Such a beautiful place to stay!

Love the views and location. Easily walkable and a great local vibe.

I absolutely loved my stay! Everything looked just like the pictures, and the big windows, beautiful views, and balcony made it feel so peaceful and relaxing. It was quiet, easy to access, and felt just like home. My only suggestions would be to double-check the cleaning, as I noticed a few leftover items upon arrival, and add a light scent to freshen up the space. Otherwise, I appreciated the gentle, sensitive-skin-friendly products. The restaurant next door was also amazing, with delicious food, great service, and affordable prices! I had a wonderful birthday weekend and will definitely be back! ❤️

The apartment’s views and location are ideal; however, if you seek a penthouse that demands a reclean with floor mopping left at the door and daily weed odors drifting through the bathroom vent, this is the place for you.

Great host/stay! Beautiful view, easy check-in.

Great place! Very convenient location, parking can be tricky but luckily the venue we were playing was around the corner and we stayed parked in their gated lot overnight.

The place was just as pictured, with beautiful city views through the huge windows! I loved the exposed brick, high ceilings, and cozy bed with fluffy pillows. The AC and Wi-Fi worked great, and the coffee, water, pretzels, and other little goodies were a thoughtful touch. Gated parking was convenient, (not sure why the gate was open all day and no code needed) and catching an Uber right out front made exploring the city easy. Overall, a comfortable stay with lots of character. One thing I would suggest is mentioning in the listing that the unit is in a residential building, as I wasn't aware of that beforehand. My room didn't smell like smoke, but I occasionally noticed the smell of marijuana in the hallways. Clarifying the building's smoking policy would be helpful. Luggage carts would also make getting bags to the 8th floor easier, although I appreciated being offered a shopping cart. The windows are beautiful, but a few more curtains would help block the light. Thank you

This loft is really cool - and has such amazing potential. It’s a good size, the high ceilings and windows are fantastic. Bedrooms are big and have desks and big closets. We were there on warm days and the AC worked great. There is a covered garage with elevator. There is a concierge who was very nice and we felt very safe. The beds were comfortable and the bedding was fresh and clean. We enjoyed our stay but it wasn’t perfect. The place needs a refresh - a deep clean and a fresh coat of paint. There are really very few items to cook or eat with - for example there were 3 of us but there were only 2 dinner plates and we had to ask the management for forks. The sofa had a lot of stains on it and we contacted the management to let them know. They gave us a sheet to cover it during our stay, which was fine. Hopefully they will have cleaned it before future guests come. Overall I would stay again at this loft but these cosmetic changes would go a long way to making a 5 star rating.

Beautiful place, spacious, and exactly as pictured! I don’t know if Simon is a real person or not - our communication did not feel personable, but I had everything I needed and appreciated the clear instructions with photos! The building has a mix of leased/owned units, which are on different floors from the ones rented out. This made it feel more like a hotel than an Airbnb, which was fine w me, but felt pretty distant from AirBnb’s original goal. After booking I was asked to either put down a $250 damages hold or a one time, non-refundable $50 fee. I found this annoying. The space itself was great. Lovely view, great for photos, walking distance from the Met Philly. Would def stay here again!

Great location and BNB

Clean and stylish apartment with great views, lovely light, high ceilings, comfy bed—will be back!

Pros: We enjoyed the spaciousness of the apartment and the views. Other than occasional traffic noise (and the building fire alarm at one point - it was a false alarm), it was quiet. The beds were comfortable and we used the desks for remote work and used the washer and dryer multiple times during our 2-week stay. The communication with the hosts was great. It was helpful to have parking available, as we rented a car for part of our stay. The price was good. Cons: There was a very limited numbers of plates, bowls and flatware, which made it difficult to prepare and eat meals. We were moving our daughter and her pet cat to Philly, and when we arrived, the cat, stressed after a day of air travel, squeezed in the small space behind the toilet (the decorative base went nearly to the wall) and because she was so tense we couldn't get her out for a very stressful hour. The floors were pretty dirty. The neighborhood isn't the nicest (but this was reflected in the lower price).

Great place for a couple or small group! The penthouse stay was awesome (e.g. nice view of the city, quiet suite, VERY clean, responsive and helpful staff). Easy to get into with individual code access. The door has interior manual lock latches for extra safety. Neighborhood felt safe to walk in the daytime and at night. Very short walk to Union Transfer. There were fees for most extras, including requesting early check-in (not guaranteed), late check-out, on-site parking — all that are not included in initial booking. Heads up if booking on Airbnb: There is an additional mandatory security deposit (described in the listing’s House Rules) that we had to pay separately before checking in (this was a personal oversight of mine, and Sosuite reps were SO helpful, thorough, and responsive when I had questions). Pricing is fair for location and quality of the establishment itself, just factor in some extra $ if you’d like to add some extra convenience to your stay! We will be back! :)

So nice we felt right at home

Great place! Loved the industrial vibe, comfy beds and very responsive with any help or questions.

I arrived to check in around 7 PM and the loft was 81 degrees because the air conditioning was broken. Since the unit was on the 8th floor, the windows only cracked open, and it was a hot day. This was not considered a maintenance emergency and left unresolved for the duration of my stay (2 nights). The only options provided were to downgrade from the penthouse with a balcony and stunning city views to a 3rd-floor unit looking directly into a neighboring building or leave. This unit was dirty and didn't have a TV remote, so we couldn't use the television. I appreciated having another room since I was traveling alone with my minor child, but it was far below the standard of what I booked. I had requested all communication stay in the Airbnb app, but the host continued texting me directly. Communication was inconsistent. The "gated" parking lot was always left open. Very poor experience overall. I wouldn't feel comfortable booking with this host again.

We really enjoyed our stay at SoSuite overall. The apartment was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the location was convenient for exploring the city. We especially loved the secure keypad entry to the building, a staffed reception desk, and the keypad entry to the unit, which made check-in and coming and going throughout our stay incredibly easy. The team was friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay, and check-in and check-out were both simple and seamless. We did experience an air conditioning issue early in our stay, but the team stayed in communication with us and ultimately moved us to another accommodation, which resolved the problem. We appreciated their efforts to make things right and ensure the rest of our stay was comfortable. Overall, we had a positive experience and would definitely stay with SoSuite again. We especially appreciated the excellent communication and customer service and plan to book directly with SoSuite in the future.

The stay was absolutely amazing. It was the perfect place to celebrate the Fourth of July, with vibrant views and a truly private oasis that made the experience both relaxing and memorable. Everything exceeded my expectations, and the property was exactly as described. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting the area. My experience was outstanding, and if I return to Philadelphia, this will definitely be my first choice for accommodations.

Had a quick stay at this place. The apartment was a clean, comfortable, and bright, and communication was easy.

It was pretty good. The views were really excellent. The only downfall was there was no wash rags and there was no noise maker or ear plugs like said in the description. Also our shampoo and conditioner and body wash was completely empty. But other than that great stay and beautiful Airbnb! Parking was also easy if you pay for it.

This Airbnb was really nice, and the paid parking was definitely worth it. Overall, we had a great stay. The only downside was the communication experience. All the messages were 100% handled by an AI bot, so the responses were generic, repetitive, and unhelpful. Early check-in was shown as an option, but even after happily paying for it and entering my credit card information, they wouldn’t tell me if my early check-in was “fulfilled” or not. Despite telling them in advance, I received no update at any point, and of course, at the last minute, when we got there, it was not. Overall, it was a nice stay, but the customer support needs human intervention and should not be fully managed by AI.

Great stay. I didn’t expect the added security deposit which was a non refundable $50. That seems it should be included in the listing price upfront.

Wanted to find a place to catch up with an old friend from college and am so happy with our choice. It was very hot and thunder storms changed our plans to see the Chinese Lantern festival so having a really nice place to hang out and cook a meal or have a glass of wine on the balcony made the trip a success despite a derailed itinerary. The high ceilings and big windows made the place feel even bigger than it was. The bed and linens were comfy. There were multiple restaurants within a block. I did purchase parking and it was cheaper than anything else available and I was confident my car was safe for the trip and easy to access when we needed it. All the communication was great and there were lots of helpful information to plan a trip.

Very nice

Great apt - clean & comfy. Looked just like the pics. The views are spectacular. The place is well-appointed with toiletries, nightstands on both sides of the bed (yay!), a Keurig machine, and very new laundry/dryer. The free 2 bottles of water, 2 bags of pretzels, 2 laundry detergent pods, 2 dishwasher pods, and 4 K-cups + cream/sugar/sweetner were very much appreciated. It was also helpful that some basics for food prep/storage were provided, like olive oil and foil. When we requested it, we were provided with 4 add'l K-cups for our 2nd morning. The apt has lamps, hooks, and outlets in all the right places (thank you!). All the rooms are very spacious. The neighborhood is potentially a bit edgy - as someone not familiar with it, I wouldn't want to walk around at night - but in case of evening check-in, the restaurant downstairs is good and has very friendly service. I also wouldn't have wanted to park on the street, so the garage parking was worth it. All in all, an A+ stay.

The place was great and had the feel of a NYC Soho loft. The ceilings were super high, with exposed duct work and pipes. The windows were beautiful and the views were amazing. The place was super clean, the TV was great, and the linens were nice. The place was perfect for what we needed and the beds were comfortable too. The parking was suitable for our larger SUV. The only consideration is the neighborhood, which is just starting to be on the outskirts of city center. If you plan to Uber, which we did, to where you wanted to go, it will work just fine. Its not a great walking neighborhood, but again, we didn't need to because we used Uber. The restaurant/bar on the first floor was also a plus, for a quick bite or nightcap. The bodega across the street from the entrance was also very convenient to get small grocery items for the stay.

Wonderful stay!

I went to Philly with a coworker for a convention at the Convention Center. We could easily walk there from Sosuite as well as explore a lot of the city on foot. I'm from Philly and wanted to show my coworker around. It was a good jumping off point for that.

Did not get to stay long but enjoyed the little time soent

The host is very responsive and patient. Staff is extremely professional and kind. I would absolutely recommend this space and look forward to booking in the future for a peaceful visit.

This is an exciting corner loft apartment with soaring ceilings, towers of glass and expansive views that anyone interested in architecture would appreciate. The apartment is high enough that there are unobstructed views all the way to the fine art museum. Nice little balcony. The apartment was clean but some furnishings a bit worn. Good kitchen, washer/dryer, Kureg coffee, a variety of teas, hot water was plentiful. The apartment was very quiet, especially with the windows closed. Zero noise from adjoining units. I chose this area because it was close to my daughter who we were visiting but the neighborhood is nothing special. The paid on-site parking was well worth it for convenience. We traveled around the city by car, Lyft, and bus. All good options. If you like Indian food, dine at Tumeric Indian Kitchen- a short walk. So good and well priced.

Great stay very convenient very nice quick check in and out process

Very unique penthouse suite! We went to the opening day Phillies game & needed a place to crash afterwards. The views of the city were great & the rooms were gorgeous with the large wraparound windows. The mini kitchen & balcony were a nice addition. We will be back!

We enjoyed our stay at SoSuite while in town for a 2-day conference. The location was convenient to most areas that we needed to access and on-site parking was very handy though the underground lot is quite tight. The unit itself is very clean, though some of the floors felt sticky when barefoot (so recommend having house slippers or shoes on) likely due to a type of cleaner. The common area left more to be desired with dust and scent but we didn't mind for this short trip.

Great view, but it was not clean enough for the price. Cons: The floor needed to be mopped, left our socks black. The shower had a ton of random cleaner in it so it took some time to clean out to take the first shower. Maybe the dispenser is leaking? Not sure. The fridge condenser was constantly noisy as was some weird outlet fan. So we basically just hung out in the bedrooms to get away from that. Pros: nice view, big windows, quiet in bedrooms. Good bed and clean sheets. Decent price for the location and a nice view, but the listing leaves expectations for upkeep of the place much higher then experienced.

Great price for this 2 bedroom place! Beautiful huge windows with amazing views of the city. In a good location, less than a 15 minute walk to center city. Would def stay here again.

Communication was clear & kind, all questions were answered quickly. Having parking there was a huge plus you definitely don’t want to drive around the area searching for a spot on the street somewhere. The restaurant attached was too perfect had good food/drinks was so nice not having to get back in a car or walk a few blocks to find something. Overall the place was exactly like the pictures, clean, spacious, cool views, had all you would need there except any extra blankets I would suggest bringing one for yourself if you like to be cozy.

I really love this place. I prefer the aesthetics of a loft vs. a standard hotel room and this place gave me that. Huge windows and totally workable kitchen. I have already booked another stay in the future. Simon was easy to communicate with.

Everything was fantastic during our stay! The apartment felt just like home and offered amazing views. We absolutely loved it and will definitely plan another staycation here soon just to go. Its location was perfect, close to everything we needed, and the NBA game was just a quick drive away, which made our visit even more convenient. Drove 10 minutes to get food the next day before hitting the road! The only minor downside was that the water could have been warmer, but it didn’t affect our stay since we were only there for one night. A quick shower was had!

Apartment was beautiful, looked even better than pictures. Beds comfortable with nice linens. Parking was reasonable and lots of places within walking distance. As others have mentioned, water pressure left a lot to be desired and hot water could have lasted a bit longer particularly if you have more then 2 people staying there. Host was very responsive. I'd be happy to stay here again.

a very beautiful place. in the middle of everywhere i wanted to be. the only issue we had was some issues with the water heater having some troubles, but we eventually came to a reasonable solution. the windows make for a breath-taking view, but also can get a bit drafty. the full kitchen was a very nice touch, even though the surrounding area has a ton of amazing food. having a washer and dryer was also a very pleasant bonus.

I was sad about the recent Sonder collapse and was looking for something similar for me and my friends to spend some time together in, then I found Sosuite and can now make more amazing memories. I adored Sonder, but this place was even better. Lovely place to stay!! :) I love love love self check in apartment hotels!!!

My stay at Simon’s Sosuite was amazing from start to finish. The place was clean, stylish, and exactly as described. Check-in was smooth, communication was easy, and the space had everything I needed to feel comfortable. The location was perfect and made getting around super convenient. I would definitely book again — highly recommend staying here

We loved our stay and for the price you literally can’t get a better view! We have recommended this to everyone we know! Easy to get around, parking was the only thing that took us a minute to figure out but the front desk was so helpful! Also- the restaurant connected is wonderful- highly recommend!

This place has great views over the city and a friendly, responsive host. The location is perfect for the nearby music venues. It's a short walk to Chinatown and Reading Market and a longer walk to other neighborhoods.

This place was sooo beautiful! There were so many windows overlooking the city, absolutely loved it! The place was clean and felt like home. Walking distance to a lot of great spots! And the front desk was able to hold my luggage while I explored!

We like the stay, the apartment was well-equipped with toiletries, teas, coffees, the beds were nice and comfortable. Loved the view and massive windows! Sleeping was ok, it was not pitch-black in the room, but we slept well anyways. What we did not like is the cleanliness - the living room rug was old and nasty (I would just toss it), and the floors were never mopped. We couldn’t find a mop in the apartment to help with that. That is a shame, since outside of these two things, the place was nearly perfect.

Awesome one night stay at Sosuite! The apartment was awesome with wonderful views tons of windows and plenty of space. It was clean and had everything we needed. The balcony and the views were a big plus as well. Easy to find and check-inn. I would definitely stay here again in the future. Well worth what I paid.

Amazing spot, great cafe's nearby, especially Cafe Lift, breathtaking views from massive windows. The place is decorated quite well, there is a garage available as well. Will definitely stay again.

Gorgeous spot in Philly and at a great price! A friend and I stayed here while in town for a concert and absolutely loved the space.

Simon was a great host who was very responsive and helpful. Apartment was great, spacious and had everything you need with nice bar/restaurant attached. Neighbourhood was a little noisy at night and wouldn’t have felt safe walking after dark. I felt the cost of car parking was excessive and didn’t realise I’d be paying over $100 NZD for 2nights. Other than that we had a great stay 😊

Perfect private balcony, a huge plus having onsite parking and listed at an amazing price!

This is my third experience with Simon and So Suite, and my second time staying at this location. The unit was spacious and had an incredible view. The living room and primary bedroom had breathtaking views. If you have a dog, I will say be aware that you'll be up a few flights, which means taking your dog to the bathroom can be an event. However, the unit is gorgeous, so it was worth the effort for me. Also, a major attraction was the parking. You can pay to park your car in the private garage and avoid the headache of finding parking on the street. I will say that both times I stayed there, the elevator was a bit slow. It's clearly in an older building, so prepare to be patient with the hassle and bustle of the elevator. Other than that. Worth the stay, and I plan to come back.

We were in town for a concert, and this was what we were looking for! It was so nice for it to be a dog friendly place, that makes our lives a lot easier. It was an easy walk to our venue and other local attractions as well. We especially loved the balcony, which is where we had our morning coffee/tea!
