Great place to stay in fishtown
Great spot right in the middle of Fishtown. Perfect for what we needed and the hosts were very communicative and resolved a couple small issues quickly. Thanks for a great stay.

I recommend this Bnb, We had easy access it was safe and in a beautiful neighborhood with a live music hall across the street, there were trains but honestly not a lot went by so it was quiet! very nice and lovely i will definitely be back we stayed for 2 nights and they were so responsive and the place was clean!!
We had a great, easy stay at this property. Everything was clean and well appointed, it felt very much like home. We really appreciated the small touches of snacks and coffee/tea and earplugs for those who aren't used to city life. Communication was great, access was easy and the location was unbeatable. I also had no problem finding parking in the neighborhood.
Average experience. Unclear check-in instructions. Batteries in keypad died multiple times resulting in several lock outs. Neighbors upstairs are incredibly loud between 3 and 5am. Loved the neighborhood, great location, however too many issues happened here without a positive resolution available. Would not stay here again
Nice spot great location
The check-in was a bit frustrating since it was delayed and couldn't check in because of a late cleaning, but otherwise, the host was responsive. They mentioned it might be noisy, which we heard when sitting in the living room, but otherwise, the nights were quiet. The house was clean and comfortable for our stay.

This place was super convenient to a very vibrant area of Philly. Exactly as described Parking can be a bit of a difficult process, but never had to walk more than 5 mins from the apartment to find parking on street. Will stay there again if we are back in town Highly recommend La Colombe for coffee and Forest and Main if you like breweries- perfect 3 minute walk from Airbnb
Great place to stay for a girls weekend! The hosts were super responsive and everything was very clean and comfortable.
Easy check in and check out process. Host communicated well and promptly. Comfy beds and great experience for the most part. We paid extra for early check in and may have rushed the cleaning process a bit as we found a few spots that weren’t thoroughly cleaned. But overall happy with our stay
The place was a bit dusty and had hair from former guests in multiple places, but you really can't beat the location. Some people might complain about noise, but it tracks with any given city: you'll hear a train every now and then, and sometimes you'll hear someone rev an engine a block away. It's all very manageable and expected, given you're in a city, and they provide a white-noise machine, thick blackout curtains, and earplugs if you're sensitive to such stimuli.
Great stay! Felt like home. Thoughtful amenities provided, such as earplugs, as the hotel was right next to an elevated train line. Check in was super easy, as was parking. Will definitely stay again

Beautiful space, fun neighborhood
Negative: We had a very unpleasant situation with the property. The reservation was made for 5 people. However, there were not enough towels, bed linens, or comforters for all guests. On Saturday morning, I immediately requested the missing items. The host said they would send the bed linens and the comforter. When we returned to the property in the afternoon, nothing had been delivered. I contacted them again and was told they would request it from the team. Only after 10 PM were we informed that they would not be sending the bed linens or the comforter — when all stores were already closed. An important detail: this reservation was made for February, in the middle of winter, with freezing temperatures. The person who slept in the living room woke up sick. I consider this extremely irresponsible on the part of the establishment. I requested the bed linens and comforter once again. The person in charge said they would forward the request, apologized for what happened, and said the responsibility was entirely theirs. Long story short: we stayed at the property for 4 days, and the bed linens, comforters, and towels never arrived. I ended up buying everything myself. Unfortunately, the property is not reliable and does not fulfill what is promised in the messages. If your group has more than 4 people, I recommend not staying at this place.
We had a fantastic stay in this apartment. Excellent location, the place was warm despite freezing temps, beds confortable, and host reactive. I read in the reviews parking was impossible and while I can see how that might be, we had no issue finding a spot at any point. The trains were also noted in reviews, but we did not find them bothersome. The only slight downside would be the apartment should be a bit better equipped for cooking and eating at home, but the host was very reactive to our item needs/demands. I would absolutely recommend and stay again if ever in Philly. Thank you!

We had a great stay! Loved FIshtown and the whole neighborhood felt safe and easy to navigate. The place was charming and clean and very nice—just like the pictures. I didn’t love having to register with sosuite by sending them a copy of my drivers license—that was new. I DESPERATELY hope they delete all that data. Uatvwas new to me in Airbnb lodging, and really not my favorite. Now I’m possibly one data breach away from a bunch of personal information being stolen for no reason. Other than that, everything was outstanding, and as-advertised.
The apartment is clean and well organized. The building is fairly new. However please be advised that there is ABSOLUTELY NO PARKING ANYWHERE around the apartment. The host is not helpful in this regard. I was told to look for a space and reserve it on a website. I did this and the closest parking spot was a 20 min uber ride away. The apartment is also next to a working railroad. They supply you with ear plugs and white noise maker. The towels were clean but one has a huge whole in it. Looked quite old. If you have a car I’d suggest staying elsewhere. It’s a good place to stay if you don’t have a car and want a lively neighborhood to stay there.

Had an amazing stay with my family. Area was very walkable, clean and quiet. Loved the amount of privacy and space. Also there were several restaurants, parks, and things to do within a 2-15 minute walk.
This was the perfect stay for my team and I. We had everything we needed in walking distance and Jean's team was super accommodating and responsive whenever we had an issue. Would definitely recommend for a long or short stay in Philly.

It was a great place for a couple nights, I was visiting family for my birthday in Philadelphia. There was a cleaning issue but it was resolved very quickly, which I really appreciated. The train is right next to the apartment so please keep that in mind while booking, although there are sound machines, the train is quite loud. We love fishtown, and everything is incredibly close, shops and restaurants. Parking was easy, we found a spot right out front both nights.
Jean and the team were so responsive and kind during my stay, and they were so easy to communicate with during the whole experience the whole time. I am in town for a class for two months so this was a perfect stay since I was the first guest and there was everything I needed right there. Jean and the team were very flexible about me checking out later because I had to have a later check-in at another location to explore a new neighborhood. The location is also fantastic. I cannot say enough good things about this group and I am a single woman traveling alone and living alone right now, and there is security there which is an added layer of peace. I am a Philly native and I moved away 13 years ago to NYC, so it has been really fun to explore Philly temporarily as an adult. Stay here! The only small con is that it is a unit with thinner walls, and there are some kids living upstairs. but with the white noise machines, you should be okay!
