Positive: the location Negative: We were 5 people. In reality, there were only 3 towels, so we had to share them. The soap and shampoo dispensers were completely empty, and we had to use hand soap instead. There were dried urine stains on the toilet seat. There was no bedding provided for the sofa bed. After I contacted support via chat asking for more towels, they directed me to a closet in the basement. The next day, I requested a complete swap for all our towels, but they sent only 2 instead of 5. Once again, we had to share towels. An absolute disgrace. Not recommended.

Fantastic location. Quiet / safe street but close to so many downtown activities. Nice little grassy park nearby. Rooftop deck was a really nice perk, with a great view of the bridge and fireworks when they go off. Liked the high ceilings and natural light in the unit. You can tell that cupboards / certain materials are not great quality, as there were multiple cabinets / drawers that were not sliding very well. We were on the top floor, so we can't speak to how noisy having someone above you would be, but when we were moving our stuff in, someone made a noise complaint about us (but SoSuite was very kind about informing us), so that does seem to confirm what some other reviewers have said about hearing your upstairs neighbor quite well. All and in all, would stay here again.

This was a fine stay but a couple notes. The couch pictured in the listing is not the couch that is in this unit, so it doesn’t fold out into a bed. This was super disappointing. When we tried to pull it out to check if there was a futon, we saw a ton of crumbs and dust underneath. We also asked if there was any chance we could check in a bit early, they said they would let us know. Once check-in time came around, they alerted us the place was not ready yet and they needed 30 extra minutes.

Place wasn’t clean, Trash was left behind in room, They also Stated that the room wasn’t clean they missed the cleaning for that unit, location is horrible for parking

Moderno e comodo al centro Positive: Appartamento accogliente, moderno. Cucina ben attrezzata. Posizione eccellente, si arriva in centro senza prendere mezzi pubblici. Silenzioso.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gepflegt und sieht schön aus. Des Weiteren gibt es einen sehr schönen Rooftop den man Abends nutzen kann und die Stadt gut sieht. Das einzige Problem sind die Wände, welche sehr Geräuschdurchlässig sind und man somit jeden hochlaufen hört oder den Nachbar neben an Niesen hört.

Positive: Die Lage in der Old-City ist ausgezeichnet. Die Reiniung Negative: Die Reinigung des Apartments war suboptimal.

Very nice place to stay!

L’apartament és molt bonic i està rehabilitat amb molt bon gust i qualitat. L’apartament també està molt ben equipat (forn,nevera,rentadora, Secadora…) . I el barri i la zona on s’ubica està molt bé. L’únic inconvenient és que durant la nit la maquinària de l’edifici fa un soroll terrible i és impossible dormir… l’amfitrió posa a disposició dels hostes taps per les orelles i altres elements per poder dormir, però el soroll és tant fort que és impossible poder descansar. Haguéssim agraït que algú ens avisés abans de llogar l’apartament, per això trobo important escriure aquest comentari.

SCAMMERS!! Worst experience I had on this app. The host changed the name, place of stay and the dates out of nowhere after following their instructions. They refused to give a refund and Airbnb did nothing about it, I will escalate this to the credit card company and report this whole situation to the business bureaus. Be aware!!!

Negative: Had to ask for extra bath towels 5 guest 4 bath towels. Got them 2nd day. No hooks in bathroom for wet towels

Great value, spacious, host was super responsive and helped me arrange luggage storage in the unit early. Ac was a little loud and filters need a clean other than that everything was great, they even provided extra towels which I appreciate :)

Had a fantastic stay! Check-in was a breeze, and I absolutely loved the high-quality, fluffy towels—a rare treat compared to most places. I would definitely stay here again.

great location and beautiful space!

Stayed here for the location to a nearby venue but ended up loving everything else about it. The place was clean and looked beautiful from the moment we walked into the building. The hosts were responsive and communicated very well with any questions I had. It was very easy to find and instructions were simple to get inside. I will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Philly = people and pigeons! Neither of which I like. Positive: It was clean and spacious. Contemporary. Roof seating with a nice view. Negative: A little noisy at night; traffic and constant dog barking. The view from the windows was of a building next door. Parking is a nightmare. Can't find parking and when you do you have to walk forever to get to your destination.

It was a great apartment for what we needed... However take into account that this is a loft apartment so you have a big bedroom up a small spiral staircase that is open to the below living room. The host does a good job of closing that are with heavy curtains that can be open or closed. The bedroom downstairs is a good size and the bathroom is decent in size. Location is awesome and the neighborhood is simply the best in Philly. We stayed 2 couples in the apartment whoch if we stayed for a longer stay (we had just 2 nights)... I would have picked a 2 bed / 2 bath just for a little more privacy. Overall the place is great and the hosts are pros!

Cute loft in downtown Philadelphia Positive: Beautiful apartment in a great location. Beds were great, and the kitchen was well equipped. Negative: The window in the living room looks directly to the next house’s wall. The apartment does not become much natural light.

This is the perfect spot for me to come up to celebrate my daughter for her birthday weekend. The kitchen is stuck with enough amenities to cook a meal. The beds were comfortable, and the pillows were amazing. The check-in instructions were extremely helpful in terms of where to park how to get in and how to locate the building .

This was the perfect place for my friends and I to stay while we visited Philadelphia. It was walkable to the Arden Theatre, lots of shops, and the waterfront. The place was quiet and felt safe and clean. We were all comfortable and happy!

Cozy spot, nice break from reality. Me and bfs car towed so be aware and just private park or public transportation atp! Lastly if you want to cook bring your own pots because the quality isn’t non stick :(. Nonetheless everything was beautiful!

Great place, very clean. Modern, safe neighborhood

We were in a real bind and scammed from another property in a pretty sketchy area while sitting in the car, I messaged a couple different hosts for last minute availability this Host got back to me and continue to communicate with me back-and-forth until we could secure something with him. He worked out driving distances location, availability, and pricing after learning the spot would be perfect for what we needed this weekend. We rented this unit the minute we drove into the neighborhood. We already felt at ease, knowing it was clean and safe, we were able to walk around and find many places to eat little places to shop in the history of the neighborhood inside the unit was exactly as described it was very clean and accommodating

I wouldn’t ever pay what I did (roughly $4k/month) for a bathroom that that had externals in the shower, the tile in the shower was super slippery (honestly, it’s a beneath trap), the bedroom was okay but I had to ask for a duvet (moved in on Feb 1st and it was freezing and no duvet!), the kitchen was laughable (who doesn’t have a saute pan?? The tv?) Forget watching tv - bring your laptop. Yeah. All told? NO.

Lovely space, with everything you need. Beds were comfy, very clean and tidy. Perfect to access old town. Hosts were very responsive and allowed us to check in slightly early when we messaged. They had complimentary ear plugs for any loud noise as there's a train and some people outside on the weekend. This wasn't much of an issue and a great gesture in case you couldnt sleep throught the noise.

We were highly satisfied with our stay. Positive: Very convenient location, comfortable beds, there’s everything we needed for a short stay. Negative: The dryer doesn’t fully dries.

Our host was super proactive, friendly and helpful, reaching out as soon as we booked the property and following up throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed for a wonderful experience. The rental is located in a great section of the city, walkable to great sights and restaurants, but tucked away enough to provide privacy.

The location of this airbnb was excellent. The neighborhood was updated and felt safe. I was taken back by being required to pay a pet free on the day of check-in on the hosts 3rd party portal page after the Airbnb page and price breakdown showing that there was no pet fee when staying at this location with 1 pet. Booking through Airbnb but listing all check-in, check-out, and miscellaneous information on the 3rd party portal felt misleading and lacking the security and protection that Airbnb offers. We enjoyed the layout of the apartment and took advantage of how walkable it was to many local coffee shops and restaurants. We were lucky enough to find nearby street parking, though spots can be difficult to find and the zones are only "2 Hour Parking".

Had a great stay at the Sosuite's loft. The place looks exactly like the pictures - maybe even a bit more spacious - and the self check-in was very convenient for us. The kitchen was very clean and supplied with almost everything. The communication with the host was very quick and efficient, even tho it was during Xmas. The staff overlooked bringing the hair dryer that was missing but it was during the holidays so maybe that's why. Overall, it was a great stay and I would visit again. The location and price were convenient for a last minute booking on holiday season and the host instructions made the check in and stay smooth.

Jean was very communicative during the entire stay and was quick to have extra coffee and blankets delivered

222 Vine is a favorite of mine when visiting Philly. It is in the heart of Old City. The accomodations were perfeft for my Dog and I. The Sosuite team is responsive, helpful, and a pleasure to deal with.

Great apartment. Near all the old city bars. Clean and comfortable. Also checkout was so easy. They take care of the sheets towels dishes trash etc. Great find!

Not what I expected. Bathroom and kitchen were dirty (moldy bathroom, dirty sink). The kitchen faucet was broken and the water pressure in the shower was a dribble. The walls have dirty handprints everywhere. They badly to be repainted. The location was OK, parking was pretty hard to come by, but walkable if needed. Check in and out was very easy and the communication was excellent.

This is a wonderful space in a walkable and active, yet still very peaceful neighborhood! The hosts were incredibly accommodating and helpful, and also provided a seamless process for check in and check out. 100% would stay again!

Gross, modern, gut gelegen. Positive: Bilder entsprechen 1:1 der Realität. Sehr gross, sauber und modern. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Sehr bequeme Betten (1x Queen, 1x riesen Kingsize). Totale Stille In der Nacht. Sehr gute Lage. Alles von Interesse ist entweder zu Fuss erreichbar oder mit dem Bus. Die Fensterfront bietet keinen Ausblick (direkt an Fassade). Es hat aber eine grosse Dachterrasse. Negative: Am Wochenende kann man im Quartier gratis parkieren. An Wochentagen muss man sich vermutlich etwas informieren. Dachterrasse ist leider unbeleuchtet. Check in hat gut geklappt. Ohne Mobiltelefon mit Internetzugang wird es schwierig. Es ist niemand vor Ort. Wir haben spontan gebucht. Evtl. bekommt man die Zugangsdaten normalerweise schon vorher.

Positive: Tolle Wohnung, zentral gelegen. Philadelphia kann man von hier aus gut zu Fuß erreichen.

Great and easy stay

This was the perfect stay for a quick weekend in Philly. Walkable to both Old City, Northern Liberties, and Fishtown. Area is under construction, but that did not hinder us at all.

From the moment we booked, the communication with the host was seamless and welcoming ! The location of the apartment was perfect for exploring the area, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. our experience with Airbnb was nothing short of exceptional.

For the record, I've stayed at another Sosuite property over the Industrial restaurant and found the accommodations to be more than fair and cozy for the price point so I felt it relatively safe to book with this one. Our check-in code did not work upon arrival. I was able to resolve that somewhat okay but it took some time to get in touch with someone. The linens (the spare sheets in the closet as well) in the bedroom on the 1st floor were covered in various types of hair from however many species that inhabited the space previously that I could not sleep comfortably. I ended up having to run out and get some. To this, they offered a measly $30 off and when i requested that at least the entire cleaning fee should be refunded because I could not rest, i got the good ole "I'll have to ask a manager and will follow up with you." 2 weeks have gone by and I still havent heard back from them. Unhelpful customer service when our car was towed and we needed luggage storage options.

Great place. Convenient and very walkable area. Super responsive when our code didn't work at check in (within 3 minutes) Apt was lovely, clean and had everything we needed. If we need to stay in Philly again, I would definitely consider this apartment first.
