 'residents' were loud on weekend evenings

The view of the city from the unit was really great and I was able to get a good nights sleep on the bed. The unit was not ready until over an hour and a half after the check in time. Simon was slow to respond when I was unable to get into the unit on time, but had been very responsive prior to that. He offered a late check out which did not work with my travel schedule, but was not able to offer a comparable discount. There were several maintenance issues with the primary bathroom.

Great location - we had a Penthouse room and the views were stunning! It looked like the pictures - spacious and comfortable. The host was extremely responsive to any requests we had. The people in the building were friendly and helpful. The gym had a lot of equipment, making it easy to get a great workout in. The onsite parking was safe and secure. I would definitely stay there again!

Absolutely stunning space. The view of the city at night is 1:1. The location is prime as it's a small walk from the city center, the host is responsive & check in is smooth. This may have singlehandedly been the best BnB I've ever stayed in. Will return in the future if time permits it, that said do NOT hesitate to book. You've found your stay

Great unit, view, conveniently located near a bus stop and a few restaurants with good food. Not the best looking or safest location in Philly until you get a few blocks away. Apartment staff is great and goes above and beyond. Great option for a luggage storage( limited to 5hours before you get charged) prior to check in. Once we checked in there were a few issues like a wet carpet ( probably from previous cleaning) and a few scratches on wall. The host addressed the issues promptly and the following day a cleaning crew was deployed. Thumbs up! Overall, great experience, good price and views. Will come back again to explore more.

Amazing stay at this location as always. The view was superb. It was great to bring our pup since it was an extended stay. The staff and residents of the building are always so nice and helpful. On site parking is convenient and affordable. Area is walkable with many things within walking distance. Reading terminal market was only a 15 minute or so walk. Always love to stay at this property every time I am in Philly.

I would reccommend the SoSuites for a "short stay" of 4 nights or less. Our host was very communicative and answered our questions & concerns in less than 5 minutes. That is a big positive when renting an Airbnb. The place itself was nice but....upon entry, every time we entered, there was a noticeable odor. I'm not sure if the odor was from cleaning products, but it wasn't pleasant. The weird thing was we did not smell the odor after a minute or so. The place was clean and the kitchen had most of the amenities we needed. The water flow from the sink in each bathroom was not good, plumbing issues possibly. But the shower pressure was pretty good!! There was a constant humming noise coming from the AC, but after awhile you get used to it. We loved the huge windows in the living area and the one bedroom. The bed mattresses could use an upgrade. The WiFi was great. The gym could use a clean-up! The elevator makes this loud beeping noise when it stops, crazy!! Decent Stay.

The apartment was clean and the view over the city at night was lovely. We appreciated the availability of locked parking on site. It was an easy walk for our family to reach Reading Terminal and the historic parts of the city. All in all, a great stay.

I’m from Philly and needed to visit to check on family last minute from South Africa. Not only was it a swift booking but it was a swift check in. The place has a killer view of the city from the couch and bed. I’m almost afraid to leave such a glowing review for fear of it not being available when I need it!

I had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean and in a great location. Having a restaurant bar on the first floor open until 2 AM was such a bonus — it made everything even more convenient and fun. I made amazing memories in Philly and would absolutely love to stay here again if I come back. Highly recommend!

Simons place was a joy to stay at. It was clean and easy to locate. There's easy entry access and restaurants in the area.

The space is beautiful and very comfortable. The directions Simon provided made check in and check out very easy. I was in town for a concert and the location was perfect. Simon was very responsive and communicated clearly. My friend left his Apple Watch behind and the staff was able to locate it and held on to it. I Was honestly impressed because I didn’t think we would be able to get it back. Simon again was very responsive and followed up with me. I had such a great experience and would definitely return and recommend to anyone considering booking.

Our family lived the apartment. The location was good - walkable to great restaurants and sights. The apartment's spaces were roomy and airy with a marvelous view. Simon was wonderful, quickly responding to our questions and requests.

The loft is spacious and beautiful. The rooms by the large windows got great lighting. We had a very comfortable stay.
