We had a great stay. Parking is always a challenge in Fishtown, but once we got that taken care of we were quite pleased with the accommodations. We didn’t realize until the third night that there is an additional half bath off the kitchen. It’s near the train tracks and some bars, but the place is very quiet and we had no trouble sleeping through it, even without the earplugs that were provided. There are several outstanding restaurants nearby, which is convenient if you don’t plan to do any cooking. We would gladly stay here again!

Had a wonderful stay! I was so glad to find a place in such a convenient location, with plenty of great restaurants, shops, and bars nearby. Just a heads up for future guests: there is a $50 non-refundable deposit or a $150 refundable deposit that needs to be paid before receiving the check-in information. It is mentioned in the listing, but I happened to overlook it when booking, so I just wanted to mention it here for anyone who might miss it as well. Other than that, I had no complaints and really enjoyed my stay!

We had a great stay!

The place was nicely appointed and overall comfortable. Easy to find and centrally located which was great for finding restaurants and walking about. The El is close by but didn't bother us thanks to the sound machines in each bedroom. Unfortunately, the floors were very gritty and dusty especially in corners and the shower grout had a lot of mold. We made Sosuite aware of these and they contacted us right away and were sincerely concerned (I felt) about the issues we pointed out. Hopefully they will have their cleaning service take care of the problems before the next people come in. That being said, we would give Sosuite another chance and rent this unit from them again.

We had a very enjoyable stay. The location felt very safe and was within a short walk of several great restaurants and cafés. It’s an excellent location if you don’t mind the normal noise that comes with busy city life, including passing trains and street noise. The beds were very comfortable, with clean linens and fresh towels, which we really appreciated. The kitchen could have used a little more cleaning, but overall the apartment was comfortable and worked well for our group. We were a party of five traveling with a tiny dog, and everyone enjoyed the stay. We would happily stay here again!

Great stay!

The location is perfect! It is a couple flights of stairs and there’s a trolley track pretty close that you can easily hear. They provide noise machines and honestly after the first day we didnt even notice the sound. We had a problem with blankets for the pullnout couch (they werent there) we asked them to bring some and they said they would the next day but they never arrived. We would stay here again just based on the location.

Perfect weekender Positive: We truly enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect and the virtual assistant was really helpful. Parking wasn't horrible but it took us about five minutes to find a street spot. The amenities inside of the property were nice. We would stay again.

This is a lovely place. The bedrooms were like new hotel rooms, and were really peaceful. The kitchen is also new--the sink is easy to use and there was enough kitchenware to cook. I really liked that there was a powder room on the first floor--very convenient. There are two flights of stairs to get to the unit and then the unit has a flight to get to the bedrooms (not a problem for me but may be for others). I really liked this apartment, it was perfect for Philly vibes and it was super super clean. There are a ton of things to do in the neighborhood--ice cream, concerts, groceries and a little shopping...it felt safe to me at night. I highly recommend taking SEPTA, as there isn't a lot of parking around. Great location, great hosts, lovely unit!

Very conveniently located in Fishtown, walking distance to many restaurants and local businesses. The place is spacious yet cozy. Parking is very difficult in this area.

It was an overall great experience!

We stayed here for 7 weeks after we had to move out for water damage remediation. This apartment was a nice place to call home temporarily. Hosts were quick to respond to any messages. Affordably priced and in a great location.

For the most part, loved staying here! It is on the 3rd & 4th floor, so only book if you are ok with stairs. Great location with lots of things to do nearby. Easy access to public transportation and not too much difficulty to find parking. Host was great with communication! White noise machines in each bedroom were nice, as you can hear the trains go by. Walls between the two units on the third/fourth floor are pretty thin, so you can hear your neighbor but it was not an issue for me. I was provided with plenty of laundry/dishwasher pods, trash bags, tp, etc. Beds were very nice! One suggestion would be a toaster, but otherwise the kitchen had everything I needed. Overall, a great place to stay!

This place is clean and cozy and the neighborhood is ideal. Jean was really responsive to any questions/requests and the apartment was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Just a heads up that the SoSuite app/website lists the address as being in Media when it’s actually in Philadelphia.
