The area

Encompassing the city’s busiest and most densely packed cultural, historical, and entertaining neighborhoods, Center City — bracketed east/west from the Delaware River to the Schuylkill River and north/south from Spring Garden Street to South Street — features Philly’s premier downtown area as well as an ever-expanding skyline.

It’s also home to the city’s most historic neighborhoods — including Old City and Society Hill — and many tourist attractions on Independence Mall and elsewhere.

As a primary destination for travelers, Center City boasts a majority of the biggest and toniest hotels in the region and more restaurants, bars, and cafes than any other part of the city. Sparkling nightlife and dining options under the Center City umbrella include Chinatown, Rittenhouse Square, and Old City.

Philadelphia, one of the country's most walkable cities, is incredibly easy to navigate either by foot or by public transportation. That just leaves one question: Where to park the car?
ON-SITE PARKING:
The building offers paid valet parking starting at $60/day (discounts for longer stays)
We'll share the link to reserve your spot with them once you book.
ON-STREET PARKING
Philadelphia has thousands of metered spots throughout the city, perfect if you only plan to park for an hour or two. The area near this unit usually has a little street parking available. Be sure to read all parking signs very carefully before leaving your car to avoid ticketing and towing during hours in which parking may be prohibited.
OTHER OPTIONS
For moving around, you'll also find several bus stops, bike ride-sharing stations, and subway stations.
Otherwise, we recommend getting around the city using Uber or Lyft - its fairly affordable & we'd be happy to share discount codes with you!

“Great old building with modern amenities, fast to communicate. I might, however, choose a more residential area of nearby South Philly if you want a more authentic experience - otherwise in the old town you’re pretty much dealing exclusively with Liberty Bell tourists and the homeless population. I also think some of their comms are run by a bot - at one point I asked for information on parking and the next thing I knew the property was trying to charge me $60 for a valet I never asked for. Regardless, good value and clean space with a huge gym which I appreciated.”
