this was an amazing place to stay! they even came to the loft and hand delivered us a toaster because we did not have one in the unit. host was always responsive and did an amazing job of making us feel welcomed!

Everything was so easy and smooth. The location turned out to be perfect as far as not having to worry about my car being towed or messed up . The loft was very nice and spacious . The second room is not listed in the picture but it is very nice and has a lot of space . I would definitely stay here again.
Great apartment to stay while in Philly. Parking was a bit challenging at times, but we were always able to find a spot. Host was always responsive.
Booked a last minute stay here, was such a great value for how beautiful the loft Apartment was. Beautifully designed and amazing water pressure in the showers. Rooftop and Communal area on the first floor with ping pong and billiards table was an amazing touch as well. Would definitely stay here again if the unit was available next time I come to philly.
The space at West Lofts was perfect for our stay. Open and spacious with room to relax as well as get a great night's sleep. Hosts were very responsive to any needs we had. We're already hoping to return when we visit our son at Thanksgiving.

We had a really nice 2 nights stay. The place was very roomy with lots of space for the 3 of us. It’s in a very convenient location for the university of Pennsylvania.

This was a great spot for my friends and I to stay for the weekend! They had lots of things to do at the lofts such as pool, ping pong, foosball, a balcony and gym! The front desk was extremely nice and helpful! The room itself was very spacious, we all felt right at home.

Awesome views of the city from the rooftop terrace. If I ever come back to Philly, I will definitely stay here again.

Frustrated that I found out the day before that my booking was somehow cancelled. After getting that resolved and finally checking in, I discovered my room (1st floor) was never cleaned. I called Simon and was given a new room (4th floor) but was unable to get in with the first code or 2 following codes I was given. I was assigned a third room (back to 1st floor) at this point. The code worked this time and the room was clean. My original room was supposed to be a 3 bedroom and though my final room was a 2 bedroom I found this was sufficient as the apartment was very roomy. I was told I could only stay in this apartment for one night and my original room would be cleaned so I could move back into it the next day. I had to complain about this as I had enough with moving from apartment to apartment, and was allowed to stay in this one for the rest of my stay. My final complaint was that my room code was disabled on my last day before my checkout time at 11. I had to request a new code.
Fast response parking is not so great over there. The water didn’t stay hot long, Anytime I have questions. They did respond very fast and try to help me as soon as possible.

The unit was amazing! Simon was very responsive and friendly. The building is very nice, inviting, and exceptionally quiet. We did experience one issue where the hot water changed from hot to cold very quickly while a guest was showering, which caused a startled reaction and resulted in a noise complaint. Aside from that, everything was great, and we would definitely stay here again if we’re in Philadelphia.

I loved this stay!! Easy instructions for how to get inside, check in was easy other than waiting for someone to let us into the main building (they don’t give you the building code). but everything after that was easy and seemless, the front desk tells you where to go and you enter in the corner unit. It doesn’t get direct sunlight but the big windows still bring in such beautiful natural light. The kitchen was well stocked with enough to make a meal if you bring your own ingredients. The rooms were great and beds were comfortable, pillows are supperrrr soft so if you like firm pillows bring your own:) The amenities are great! Full gym, lounge with games, and it’s such a big and beautiful building! Commutation was great with sosouite, the website they give you to check in has everything you’d need, and is the most easy and helpful process i’ve seen from an airbnb. Definitely worth the price, a great spot :) We even got fresh towels habded to us right when we walked to the door.
Spent Thanksgiving week in Philly. Had everything we needed to cook. Very nice and comfortable space. Thoughtful additions for travelers.
The loft was great and well appointed. The only problem, which it feels important for people to know about, is that there’s almost no sound proofing in this building. You can hear everything from nearby rooms, and during our first night there was a huge party next door (despite the quiet hours rules being very explicitly and forcefully described in all the communications we received). We alerted the doorman but nothing was done so it went on really late and we were quite frustrated.

We expected in-person contact, wi-fi connection, working TV, and resolution of the absence of those. The suite was lovely, but basically a movie set. Expect more for over $300 for 2 nights.

Good value - place was mostly as advertised. Had to do a deep clean once we got there as there was a lot of dust in the bedrooms and grime in the bathrooms. Bedrooms were hot and poorly ventilated compared to the living room/kitchen area which made sleeping conditions less than ideal. Definitely would recommend for a short term stay but would be wary of the above if considering a longer-term stay. All things considered, we were grateful to have such a well located place at a great price point!
Good but wish for cleaner floors, better towels. Warning: fell entering upper walk of workout room. Unmarked stains in unlit hall which begin before you open the door. The door’s placement is halfway into the first stair. Needed to x-ray knee and hampered my trip and next weeks as I recover. Please ask the building for clear signage. A little light would also help. Such a hazard!

A good set up. Simon and team were responsive, the apartment was clean and tidy and spacious. Comprehensive amenities. It may be useful to be aware that the walls are very thin and other tenants in adjoining apartments may disturb you - you can hear the TV, loud voices, partying very clearly. Overall, a good listing and a 20 minute safe walk to university city.

Il est également très fonctionnel même si la cuisine pourrait être un peu mieux équipée . Literie impeccable et nous disposions de 2 salles de bains . Le loft de Simon a rendu notre séjour magnifique et très agréable . Simon a toujours été réactif et à l’écoute . Il répond à toutes nos interrogations dans les meilleurs délais. Le seule chose que j’ai moins appréciée : les environs qui n’avaient pas trop d’intérêt . J’ai choisi ce quartier car pas trop loin de l’université de Drexel . Le loft est à 10’ à pied du métro … donc facile pour visiter le centre ville . Par contre je déconseille fortement de prendre le métro après une certaine heure… gros problème d’insécurité . Je recommande fortement le loft de Simon
We’ve stayed in many Airbnb places; and this was one of the best; great location and easiest check in and check out ever, literally we just had to pack our things when we left, SoSuite took care of everything else; and when you’re trying to get to a train or the airport this was such an added bonus. The beds and linens were very comfy and the place itself just had a great flow. Don’t hesitate to stay here; we will definitely be back. Thank you for an amazing and relaxing stay!

Had a family member at Upenn hospital. The airbnb suited our needs. Short drive to the hospital. The immediate area is a bit run down. Overall okay though and felt safe. The actual unit is very cute and spacious. Bathrooms are quite nice. The only thing is they could have been cleaner. Overall the rental was perfect for what we needed.

Place was very nice and clean. There is a lack of parking and only one key fob, so if you’re traveling with a family you would most likely drop off your family then go find parking. Not in the greatest of areas but overall very nice

This place is exactly like the pictures and an amazing place to stay. There are stairs into the building and the apartment is a small distance from the front door, which was not a problem for us but something to note when booking. Also it is only street parking so you will most likely have a distance to walk from your car to the building. Overall it was an amazing stay, the place is so clean and cozy and exactly as described. We did encounter an issue with the fob that was left inside the apartment to enter and exit the building. Simon was very responsive however he never followed up with a definite answer so we had to take matters into our own hands. This wasn’t hard at all because the staff at the front desk were amazing and super helpful, and ended up giving us a new fob all together. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Very nice building with great amenities, like the gym and “lobby”. The apartment has some wear and tear but was perfectly comfortable for 4 people and a dog. The location is great, with easy to find street parking.
The apartment had more than enough space to give my wife and I privacy with our additional third party without making her feel cramped to accommodate our privacy. The stay was presented as it appeared in reality and we were very safe with the two points of security.
After a little stumble with early check in, the stay was smooth. The building is very interesting and a the apartment was spacious for the city. We stayed a whole month, and it was quite comfortable. We’d stay again.
Simon is always very responsive and helpful. Of course I would always like to pay less for a place to stay but this is definitely worth what I paid. We have staid at these places several times. They are clean and comfortable. Parking can be challenging but that is the case everywhere in Philly.

We have stayed at 3 of the Sosuite place in the West Lofts in West Philly. Although parking can be difficult it is in walking distance of University City. Simon is a great host and is always available to answer questions.
Cool building and loft but some issues We loved the building and apartment. Especially fun common room and great gym. Parking was a bit dicey, the neighborhood was sketchy, and there were no instructions in the apartment. We had to message the host to find out the Wi-Fi password and get check-out instructions. Also there was a fair amount of noise from the hallway, not ideal for small children who go to bed and nap when others are awake. One of the two bedrooms had no windows, and the kitchen was not well stocked for cooking, only the bare essentials.

This was a perfect place to stay while visiting family in Philly. The bus stop(s) are very close to the apartment, and you can get to pretty much anywhere in town without a ton of walking; although a bit slower, I would recommend the busses over the train (especially at night). Be aware of the extra deposit required outside of AirBnB; this wasn't a problem for us but it's something to consider. The check-in process was super smooth and overall a great experience.

Very beautiful place
We had a great stay at the lofts! It’s such a cool place with lots of charm. We had a few minor issues with the cleaning at check in but nothing huge and Simon was very quick to respond and help us. The place worked great for our family of three (one little one) for an extended visit to CHOP the childrens hospital. Plenty of space to play, good AC, great TV options, keurig was a nice touch! Comfy beds, could use a few more pillows for comfort. It is street parking but we didn’t have to park outside of the main block except for twice and that was when we returned late at night - very normal for city street parking. We enjoyed the dog park area, some of the local food (48th Street Grille, Pizza Plus, vegan options too) there is an Aldi close by and a CVS, wine stores etc. Door Dash and food delivery to to the lofts is super easy and no contact. Front door security is nice as well for safety. We had a great stay!! Would definitely come back!

Great place and perfect location for Roots Picnic, just keep in mind the reservation is managed by SoSuite so a waiver is required to be signed before check in and a deposit incremental to the booking cost is held. Everything went off without a hitch though. Would definitely return!

Very spacious apartment. One bedroom downstairs and a beautiful loft. Very high ceilings give it a very nice charm to the place. Well furnished. Perfect if you are going into U. Penn. Its only about a 15-20 minute walk to the campus.
The only good thing about this place very friendly staff and dogs are allowed, but in the apartment everything is broken, starting with couch, kitchen shelves and cabinets , clogged sinks, and of course couple cockroaches running around! Bed sheet was with stains, but host said they were old and over washed, they sent a guy to fix everything and of course couldn’t do a thing. The location is not safe, once we’ve seen blood all over inside the building and outside as well, management kindly informed us about some incident in the night… Definitely would recommend to find better place!!!
I had a great stay at this location. Simon was very responsive to a couple of questions I had. The apartment was super spacious and comfortable. There is a shared public space with pool tables, table football, and table tennis. Its a beautiful building. I hope to stay here again in the future.
There is no parking it is not safe to park on street and walk in the area at night. There were a huge leak that flooded the bedroom and they did not fix it during our stay. The rooms are old school building turned into apartment and not ready to be used. Its dark and leaky and rusted pipes everywhere. Still under construction and not safe especially with kids.
