Nice spot near walkable to Union Transfer and the Met. Reasonably priced, and comfy beds. Separate rooms and bathrooms are clutch. Appreciate simple things like complimentary water and ample amounts of coffee. Recommended

Enjoyed my stay with Sosuite. Check in was seamless and the apartment was beautiful. Not in the nicest area but a code was required to get into the lobby and another code for the apartment to give peace of mind. There seemed to be other tenants not associated with Sosuite in the building, with a strong smell of weed in the hallways at times. However, the apartment itself was more than adequate for our stay and I would definitely stay again.

Great place with all the essentials

Nice cool little loft, loved the layout especially the large windows in the bedrooms. Bed was extremely comfortable, host was very communicative, even assured me everything was good after I read a bad review. \n\nOnly issues were the shower got cold pretty quickly, bathroom cold use a little updating with rust on pipes etc, but typical for Philly homes. \n\nWould recommend to anyone looking for a budget accommodation.

Our stay couldn’t have been better! Super simple check in and checking out process. Parking was super convenient for a discounted fee compared to regular Philly pricing and the space was just as described with more room than expected! Communication was also top tier! We will definitely be back

Great place to stay in Philly, Clean and cozy

Our stay was pretty good for the most part. I am a cook and unfortunately the only downside to this place was the lack of cookware available. There was only a frying pan and a small sauce pan. It was my son birthday and he wanted me to cook dinner, so I had to alternate. Everything was clean and supplies were available but lacked a little. Had to purchase some items like trash bags, washing pods for laundry, etc. The tubs could have been cleaner, I am not sure if those spots in the tubs are permanent but I would also recommend tub mats in case of slips and falls. Great AirBNB tho!

I enjoyed staying at Simon’s property. I liked the loft apartment in an old factory. Having a restaurant in the same building was a plus. It was an easy walk to Center City. The apartment is spacious and the beds are comfortable.

Positive: Overall, it does the job. The priced and location makes this place good. The beds were clean and mattress and pillows had bed bug covers on them. Staff does respond when you call or text the help phone number provided. Negative: The place was dusty and smelled, looked nicer in the photos, . STAINS ALL OVER THE WALLS. Holes covered with stickers on table and island. It's also not a hotel, so the building staff are not SoSuite employees, and not everyone staying there are traveling.

Our stay was horrible. Never got to unpack because the room was never clean. Positive: Great location, nice sized rooms. Negative: Filthy dirty! Had to change rooms ever night we were there because the room wasn’t clean. Sticky floors, hair and stains in the beds, crumbs on counters, on and on.

Simon was incredibly responsive and the location was nice - the place itself was even relatively nice (bedrooms mostly and the bathrooms were great). I will say the pictures make it seem a bit "nicer" than it really is - and I'd say for the price it's not exactly a deal. Still a solid place to stay - not sure how it stacks up against other places in the area!

The location, safety and accommodations (restaurant downstairs) were all wonderful. The building and apartment were clean and everything was accessible. Parking was a breeze and I felt safe leaving a full car in the garage.

furniture in picture didn't match location. Had to travel to a different location across town. At the 2nd location, the sink in the bathroom in one of the bedrooms was stopped up 😕 other than that... great!

Ultimately everything was wonderful, communication with the staff was very quick and answered our ne Positive: The apartments were very clean, the location was very convenient for our needs, the staff's quick response to our requests, their communication and confirmation with us through messages that we got everything we requested. Also the heat option while there were couple of very cold days and rain. Parking with a gate and code on the premises. Negative: No hooks on the wall or something else to put clothes or towels etc during the shower, no garbage cans in the rooms. We purchased 2 apartments and requested to be near each other, eventually we were on the same floor but far away from each other.

The staff was nice but the property and location leave a lot to be improved upon. Positive: It was close to Independence Square and it had a gym. Negative: We could smell weed coming through our air vents, it was difficult figuring out where to park and check in, college grade furniture, no blankets or sheets were available for the pull out bed, and walking to restaurants on streets that were not well lit.

Stayed here for 9 days when visiting philadelphia and enjoyed our stay. The apartment itself was nice, spacious, clean, and well equipped. The location was excellent too, a regenerated area just outside of downtown, with a good vibe and felt safe

There is a cutout above each bedroom door. Sounds travel. Otherwise, very very excellent

We had an okay stay here. I would not recommend for family stays if you’re traveling with a toddler, like we were. The cleanliness of the floor was abysmal. We had to wear shoes from the second we woke up to the second we went to sleep. In addition, the hot water runs out every single day and you have to wait a few hours before having access to warm water again. The hot water will stop working if two of either the dishwater, washer machine, any sink, or showers are in use at the same time. Also, if youre likely to need a late checkout, don’t bother booking this. We stayed during a nasty snow storm and to book a hotel room near by to wait out the storm to pass because the host insisted they couldn’t accommodate our late check out. The host only gave the options to pay $55 for 1:30pm check out (despite the unit not being booked on Airbnb for over a month in the future when we were ready to check out) or a full night rate. It was extremely frustrating that the host would not consider the extreme and inclement weather. If you want to park on-site and want to be roofed in, think twice if you have a large vehicle or rental. The parking garage is chaotic due to its design, and people park their cars even on undesignated areas so you have a high chance of your vehicle being stuck/blocked. Also, you’ll have to learn or have three different padlock codes handy (1 for the unit, 1 for the main entrance, 1 for the parking gate) which was not fun in cold weather. On the positive side: the host was very quick to respond to our communication; the unity is spacious enough; they provide enough detergent for a few laundry and dishwasher loads, and the beds are comfortable; the building staff is extremely kind and attentive.

Wonderful! Positive: The room is spacious and clean. I asked to set up the bed on the floor in master bedroom because I have 9months old baby and the set up was perfect. We have almost everything in the room, except detergent which is very common. Negative: I got the second floor so I couldn’t see a good view of surrounding area.

We initially thought that since a company hosts multiple airbnb on the floor that we would have more security and protection. After all, one host controls all the neighbors and the facility. The room itself is acceptable. Stains on some bathroom towels, some holes patched on furniture, and floors that were freezing cold. This is nothing I wanted to make a fuss about. But not being able to sleep between the hours of 10pm to 2am, that is something I want guests to be aware of. Even though the house rules clearly states no parties and quiet hours starting at 10pm, this was certainly not the case. I am a reasonable person and so I did not report anything until 12am even though there was constant screaming, shouting, and party music booming so loud that you can hear it down the hall and through the walls. Sosuite customer service also mentioned that other units reported the loud noise. I reported the issue at 12am and it stopped for a few minutes and then it came back. I reported it again and again, walked back and forth and sent numerous videos. The host kept saying their noise sensors cannot sense anything and that they will have security look into it. I messaged them every 5 minutes for about two hours and not a single security came up and it is hard to believe that noise sensors cannot sense something that a regular phone video can record clearly. Customer service kept telling us that it will be addressed while I walk back and forth taking videos, while I see other people walking by the hallway entering the unit next to us, while I can smell marijuana in the hallways. Again, the music, the screaming, the shouting is still going on. In the house instructions, it states for guests to not bother the front desk because they are not part of the company. After 2am, and nothing was done and we were ignored for about half an hour did we physically beg the front desk person to help. She was in shock, as if no one through sosuite ever reached out to them for help. After some time, the noise finally ended and our guests just crashed. We woke up late because of all of this drama and while packing at 10:58am sharp we heard a banging on our door. We initially thought it was the other airbnb but it was actually the housekeeper rushing us to leave for 11am check out time. I reported this to the host and he replied basically an apology. An email the next day he offered a $40 dollar refund and a possible discount if I stayed again. I was not happy with this response-- after all $10 per person for losing a whole night of sleep, I think it is outrageous. I replied back explaining to the host if they provided us with alternatives or actual help, I would have been more acceptable of the situation. He explained that he did have a one bedroom apartment but it was too small to offer us. I then wrote back saying that four of us could have slept on the floors and at least have slept but he should have at least offered. He then says it was a studio. (I really think he is trying to use one lie to cover another lie and didn't want to take responsibility for not providing help. Afterall, on the house rules Sosuite could charge the tenants a fee for this disruptive behavior.) He also mentioned that the tenants were evicted, which again I do not believe so. I wrote back to him, sent him my videos and after many exchanges, he still only offered us $40 or $10 per guest. I reported to airbnb and there is nothing they can do. Overall, I spent many days, hours, and massive energy reporting the issue, being fed inconsistent information, and being offered $10. So if you do not plan to sleep and is fine with the possibility of music blasting next door and no matter how much you ask for help no one will help you, and when you let the host know they give you $10, then this place might be right for you. If you think your sleep is worth more than $10, then I really think you might want to look for an alternative. Please note that if you run into any issues please report the issues within 24 hours to airbnb (even if it was 2am and you cannot manage to stay awake)

The place was just as advertised. The suite was clean and looked great! Can't beat the location and ease of access to the rest of the city. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Philly.

Positive: It's almost like a hole in the wall, i like that it was kinda hidden but so close to entertaining things. Negative: I kinda wish the apartment was on the top floors but i can't be too picky it was a beautiful place.

The room was HIGHLY over priced and found it online elsewhere for a fraction of the price. Cups were dirty, couldn’t walk barefooted without having to wipe your feet after. Ran out of toilet paper and only enough towels for 2 people

Great apartment, loved my time Here

Very clean and updated spacious loft apartment! It had everything we needed including a dishwasher and laundry machine. Beds were very comfortable. Only downside was the fact that the curtains in the bedroom were sheer so sleeping in was not an option. The sun was very bright in the early mornings. Bring your own eye mask! Onsite parking was a plus since it was gated. The neighborhood was a bit sketch though.. I would not recommend walking around the area at night alone.

The suites are amazing and aesthetically pleasing. Definitely loved the vibes. Plus there were a lot of good food places around the area. Everything about my stay was excellent!

I gave 3 stars because the apartment was very clean and nice but the original one I booked became unavailable at 9pm the night before our arrival. I was offered an apartment without a deck at a higher rate, which I at least was able to negotiate down. We paid $20/night for parking, and someone hit my car. The building management and SoSuite were supposed to review the security tapes and get back to me. I heard nothing and contacted them but got no satisfaction. I will not be staying again.

The apartment was clean and tidy. Plenty of towels. The building was also nice and quiet.

This is a great place to stay no matter what you're visiting Philly for! Check in and check out was very easy, parking on-site in a gated lot. The beds were extremely comfortable!

This bnb was great place from the neighborhood to the actual Airbnb it was sparkling clean when I arrived Simon answered all my questions and made sure I was 100% fine I loved it and I know you will love it also

I should have gotten 2 rooms in regular hotels (e.g. Hilton was around the same price). Positive: Good layout of the apartment, readily available streaming services on the TV (ie Netflix), full kitchen with appliances, tableware and utencils, 2 separate bedrooms + living room, 2 separate bathrooms. Negative: The apartment was not clean at all - greasy floor (you know this feeling when your socks stick to it), rather dirty surfaces, cookware and utensils in the kitchen, old cigarette smell throughout, gloomy-looking hallways with smells of weed, cluttered (and I really mean cluttered) garage area, bedsheets smelling chlorine, worn out (and of course pretty dirty) carpet in the living room, a lot of dirt under the sofa where I had to peek to find some missing chess pieces. Overall feel as if we were in some project building. They charged me 100 dollars for a "cleaning fee", and almost nothing about this apartment was clean. I never (!) write reviews, but this bill really infuriated me and urged me to produce this to save others from staying there. And, of course, the neighborhood this "Loft" is in looks unsafe after dusk, but that is just a minor part of it.

It was perfect. Much bigger than I expected, great space. Simon was extremely attentive and helpful. At one point the keurig in the kitchen wasn’t working and he had it replaced within an hour. It’s a good location and I highly recommend staying here.

Simon’ space met our needs. It has fast WiFi and the bed is comfortable. Simon’s place was a good value.

The place smelled amazing when you first walked in. You could tell it had just been cleaned. I had to wash the top blanket (a little wear and tear on it but nothing serious), I would suggest washing dishes before using, there were a few greasy items in the drawer I had no problem washing. While I usually wear something on my feet, I didn't a couple of times and my feet did get a little dirty. Nothing too bothersome for me. It looked exactly like the pictures. The cute little touches and all. The lights on the walls weren't plugged is all. The paint was scratched in certain places as well but again nothing that took away from the space. If you plan on cooking I would suggest bringing some more pots and pans. There were very limited options so wasn't really able to cook how I had planned. The response time was very prompt and checking in and out was very easy. I chose this space because of location as well. Its so close to center city and anything you would need really. Loved the food spots on the strip just a 5 min walk from the space.

We loved our stay! The apartment was very clean and cozy. The couch was amazing! It pulls out into a lounger perfect for movie night! The discounted parking is very convenient and safe. The location was perfect for exploring, only a 15 min walk to downtown. The communication was excellent with sosuite! We would definitely stay again!

Simon's place was very nice and clean. The Wifi and air conditioning worked well. I would recommend to pay for the parking if you stay at this location as it would make it much easier for you. I would stay again and recommend for others.
