Great city. Great people. Another great home!! Making it hard to try new things... but im not complaining!

Beautiful and large apartment.

Beautiful place to stay! Close to the subway so it is so easy to get around the city. It is so nice that there is parking there so that is one less thing to worry about. It stated that we might hear some city noise but it was very peaceful and you really can’t hear anything! The views were amazing and the entire apt. Is just so cozy.

This is one of my favorite stays in Philadelphia a great place to getaway and get some work done

The place looks as beautiful as the pictures look. But the unit has one major issue. This business doesn't have customer service to help with people as soon as they come in. Just random people who seem to be part of the security or whatever is helping the building. They charge a random $50 security charge after you already pay reserving the unit beforehand before you are allowed to access the unit. This is on top of a $25 plus tax parking charge if you want to park your car at their building. The unit is on the 9th floor, which is the top floor of the building. There is only one working elevator, and it only goes up to the 8th floor. If you're a person who has lots of bags to carry for your trips and you are riding solo, you will have to take the elevator all the way to the 8th floor and then take your bags up two flights of steps and walk to the end of the hallway to get to your unit and back. Get actual people to work there and get rid of the extra charges after reserving the unit.

we had a great stay at sosuite. sor the price the space is incredible. gorgeous views, comfortable beds, washer/dryer, full kitchen. we spent a lot of time out on the balcony. highly recommend. there are lots of shops within walking distance. my only slight complaint is that the space was pretty dirty. all linnens and beds were pristine but there was food on the floor, very dusty and it had a bit of a smell when we first arrived. I kept my socks on the whole time I was there. BUT with that being said I think it is an incredible stay for the price and I would honestly recommend it to anyone staying in Philly!

5/5 Stars — Fantastic Stay! Simon’s penthouse is absolutely beautiful! The place was spotless, decorated so nicely, and the views from the 9th floor were gorgeous. The location couldn't have been better, and Simon’s customer service was top-tier—super responsive and helpful throughout the stay. The only minor downside is having to carry luggage up and down the stairs to access the 9th floor and navigating the parking situation, but the apartment and overall experience completely made up for it. Would definitely stay here again!

Simons place has amazing views and is a lovely place to stay. It is a short walk to the centre of Philly and the Bar/Resturant downstairs is great. Other then a few housekeeping issues I would defintely recommend

I had a wonderful time in Philly with the Airbnb! The place was beautiful with an amazing balcony side to watch the view. The front was very respectful and helpful with any questions I had!

The view was immaculate, best in the city

It was overall a great stay. We enjoyed the loft.

Great communication, clear and super easy process and parking on site was convenient. Neighborhood is walkable to pretty much everywhere, Center City, The Met etc. Apartment windows gave a fantastic view!

Place was great, but Simon and his teams responsiveness put this over the top. Any questions I had were answered within minutes. We even made a maintenance request and it was fixed before we even got back. Would highly recommend

Good location if going to concert or sports game. Nice to have on site parking. Wish the garage closed while we were there. Comfort space & clean.

Suite has great views of city. Balcony is neat to sit outside. Water pressure in bathroom low. Restaurant within building. Location to touring city is good. Parking in basement is a bit challenging. Building has security code to get into.

I loved the suite, beautiful sunlight coming through. The only thing was the shower. It felt greasy, the water pressure was a bit low, and the drain clogged very easily.

Mixed experience. The unit itself was fine stayed the 4th of July the Fireworks from the Balcony where awesome but check-in was a mess hours of delays past two promised ready times, and I had to chase updates from multiple different staff members. Be aware that parking costs $25/night and isn't mentioned in the listing, so budget for that. The team was polite and offered a late checkout to make up for the delay, which I appreciated, but overall the first day was more stressful than it should have been.

Clean and comfortable, the home had all the essential necessities for a comfortable stay. The view was beautiful! My toddler loved that she got to see the planes and trains going by lol . The location was great . Your less than 5 mins from. Broad st as well as 76 . Very close to down town. I didn’t enjoy the walk from The elevator to the unit but other than that no complaints . I would recommend .

The condo was great - loved the industrial feel with the exposed brick patio and large windows. Very bright and open. The on site restaurant was great - drinks were good - food served relatively late - respectful crowd at the bar. Excellent value overall. Walking back later at night you just have to be aware of your surroundings and don't look like a tourist. Not different from any other city. We walked easily to the terminal market, city hall, independence mall. Only very minor minor detail - an extra blanket or two in the closet would have been great!! My niece turned into quite the blanket hog at night!

Clean, close to museums, nice space with great views

I enjoyed my stay. However, I did notice the place wasn't that well cleaned. I found a couple stains on one of the beds' blankets. As well as I requested wash cloths due to not receiving many and I was advised they no longer have any, which is a bit of an issue. Then the elevator doesn't go up to the unit. You have to take the stairs, which I don't recall seeing in the listing. However I have a bad ankle plus I didn't pack light so it was a lot to get to the apartment because it's up the stairs ALL the way to the back of the building. I mean it's nice and maybe I'll stay again but if it was better cleaned and the stair situation.

The best part of my stay was definitely the views from every room. They were beautiful, and I loved spending time on the patio. The only downside was the cleanliness. The sheets and floors could have been cleaned better, and a little more attention to housekeeping would go a long way. The location was decent—not amazing, but not bad either. Everything I needed was within a short drive or walk. Which was nice. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would come back again for the views. With better cleaning, it would be an even better experience.

El Airbnb de Simon es genial, tiene una vista hacia la ciudad que pides descubrir por ti mismo, los ventanales inmensos ayuda a que la noche y también el día se han una experiencia única, está muy bien ubicado cerca del centro por ende estás a minutos de cada lugar, hubieron detalles que hablé con Simón y el de comprometió a arreglar para una próxima estadía, solo fue un mal olor en el sillón y poca agua en el lavamanos, pero el resto estuvo espectacular, sin duda me hospedaré allí de nuevo.

It was my birthday and this place made it absolutely special!!!! I loveeee the charm this place has. The location is superb, there's a restaurant/bar downstairs with good food/drinks, the views from the balcony and windows are incredible and the vibes were just all around amazing, I felt like I woke up in a movie scene, lol. My only small thing was the bathroom sink has very low water pressure but the water pressure everywhere else was good. Cleanliness could also be a bit better as far as dusting, deep cleaning and small details, I was seeing hairs in certain places like the shower wall or when I removed the bed sheets to check out and other places throughout the unit but it wasn't crazyyyy, just some hairs here and there, not a big deal to me, just worth mentioning to make your guest's experience even better because the views and space really speaks for itself and does most of the heavy lifting. Overall, that had zero impact on my stay and I will definitely be booking here again!

The Penthouse was lovely looked exactly like the pictures very clean and cozy. Please be mindful of your luggage you have to climb a flight of stairs to get to it but its worth the trip. I highly recommend staying here it's in a great location near downtown Philly. The host and the front desk staff were very nice gave excellent customer service. 👏

The loft has great windows for a view of the area! We walked/commuted from there majority of the time and it was very easy to get around, not too far from the attractions. Felt pretty peaceful overall, wouldn’t be opposed to stay here again.

The penthouse was beautiful and exceeded our expectations! Pristine condition in all the rooms. Enjoyed every amenity and too advantage of the kitchen and disbwasher. Enjoyed the local latin delis and the array of culture and food

Beautiful view and everything else fell very short. Positive: We loved the view from our room. The bedroom we slept in had 2 walls of windows that met in the corner and the living room also had an expansive view. Absolutely lovely to wake up to and to enjoy in the evening. We enjoyed having a little balcony with two chairs as well since the temperature was nice. There are many walkable food and cocktail/beer options and historical/tourist areas are easily walked to as well. Negative: We didn't like feeling "bullied" into AI and computer learning software AFTER we booked the room. You will be required to take a picture of your drivers license and also a selfie of your face which will be entered into AI. There are zero exceptions and you will only find this in the small print of a huge privacy policy after your booking is solidified. Digital security was such a big deal for pre-check in however there was no one at the front desk the majority of our stay. People come in and out without anyone at the lobby desk. The room was beat up. Stains on the ceilings, chips/nicks and missing paint on the walls, trim missing or broken off and the bathroom started smelling like a sewer early Saturday afternoon (we checked in Friday evening). We also didn't appreciate that the booking does not come with parking given how expensive the rooms are. Lastly, the bedroom bed was a metal bedframe that squeaked loudly with any movement. It was not a restful sleep.

We stayed here earlier this week, it was a nice stay! The room was big and the walk up the one flight of stairs wasn’t bad at all. The location was close enough for us to walk to center city as well.

totally solid spot! you get what you pay for - no frills but comfortable. some of the soaps & olive oil were out, otherwise had everything we needed. hosts were communicative & flexible.

Great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was responsive and helpful, and everything went smoothly. Would definitely stay again. One of those stays where you don’t have to worry about anything. Everything was exactly how it was supposed to be, and even better in person. The host clearly puts care into the space. Highly recommend.

The actual apartment is pretty cool with a nice view but you can tell the place itself (I.e. the building) is poorly made. The water pressure wasn’t great, it was a decent walk from the stairs (if you have a lot of stuff this is a bummer but a luggage cart would be a great add), and there was a slight smell that we couldn’t shake which old pipes tend to have and certain cleaning products leave. Overall, it was fine for a night. Just know, because a third party company runs this, they will charge you to check in early and anything else you can think of. As an Airbnb host myself, I don’t find that to be in good taste.

Simon provided a beautiful home for me and my friends two day trip, the balcony view was amazing and the house was spotless.

Good stay. Comfortable place to come home to after expiring philadelphia. 10 min walk from Borad Street Line subway system. Nice view of the city. We liked that there was a restaurant next door on the first floor. Staff was nice at So Suites. Wouldn’t stay here with kids though (smelled loud). Having to use the SoSuite third party platform was a minor inconvenience and annoyance. Cleanliness 4/5 stars.

I wish I had known about this place sooner! I loved all the windows, which provided beautiful city views in the evening and stunning natural light during the day. Clean and spacious! Simon was quick to respond to my messages. I would like to return for a longer stay next time to fully enjoy the space and the neighborhood.

Phenomenal stay. Very clean, comfortable and well kept. The hosts were very accommodating, it was my birthday and they made me feel very welcomed. The view is beautiful, and I will definitely be staying again.

I loved my stay. The view is incredible and pictures didn’t do it justice. It was truly better than I expected. This place would not be easy to get to for mobility challenged individuals, and would be impossible for those who can’t take stairs. It was not an issue for me, but worth mentioning

Nice place.

A fun, clean place with all the amenities and very helpful host and team. We felt very welcome with our dogs. Note, the penthouse unit requires ascending one level by stairs but the views are worth it.

Schöne Wohnung, moderne Einrichtung, gute Ausstattung der Küche mit Spülmaschine Shampoo im Bad+ Waschmaschine und Trockner vorhanden, bequeme Betten, geräumige Zimmer. Highlight ist die Aussicht über Philadelphia!! Reading Terminal Market zu Fuß erreichbar. Leider war der Boden sehr dreckig, nach paar Minuten waren Socken/Füße direkt schwarz.

Great Views. Must climb fire exit stairs from 8th floor to 9th. Bit of a garbage smell in the hall. TV did not work. All else was great and the host generally tried to be communicative. Biggest complaint is the stairs because I asked about them and was told there were none.

Great Space the apartment is really nice and we really enjoyed the balcony! We sat out both days we were there. It’s very close to a lot of things to do in Philly 10 min from multiple venues and walking distance to Union Transfer. Parking lot was so easy to book and convenient to access it’s a major plus! Overall we enjoyed it. I will be transparent to say that there were people hanging around the entrance late at night smoking and hanging out, but there is a bar entrance where you enter the building. I quickly adjusted to the area and really enjoyed my stay! The is wonderful thank you Simon!

My stay with SoSuite is mostly good. The bathroom ceiling paint was hanging in the unit, but other than that everything was good.

I really wish I could write a better review because the space itself was incredible. The windows and the view made the experience a very special one. However, the furniture and the floors and the fixtures were all so cheaply done. The couch was falling apart and was very uncomfortable. The floors had lots of uneven areas, the shower door kept getting stuck—was difficult to open and close. So as much as we loved the experience of the incredible views, we probably would not go back. Such a disappointment.

The views were amazing. So many windows and gorgeous vistas were as promised. The building was nice and an onsite restaurant was very convenient. Having drinks and snacks available on the first floor was also nice. Unfortunately the floors were so dirty if you didn’t have shoes on your feet would be filthy in seconds. The shower door was immovable and you had to squeeze through a small opening and leave it open to exit. The couch cushion zipper was broken so the cushion foam was visible and wouldn’t stay covered making it unusable. I did see the couch cushion mentioned in a previous review weeks ago and had assumed it would’ve been fixed.

Convenient and did the job for a one night stay.

Simon was super responsive and everything was exactly as listed and what I expected. Way better than a tiny hotel room and i was closer and easier to get to Temple University.

Place was big and airy with fantastic panoramic views of the Philly skyline through wrap-around windows. Cute balcony with seats which we would have used more if it hadn't been so hot. Living room sofa was roomy and kitchen was fine and had the basics. Beds and pillows were really comfy. Bathroom was clean and water pressure was great. We liked the modern decor and art. A couple minor problems-- a stain on a pillowcase and on the comforter, and the zipper was broken on the sofa's chaise cushion so it wasn't fully covered. To be fair, we didn't complain at the time--they would probably have replaced the bedding, but it's definitely time for a new couch. Overall a very good stay. BTW -- it does say so in the listing but please note the elevators go to the 8th floor and then you take stairs to the 9th. Not an issue for us but would be if we had mobility issues.
